Ventajas: "Estoy molesta porque nos cancelaron el vuelo y ya teníamos reservado habitación en Oporto. Perdí el hospedaje €32. Nos asignaron en una nueva aerolínea KLN, donde corrimos para no perder el vuelo ya que tenía 15 minutos para abordar mi madre de 65 años y yo. Corrí en buscar las maletas ya registradas y hacer el procedimiento de check in y pierda de abordar para legar a tiempo. Gracias a Dios no perdimos el vuelo. Pero KLN nos indicaron que ellos no sabían de la cancelación y que no se hacían responsables del hospedaje. Al buscar en el aeropuerto de Holanda TAP AIR PORTUGAL no se hizo responsable. Por lo tanto pague una noche extra €45. Mas el servicio de taxi. En fin. Solo espero que me ayuden con la devolución de una noche por medio de TAP AIR PORTUGAL."

Desventajas: "como em todas as companhias aereas na aeronave de tamanho medio para distancias curtas, a configuracao na classe executiva é 3 assentos por fila dos quais apenas 2 sao ocupados. isto nao dá para entender pois o conforto é muito ruim. a distancia entre assentos é pior do que em qualquer voo a longa distancia na classe economica plus. so viajei na classe executiva pois foi a conexao de um voo do Brasil para Portugal. senao seria absolutamente desnessario pagar a grande diferenca de preco para receber um beneficio muito pequeno."

The entertainment screen freezes and unresponsive. They need replacing. And the delay was the icing on the cake. Royal Air Maroc is the worst airline company one can ever fly with. Even budget companies such as Easy Jet and Ryan Air provide better service. Not recommended at all people."

Ventajas: "The computer check in service is very good and very quick and check-in my bag in then went through security check was very quick so I went through to the duty free shops enjoyed looking at all the different things which can be printed on your boarding pass what you've bought then you wait to board the flight we boarded the plane and found my seat easy the flight took off and the service was very good I was able to eat most of the food I watched my dvds after then we landed going through security was quick then I collected my luggage and then I exited the airport."

Ventajas: "The flight out of JFK to Casablanca was on time and checking in was extremely fast. We flew out and arrived early. The plane itself was very clean and organized, and was mostly empty, giving me enough space to have two seats for myself."
Desventajas: "The entertainment center (screen) stopped an hour before the plane landed. I was in the middle of watching The Greatest Showman, so that was pretty rude. Other than that it was great."

Similarly, the cabin crew regularly crashed the food cart into the back of my seat throughout the flight (but somehow avoided doing this to those in front of me). In addition, I was shaken awake twice to be asked if I wanted food. I will never fly this airline again."

Desventajas: "The airline cancelled one leg of our flight and then we had to apply for the money back for remaining legs, as they refused to be flexible on the rest of the trip. Instead of offering any help, it was down to us to call their call centre and ask for them to do something about it. At first they didn’t even understand their own cancellation and in the end they refused to do anything. We had to get lastminute.com to sort it for us, and in the end we got our money back. Only after chasing for a second time though! Definitely would not recommend this airline."

Desventajas: "I disliked the trip from Morocco to Banjul. Very cramped and the bathroom was filthy. Also there was no one at the gate to inform us of anything cocerning the connection. Just began boarding at shortly before departure time. There was also no room for my carry-on bag and so it had to go in the hull of the plane."

After several flights in one day, I had yogurt 3 times - good thing I like yogurt because it gets to be alot. Not much variety in food, I found the same offerings last year when I took this same route."

Desventajas: "Very small aircraft, no space and filled to capacity. Could not even get up to walk and stretch, essential for such a long flight. Very uncomfortable. My entertainment system did not work, staff tried rebooting, still didn't work. Their answer? Go to another seat, BUT the plane was full. NOT HELPFUL."
