Due to delay in LA, was rescheduled to later flight which was also delayed
Good was average to bad
Lufthansa flight from Florence to Frankfurt was 45 mins late, so a large group of passengers had 30 mins to transfer from plane to bus to terminal to security to gate on other side of airport. They offered no assistance other than to say run, which we did the whole way. When we reached the gate less than 5 minutes after scheduled takeoff they said flight was closed and next flight was 18 hours later. Not one passenger successfully made the transfer. It took over 2 hours to get hotel and food vouchers, and we were forced to stay in airport Holiday Inn with now sweaty clothes and no luggage. Everyone was furious, and the entire incident could have been easily avoided in many ways, including by delaying the flight 5 mins or by providing passenger transportation at any point in the 30 minute transfer from the Lufthansa A arrival gate and the Lufthansa Z departure gate.
The worst food I have ever had the displeasure of having in my mouth. The staff kept bumping into me and therefore did not sleep at all.

Was an older plan but ok. No plugs at seats.
This was a connecting flight from London originating from SFO. There were delays after boarding so we departed later. But we survived.
Crew were friendly and helpful.

Food was good. Intertainment options good.
My seat did not recline so I had trouble trying to sleep thru the night flight. Seats too cramped even after updgrading.
That I was able to sleep a bit on the flight - and that we gained an hour.
It left at 6 am. Which means we had a wake up call from the airport hotel at 3:30 am to stand in line with hundreds of others. The Air France app on my phone didn't let me pre- check in.
Friendly crew, good meal and entertainment
Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full.
Boarding staff helpful with Disabilities; food services quick and pleasant; interior cabin temps appropriate.
Why is boarding so prolonged? 1-Small children and elders cannot stand for 20/30 minutes 2-Why are various sections (particularly Economy), no longer boarded by rows. and from rear first...so people don’t clog aisles, step over others, injure or be injured by heavy overhead moves?
We were in the last few rows on a turbulent route. The yaw damper constantly overcorrected, resulting in lots of side to side motion for the passengers
That we were heading home. Nice seats. Good food. Lots of entertainment choices. Power plugs ( USB and European power) were appreciated. Wine as a choice with meal was appreciated and brandy after the meal.
Some of the shows and movies were a bit 'trashy'. Long flight. I was in the middle seat next to an inattentive octanegarian who was nice but kept calling the flight crew to fix her mess up of the video system. No air controls on this plane - so it was overly warm. 10 hours of overly warm makes for a stinky passenger. Oof.
We landed safely in Toronto
In this 10 hr flight cabin crew came down the aisle only twice to offer refreshments. There should have been offers of at the least water or juice more than twice on this length of fight. I was disappointed that there were no hot drink e.g. coffee or tea offered at any time, not even with the meal, but this was certainly the least of our disappointments. Only once on this flight did I see a cabin crew member smile. Don't know why, but they were a most unhappy crew that day and this was conveyed to the passengers. I find this hard to believe, and perhaps both my husband and I fell asleep for the few minutes this would have taken, but neither one of us saw a crew member check for seatbelts and seat position before landing in TO. Boarding gate wasn't announced until an hour before boarding, which on an international flight from a large airport was a little stressful, but I am assuming there was a good reason for this.
Lack of information about the flight conditions; height and timing updates. Absence of screens, lack of technology. Not clear English announcements. Ignorance and arrogant attitude of hostess, I can tell because I'm veiled muslim. Change of gate with no notification or announcement. Not comfortable flight.
Flight was delayed. People/staff was not that friendly. I considered switching flight times, but the options were limited and it would have required me to purchase a new ticket. The fair was relatively inexpensive, but did not include checked bag and in the end was more expensive than other carrier options.

Los asientos eran muy incómodos en la espalda y probé 3 distintos, además el avión era muy antiguo. Hubo 1.30 hrs de retraso lo que hizo que no alcanzara a llegar a mi conexión

Really bad boarding controll, contributing to grumpy patrons. Just poor management and efficiency created by the airlines with a last minute gate change, but in addition, the personnel were irratable and not well motivated or trained to manage the crowd.
