Crew was friendly, courteous and very helpful. On time arrival despite a late departure.
As a new user of the app I expected information to flow more fluidly. Gate changes were not communicated through the app unlike several other airline apps I use. My biggest complaint, if you will, is the requirements to pay for anything one wants on the plane. A soda, water, bag of crisps/chips, all for purchase. For the cost of the airline ticket, even our "no checked bag" ticket, you could at least afford to give passengers a can of soft drink or a water and inexpensive bag of pretzels or crisps. Seat was basically comfortable, not great but comfortable. Departed late but arrived on time
Plane smelled bad. Had to pay for food. Not even water was included. Inside the plane is worn and needs upgrades.
Was delayed by 45 mins but managed to turn plans round quickly and get back faster than planned

No water no food no blanket. No pillow.and it was freezing.
My flight to Dublin from Chicago was delayed therefore my flight to Birmingham is even more delayed. Let’s just say, I’m really not happy. also, I had to pay to get my family to sit together and therefore ended up paying for some stranger ‘s seat. I will contact Aer Lingus
Good friendly service. Nice aircraft. On time departure. I would travel with Aer Lingus again.
Food was not good as compared to other airlines. In my case, there were no outlets to plug in a laptop cable so that I could continue to work.
Flight was excellent as well as the,crew.
Plenty of food snack etc. Entree taste mediocre at best
Air Lingus is my new preferred carrier, thanks to you! They combine newest technology with traditional service values.
Nothing. Perfect flights. I went back to the crew and told them so. Compared to my BA flights eastbound, Air Lingus was heaven. I will always book them first from now on, and I just happened on to them through your site.
After attempting to check in at the baggage machine, we were told we had to go through the check in line. Then after waiting 60 minutes in line at the Aer Lingus counter we were told we were 15 minutes past the boarding closing time. So even though we were still an hour before our flight we couldn't get a boarding pass to get on the plane. We then had to pay $150 x 3 to get on the same flight the next day. We will never fly Aer Lingus again and will never fly through Dublin again.
