Landing didn't succeed in the first time, we had to fly around for 20 minutes and try again, pilot didn't say anything about it, it was a bit frightening. 40 minutes delay. The flight was operated by smartlynx Estonia.
I had booked a day trip to London. The night before flight I received phone call from Easyjet offering me Euro250 to take a later flight as only a smaller plane than planned was available. But then you decided obviously not to send the smaller plane but did not bother phoning or emailing us customers as you had done the previous evening. I wasted more than half my day (1.5hr drive to airport plus 3 hours a airport) as I had to reschedule my day trip for a later dater to fit in the few meetings I had. I understand problems arrive, but Easyjet push their planes too hard. They are often late. Unreliable. At least communicate to your customers if you care about hem
The actual flight crew was pleasant to speak with.
Despite online AND my experience flying to Santorini on the same airline, the boarding personnel at Santorini not only didn't communicate which gate until right when boarding started but inexplicably told me only 1 cabin bag was allowed and forced me to go back out through security and pay 60 euros to last minute check the bag. Also the seats don't recline in plane, there is no internet or movies on board, and no snacks or drinks are provided complimentary despite taking off over an hour late for an international flight.
Forced to throw our only bags into the hold and wait at the carousel for an hour afterward.
Flight was quick and comfortable. Crew were excellent and friendly.
Longest queue to check in I have ever seen in my life. Even though we arrived with hours to spare we ended up being rushed forward to check in, rushed through security having no time for breakfast as we had planned, onto a plane that then sat on the tarmac for two hours and when it got away no time for a warm meal on board.
We bought the ticket with 1.5hrs connection in Stockholm and the experience was very bad. First bad surprise was on the ticket price. The ticket price on the beginning was good, but after adding only one check-in bag (normal for international flights) and selecting seats and meal the price went up by another $140. Then on the day of the flight we got a message that our first flight was delayed by more then 2 hrs. We called to Norwegian and asked for solution, but were told that the next flight available is 1 WEEK LATER! and we can or stay in Stockholm for a week on our own or to get refund for the ticket. Finally we found alternative flight for the same price and cancelled the ticket.
Nice plane, good entertainment system
Bought a low fare ticket so I expected no food, but the stewards completely ignored us, were offered no drinks whatsoever, told I had to pay for a cup of water. My lowfare ticket wasn’t much cheaper then other tickets on the market and I got literally nothing but a seat(that I had to pay for). Flights was delayed 3 hours, missed my connection and lost a whole day of vacation.
The crew arrived late and technical errors made us delay 2.5 hours. Missed my connection and had to book a $270 extra flight.
Sat on tarmac for 4 hours because of administrative error by Norwegian. Better to pay $100 more and avoid this airline.
Entertainer was good
Screen snack shop was always closed. Service was spotty
The second serving of food -both inbound & outbound flight- was terrible. White bread sandwuch with one slice of ham and one slice of really cheap cheese.
Everything was great!
Seats were very close in front of you. Then my seat did not recline so for the 8 hour flight I had lady in front of me basically in my lap. Flight attendant said I could walk around and look for other seat....didn't offer to see if other seats were available, didn't appear so. Also had teenage son with me did not want to leave him.
There was a 2 hours delay that caused me to miss my other flights, without any compensation or at least apology
The flight attendants were very nice to my family, and they went through extra effort to take care of us. I would be happy to fly this airline again.
My wife’s bag was damaged during handling, but I am not sure that is the fault of Air Europa, perhaps the airport personnel in Miami or Madrid.
Some of the worst customer service, seats that do not recline at all, minimum leg room, and worst of all a 2 hour delay that made me miss my connecting flight for which they took NO responsibility stating that they can have delays for up to 3 hours without having to compensate anyone.
Puntual, avión normal, te dan comida y bebida, calidad de avión pero ninguna otra compañía aérea de vuelos cortos lo hace. Personal amable y atento.
The service appeared to be good but everything was rationed
Boarding took longer than expected. Flight was delayed then was delayed a second time once everyone was boarded. Smaller plane than the usual TAP planes, but okay flight.
I initially liked the initial low fare rate.
I didn't like the checkin process online and being charged the 55 pound fee for not checking in early. I was having problems accessing my account and requested my password to be changed in the morning several times, however, they did not send me the link for the password change, and therefore, I was not able to login to check in correctly.
Cuando llegue al aeropuerto a documentar las instrucciones recibidas fue hacer fila en una línea errónea, por lo que al llegar al mostrador de esa fila ya no me pudieron documentar. Haciéndome perder el vuelo. --Nadie se hizo responsable del error de asignación de fila y nadie me dio seguimiento para solucionarme el problema, obligándome a ir a buscar una línea aérea mas seria y con mayor orden.
No me dieron indicaciones correctas para documentar. abordar y viajar. No veo que estén interesados en devolverme el dinero pagado o darme un vuelo para fechas futuras. Con quién debo hablar.
Kiwi booking through kayak was deceptive and I had to pay for a ticket at check after learning Ryanair does not do business with kiwi. Price was more than double and kiwi also billed me. Thanks!
The counter agents were helpful.
Very cramped seats that did not recline. Lots of overcharging for things that are free on other airlines. The cheap seat was more than offset by the numerous upcharges for other services. I'll never fly with Ryan Air again.
The onboard crew was friendly and polite
We showed up 3.5 hours early and barely made it onto our flight Check-in was so disorganized that we spent an hour waiting in the wrong line line. We were told on the phone that we did not need a boarding pass but that was a lie. We got sent to multiple wrong lines afterwards before finally getting to the right line. I have flown countless times, had flights delayed and cancelled and this has to be more worst flying experience I have had.
