Desventajas: Flight attendant coughing into hand while handling drinks cart. Flight attendant wearing face mask would be less threatening to health of passengers

Ventajas: Nothing. It was a horrible experience.

Desventajas: They could have checked in our bags but didn't. They could have been more courteous. They could have checked us in through to our final destination (Seattle) but didn't. I will never fly China Eastern again.

Ventajas: great service in business class

Desventajas: food selection could have been more westernized!

Ventajas: Crews are amazing but the set is a little too tight.

Desventajas: WiFi never work and food was bad everything is salty.

Ventajas: The FAs were all awesome & helpful. Restrooms were clean all the time. They even carried my sister’s hand carry luggage to the waiting cart upon arrival in Incheon.

Desventajas: LAX boarding gate was awful. We walked up to boarding area which was soooo far. Then rode a shuttle w very very limited seats so my disabled sister had to stand in the crowded shuttle before walking again to another boarding area. It was horrible.

Ventajas: chicken fried steak was actually good.

Desventajas: had some difficulty understanding attendants' English.

Desventajas: No entertainment. New airport in Instanbul not efficient. 30 minutes everytime of taxi after landing and before take off. Flight as usual 40 minutes in delay.

Ventajas: Very good leg room and comfortable seat.

Desventajas: The best Airlines ever from every aspects, I’m frequent traveler of Turkish airlines and will be for good.

Desventajas: The seats were pretty stiff compared to the A380 business class seats on my preceding flight.

Desventajas: Was not anything too exciting on Entertainment with regards to movies, but personal choice really.

Desventajas: This crew was much better. Smiling, happy and helping.

Desventajas: Gate change confusion unnecessary

Ventajas: Crew was very nice and I was happy to get emergency exit row window seat to make the the long flight more comfortable.

Desventajas: The food could have definitely been better too many shrimp and fish options even in the morning for breakfast. I was happy there has been a pasta served for dinner otherwise I wouldn’t have eaten the entire flight! Shrimp for breakfast isn’t an option for American folk and the movie selection

Ventajas: Just good overall. Beats any American carrier (which is not saying too much!).

Desventajas: Was late. But they were very apologetic (not their fault). Seattle port entry is HORRIBLE. I thought China was bad!

Ventajas: There was a good amount of leg room for an economy seat

Desventajas: I wish there was a bigger movie selection

Ventajas: Almost nothing, this was a terrible flight and experience! The movies were good, that's about it.

Desventajas: No online check-in, long waiting at in-person check-in. Rude, inattentive personnel; worst is that every passenger in transit need to go through customs in Xiamen which is terribly complicated. No word about this upon booking or on Xiamen airline's website. Customs in China isn't a nice experience either. Nobody was able to find the right way for check-in, it was a mess. I will never fly again Xiamen Airlines and I recommend to everyone to avoid this airline under any circumstances.

Desventajas: Seats are not comfortable for long haul. Airbus 380 premier economy. Not enough reclining and leg support.

Ventajas: Crew was great but at the airport they had us weight our carry on and then made us check it for 90 euro.

Desventajas: New variety of food

Desventajas: Gate is crowded and no escalator only steps. No clear area for business class and its a fiasco boarding

Ventajas: Very nice plane, crew was fantastic.

Desventajas: The only thing is the entertainment since the plane did not have a screen but it was really comfortable flight

Ventajas: Crew was amazing, best airline i have ever flown hands down. Best food, best service best everything.

Desventajas: An airplane that has aisles every two rows so you never have to ask people to get up to go use the bathroom.

Desventajas: Connecting flight in Incheon Airport delayed again, 4th consecutive time this has happened on this particular flight. I think this is done intentionally so airline can combine it with the next flight that departs 50 minutes later based on amount of bookings on each flight.

Ventajas: Really liked the food

Desventajas: For such a long flight, I would have expected to get eye masks, but all they provided were slippers

Desventajas: Air circulation on the jfk ist flight was absent and my wife almost suffocated and has to get closer to an exit door to get some air. Last time to use turkish airline

Desventajas: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Desventajas: Chinese airlines often require you to take a bus at boarding and then carry your suitcases up large flights of steps to enter the plane - this was the case in Xiamen. This flight often is delayed and this was the case. The food was below average. WiFi is free but it blocks google and gmail.

Ventajas: The crew are amazing

Ventajas: Crew was amazing. Welcoming, helpful and caroming to passengers needs.

Desventajas: Replace worn out seats.

Desventajas: Food is too salty, can’t even eat .

Desventajas: Experienced no issues, overall good experience.

Ventajas: The price was cheap... That was all that was good with the flight. But after that experience, I will never fly with the airline again.

Ventajas: I had better experience with Emirates before...we had to wait ages for our food but maybe because we were the last one on the list. Food was nice and crew friendly.

Ventajas: The whole travel experience on Asiana is great from easy check in to great onboard crew, food and service.

Ventajas: Because of the multiple delays in departure, they gave us free snacks, which I appreciated.

Ventajas: Lufthansa is an airline that prides itself on timeliness and service. The boarding procedure was very good, food was very good and service was excellent. I have flown with Lufthansa before and they always prove to me that I’ve made the right choice booking with them!

Desventajas: The weather, we hit some turbulence which is beyond the Captains control. Seatbelt sign came right on and even with that we still landed about 20 minutes early in Frankfurt

Desventajas: I was supposed to have wheelchair assistance. None there. Flight was on time. Passenger assistance is AWFUL!!!

Ventajas: The crew is very nice.

Desventajas: Communicate with the other airports for delays....we got home 9 hours later and missed events which were planned because of a failed paperwork delay in Milano.

Ventajas: We had nice reclining seat, I was able to sleep comfortably.

Desventajas: They ran out of some of the food so we had less options. The main dish was ok but the side salad was wilted and did not look fresh.

Ventajas: Inflight entertainment was superb, catering in main cabin was also excellent. The crew was friendly and professional.

Desventajas: Main cabin seats were definitely better than other airlines, but still not the most comfortable for 8+ hours.

Desventajas: Everything!! My seat was not extra wide, it was broke and would not recline...14hr flight!! Entertainment system didn’t work right.

Ventajas: My flight was canceled but the ground crew was amazing I was really worried but China Eastern's ticket people were very professional! Highly recommend.
