Ventajas: Service efficiency.

Desventajas: Economy seats are too cramped, in comparison to the other airlines

Ventajas: The crew was nice and the movie selection was decent. Food was ok. As good as it can be when you pay $2,500 for a flight ticket knowing that they are not really there to offer you a service, they are there to make their own money knowing that as a traveler you really have no options other than an airplane if you want to go across the ocean.
Desventajas: The difference here is that in a 9 hour flight you want to keep hydrated. Crew seemed lazy...they would not bring water to travelers very often...and when I called a flight attendant with the button call and politely asked if I could have some water, she seemed pretty annoyed and told me I can just stand up and go take my water in the back where they store food. NOT A GOOD SERVICE FOR $2,500!!!! It’s outrageous!! Seats become smaller and smaller...and you keep asking about my experience...$2,500 to travel seating in a miniature seat with no leg room is a bit much...and I know no flight company cares about this...we have no choice...either take that or don’t travel, right?
Desventajas: I felt I was badly treated and there was no instruction to what they where checking for. I am very incline to not recommended Lufthansa Airline to anyone. The notification for change of Boarding Gate did not reflect immediately.
Ventajas: Friendly crew, uncrowded plane.
Ventajas: The crew were above friendly, calling you by name and were very accommodating.
Desventajas: Plane was older, seats were grungy and the onboard entertainment was not updated, i.e: small screens with poor visibility, some screens did not even work for some passengers, limited amount of movies/entertainment for a 10 hour flight this was disappointing and seriously makes me reconsider flying British Airways ever again.
Ventajas: Great communication from all aspects of crew etc during our delay. Fantastic flight crew who are very sweet and caring. I also enjoyed that we had meals on the flight and didn’t have to pay. That is such a simple but wonderful things.
Desventajas: Delayed due to storms etc. Never ideal.
Ventajas: The free drinks.
Desventajas: The stink of curry throughout the plane and the other choices of meal being gluten laden pasta and gluten laden crackers, muffins, and bread for breakfast. I am very glad I ate in SFO before leaving or I’d have been starving by the time e arrived in LHR.
Ventajas: Excellence view of London performered by the pilot. Very please with that.
Desventajas: All good except for the seat, let my neck with a bit of pain.
Desventajas: Dublin airport - huge lines foe transfers
Desventajas: Had to cancel trip due to avalanche risk and snowed out resort. In order to claim insurance CSA travel protection I need a copy of flight fare rules. But JustFly will not send me a copy of those rules. Some crazy policy that requires I pay $150 cancellation fee in order to get those. If I own the ticket don't I have a right to know what the rules are? CSA and JustFly have created a catch 22. CSA requires something to make a claim but JustFly won't provide it!
Ventajas: Flight on time
Desventajas: Upon check in Dublin there was only one attendant at the check in counter in business class. Had seat assigned when I booked the flight and check in counter gave different seats so was not sitting beside my husband.
Ventajas: They provided a lot of leg room and we arrived about an hour ahead of schedule.
Desventajas: Dublin airport No suitcase when we arrived No food. No inflight entertainment
