The ease of boarding the plane.
I did not like that the gate changed and we were not notified by the gate operators, but we did receive a text message 20 minutes after the gate was changed.
Agent at the gate
My seats changed so my son and I were not sitting together. The agent at the gate was wonderful and got us seated together.
United seems to have simplified how it separates the boarding groups, so getting on the plane was well organized. The 787 aircraft was spacious and comfortable, which seems to put both passengers and crew in a good mood. Lots of entertainment options were available, so the three hour flight flew by. And we arrived early! A great experience on United.
Although there were a lot of passengers on this flight, the crew was able to get everyone on the plane in an efficient manner.
We were delayed about 2 and a half hours because of the weather in Denver. I was not comfortable at all in my seat because the passenger beside me had his knee and elbow all in my personal space. I asked an attendant if it was okay for me to move and she stated that it was okay, but United switched a lot of passengers flights around so there wouldn't be any empty seats. I was stuck beside the man, all hanging out of my seat, because there wasn't an open seat available. Thank goodness the flight was only 2 hours long. Overall my experience with United was terrible and I will not be flying with them anymore.
The flight was on time.
I think that going stingy with customers on a flight regarding food is disappointing. It’s the first time in my life that I travel and the airline doesn’t not provide food in the overall cost!, and charging for entertainment:speechless! And the seats, well uncomfortable would be a nice word to describe them.No United again!
When we finally took off.
Flight was delayed >3.5 hours because of an "electrical problem affecting in-flight entertainment system and 1st and Business Class seats. After powering down the aircraft c. 3 times at 11:15pm CT the electrical system miraculously worked as normal.
they have increased the layover time
Luggage did not get there. Still is missing. No food. No complementary beverage offered period. Lousy all around.
Quick, smooth flight and a polite captain
Late leaving and arriving and baggage took forever to be delivered to belt.
I would like a refund on my ticket
I didn't like the fact i had to wait the same amount of time it takes to get to the destination because of the delay
