Ventajas: Flight reservation was cancelled at airport - gate agents could not allow us to board. We were told reservation had been cancelled.

Desventajas: Refused to sell ticket from start or at least receive a cancellation ticket for the flight

Ventajas: Boarding was smooth and everything was on time

Desventajas: 2:30 hours delay inside the plane and finally they change our aircraft. The crew is not friendly with us.

Ventajas: The flight was pretty smooth considering it was a small plane.

Desventajas: I did not appreciate having to give my hand luggage into the hold which meant that I did not have any money to purchase any drinks on the flights and I was also sitting next to an overweight man which made it very tight for space.

Ventajas: On time

Desventajas: N/A

Ventajas: Row 3, loads of leg room, the filter coffee was excellent, just a really calm, well run flight

Desventajas: Seat prices were expensive and should really be free as if you are a family of 4, this will add well over £50 to your flight costs.

Desventajas: Seat recline was broken- wouldn’t hold position.

Ventajas: Good aircraft, good service, on time, eventless

Desventajas: There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better.

Ventajas: The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc.

Desventajas: We never got there

Desventajas: La ubicación del avión, estaba en la otra punta de la otra terminal del aeropuerto. La verdad es que tener que correr para llegar a tiempo del embarque y que luego te paseen en el autobús durante 20 minutos hasta llegar al avión no es precisamente agradable. ¿No podrían poner el avión más cerca de la terminal? y ya de paso, no podrían también poner la puerta más cerca (para llegar a la B46 desde la entrada del aeropuerto me llevó media hora).

Ventajas: nothing

Ventajas: Seats were slightly more comfortable than Ryanair.

Desventajas: Not making us bounce between gates 3 times because they didn't know where the plane was going.

Desventajas: 3 hours delayed due to a mechanical problem.

Ventajas: Boarding and crew was ok. Aircraft also not bad. But five hour delay with little communication or compensation.

Ventajas: Nothing! This is the worst airline I have traveled with. Always late and usually by servers hours not just a few minutes late. I mean late when you have to wait for the announnouncement of your flight for hours

Desventajas: Personnel, seats (even in expensive preferential class which I used) boarding, they want to charge you even if you ask for a glass of water. Come on !

Ventajas: Seat was comfortable and we landed on time, even after leaving late.

Desventajas: Crew needed better attitude.

Desventajas: No gate assignment until right before boarding. Chaotic,especially when you don’t know the airport or airline.

Ventajas: There was a good amount of room on the plane with comfortable seating.

Desventajas: We sat on the plane an extra 15 minutes before the flight, but other than that everything went smoothly.

Ventajas: The flight experience was pleasant!

Desventajas: Kayak sucks. I chose to buy ticket w kayak and took me to vayama (another horrible site). The ticket they sold me, which was not cheap, didn’t let me check in online and didn’t say that I was gonna have to pay 200 euros at airport to check in 2 bags!!!! A disaster everything.

Desventajas: Barcelona airport was a mess. They lost my bag with half of the plane bags and they didn’t even update the bag status online or call me when it arrived
