Por una cuestión gástrica pedí menú vegetariano aunque no lo disfruté. Estaba realmente muy picante y la verdad que es la primera vez que me pasa.

Ventajas: "We traveled with our 11 month old and the crew was super helpful. It was an 8.5hr flight, we got a middle seat to give him space to play and the staff had a lot of fun engaging with him. They even gave him a couple of toys to play with. Food was just ok, but better than most airline meals I've had. We flew Premium Economy which was a comfortable experience as well."

Ventajas: "Arlanda airport is quiet and fast. Security line took less than 5 minutes. The terminal was quiet and had a good place to lie down and take a nap. I did not feel anxious or tense like I always do in US airports. SAS is a great airline with pleasant crew and decent food. (Great food by airline standards.) Entertainment is great too -- lots of free movies on the built-in screen. My only complaint is that the airplane wifi wasn't free."

Desventajas: "The flight was booked through Jetfly and I tried to change the date. I ended up losing the entire ticket. No flight, no money. I talked to Jetfly at least 8 times and they kept confusing things, delaying things, and were not very helpful which caused me to miss any available flights."

Ventajas: "I have never been on an airplane with a crew that constantly gave out orders during the flight. Having the trays and seat backs put up one hour before the flight landed? Frequent barking about the shades needing to be up or down? Making you put your seat back up because someone’s drinking coffee behind you? It got old. I suspect this is a company thing. They seemed friendly enough but they have their marching orders!"

Desventajas: "They lost my luggage on my connecting flight from Dublin to London. And I didn’t receive it until I returned home a week later. No clothing for a week. I wasn’t offered any reimbursement. The flight attendants were rude. And the seats were uncomfortable."
Ventajas: "The flight attendents were fabulous, very friendly and helpful. I sat in the first row and when I boarded the attendant helped me find a spot for my carry on luggage."
Desventajas: "I paid for priority boarding but never had the chance to board early."
Ventajas: "The crew was VERY friendly and attentive. They responded quickly to requests and were very pleasant. Everyone was showed attention to details and put customer comfort at the forefront. They allowed people to relocate to seats allowing for more room and comfort once everyone boarded and empty seats were identified. The snacks and meals were tasty and generous. The entertainment options offered something for everyone - great music and movie choices. I would definitely fly Aer Lingus again."
Desventajas: "Flight was delayed for nearly 1.5 h for unclear reason, then boarding was prolonged as there was no bus to bring us to the aircraft. Once on the plane we were delayed further because we lost our takeoff spot"

Desventajas: "Aer Lingus operated the flight. Haphazzard ticketing/check-in procedure would have been stressful if it wasn't clear that everyone else on the plane was there in line too. Both legs of our trip with Aer Lingus were on older planes, that had obviously flown a lot of miles. It was a short flight, so food wasnt a necessity, but no beverages were complimentary. Given airline security, water, at least, should be complimentary on any flight."

Unfortunately, AerLingus still has that double pronged plugs and I wasn't able to use my personal set (actually, I could but sound would only work on one side). I'll definitely fly with them again, only next time I'll bring an attachment for me to be able to use my headphones."

Charged for *all* food and drinks including 4 Euros for cup of tea! Plane was very late leaving, and very late arriving. Plane seats were significantly smaller than on other airlines' international flights. Can't see any reason to fly Aer Lingus again."

Por otro, el aterrizaje en Barcelona fue el peor que recuerdo y estuvimos hasta las 01.13 horas, una media hora después de llegar, parados dentro del avión sin desembarcar."

La tripulación de cabina desafiante incluso el propio piloto. Éste último ha amenazado a la tripulación con parar los motores del avión, así como haciendo hincapié en que nuestra vida está em sus manos"

Había oído opiniones diversas hasta que me ha tocado sufrir las politicas de facturación de Ryanair y pagar casi el doble del coste del vuelo. Ya hice reclamación pertinente. No lo aconsejo

Ni una explicación, ni compensación, ni nada de nada... se te quitan las ganas de volar con Ryanair"

Ventajas: "El vuelo cumplió con lo que esperaba, pero es que no esperaba mucho de el. El personal de a bordo fue encantador y profesional. Podían hacer disponible un paquete de entretenimiento vía "wifi internma" dentro del avión como en otras compañías."
Desventajas: "La puntualidad a la hora del embarque dejó mucho que desear, especialmente en Berlin. Allí además fue incómodo y de difícil acceso para personas con discapacidad (ya se eso depende del aeropuerto, pues háganselo llegar a los responsables del mismo). Salimos tarde pero recuperamos el tiempo."
