Premium cabin is good value, much more space than economy for not outrageous cost, food is actually really tasty, though still served in a box with plastic utensils in Premium, Dreamliner is nice plane
Nearly an hour late departing because of “passenger security screening for flights to US” - as if they don’t do this every day? They needed to start getting people into gate area much earlier. Limited video content - all sorts of programs I’ve never heard of or didn’t want to watch.
No trolleys. Difficult if you have to carry a lot of luggage from an international flight to a car rental

The staff was nice and friendly.
I did not receive any communication regarding the flight delay. I made it to the airport 2.5 hours before the flight to be safe and was told upon check-in that the flight was delayed for 3 hours, which then became 4 hours. I did not receive any communication from the airline. There were no explanations as to why our flight was delayed. Also, we were given 12 euro food voucher for each passenger. There was only one cafe in the area after security check and they did not accept the food voucher for actual food. They would only redeem our food vouchers for water, juice, sodas, desserts and, for some reason, only tuna sandwiches. A lot of passengers were visibly upset because the cafe only had one person on staff, the line was over an hour to order and then we were told it was not redeemable for sandwiches, salads, beer or wine. Also, the boarding process was chaotic and they did a poor job communicating which sections they were boarding and people started to form multiple lines. The in flight entertainment was pretty bad. Movies were very limited compare to other airlines. Overall, the whole experience was disastrous. I don't think I will be flying Norwegian again. I would rather pay a bit more for better service.
We took longer leaving and flying so arrive 1.5 hours later than scheduled. Did not get out of passport control and baggage until 10:20 or 2 full hours after arrival
The plane didn't fall out of the sky. But that's about all I can say on a positive note.
Plane departs and arrives late. Crew extremely disorganized. Did not give clear direction to passengers. My "upgraded legroom" seats turned out to be a walkway to and from the restrooms which were right in front of me. I was constantly bothered with other flyers waking me and disturbing me as they used this walkway.
The flight was only delayed 45min instead of 48hrs (like our original flight was).
Delays, terrible food, the guy roaming around the pre boarding area whose only job is to weigh random bags and charge $75 when you're over the unpublished weight limit (and the bags were fine on the trip over, so not sure what changed). Expensive inflight entertainment.
The flight crew made the best of an inconvenient situation and seemed genuinely apologetic for what they clearly knew were exploitative policies.
Our flight was delayed due to a mechanical issue, but instead of updating the schedule to reflect this, the airline had us standing indefinitely in the queue to board; this was probably about 45 minutes in which we could have sat down or grabbed some food, or literally done ANYTHING other than waiting as we did. Because of this delay, we were offered hard candies. In all honesty, I would have preferred to be offered water, which at €2.50 on an international, several hours long flight is borderline criminal. I have been skeptical about low-cost, "budget" airlines in the past, and this experience confirmed that if the price of the flight seems too good to be true, it probably is. The difference in cost was more than paid for by the hidden fees, the quality of service, and the denial of basic human dignities like not having your knees crushed against the seat in front of you, or God forbid--a cup of tap water.
Nonstop flight for a good price
Boarding was very slow, had to wait in gangway for 15 min. It was very hot. 2 movies are free, any others €8 extra!! Ridiculous
