Fantastic flight, comfort seats and individual entertainment. I really like how they distribute the Groups before boarding.
No complaints, the only thing is that just a "pasta dish" and "tiny, tiny sandwich" for a 9 hour flight was ridiculous.

The seats were spacious. I loved the options for viewing, klistening, etc on the tablets attached to the seat in front of me. Great service from the flight attendants. Lots of food service & drinks. Thankful for sitting close to first class.
I would have preferred an aisle seat. Difficult to get out of the rows without everyone having to get up.

Having a very difficult time thinking of something I like about the whole service. Maybe the checking in process was a little bit smoother at San Diego compared to other airports.
As many of you know, Frankfurt/San Diego is a new service offered by Lufthansa. It touts direct flights to and from Europe. It’s main advertising draw was connection to the east. Many of their connecting flights at Frankfurt are scheduled within an hour of arrival. This possess a high risk of missing your connecting flight. I experienced this personally as a major number of my fellow travelers missed their connecting flights. Though Frankfurt has good directions, transfers take a long time due to multiple security checks and due to the size of the Airport. LAYOVER OF AT LEAST TWO HOURS WOULD BE BEST. Anything less, you risk missing your flight. I was personally selected TWICE for ‘random check’ for the same flight! Not sure how that can happen! The flight itself is long and arduous. the economy seats are small, cramped and don’t recline much at all. The entertainment selection was very limited. The TV touch screen barely worked. The food was tasteless and service was not much better. I have a hard time sleeping on flights with such bad seats but we had air hostess who kept talking the whole flight and that did not help with resting my eyes. I highly suggest taking a different airline through LAX. I personally feel like driving to LA and taking a flight there would be the wise move.
Wasn’t expecting to fly for 8hrs across the Atlantic in the same kind of plane usually expected for the short flights between European countries. A last minute plane change to a non-Norwegian aircraft had me scrambling to re-reserve pre-selected seats (the change moved our reserved seats to a less than ideal location), which had to be done through customer service because the Norwegian site wouldn’t let me make the change. What seemed like a 30+ yr old aircraft, no in-flight entertainment, broken seat backs, and an ornery flight attendant - I guess I get what I paid for...

I bought a Flex ticket for the exact reason of being able to adjust my schedule if needed. I decided to try to extend my trip at the airport and had the same issue. It's very disappointing that I paid extra and had zero help from their team. The new flight date would have been the same price too. On the flight, I didn't get served the dinner since they couldn't find my Flex information but it somehow got corrected later. I had a decent experience with Norwegian Air a few years ago but this time it was a mess on all three flights. I wouldn't recommend.

I have liked Norwegian ever since I first flew with them. So my meal was something I ordered and looked forward too on a long 8.5 hour flight. I actually tell everyone that it is my favorite airline
Even though I paid the fifty pounds for extra bag and "nice and tasty" food they didn't bring it as they said it was not on my ticket. When I asked where my food was, long after everyone had been fed, they brought me what was left over. A spaghetti and chicken which was warm and not "tasty" and I do not normally eat chicken. It was the only thing left. For the breakfast snack they also forget me until I asked again. The the "nice and tasty" meal was very sad and disappointing. And when I have travelled with Norwegian before the meal and entertainment were excellent. Also when I arrived in Barcelona "transit" to Newark there was no one advising up where to go! They dropped us en mass at the immigration which was huge and packed with long, long lines. When I asked people in uniform where transit was they told me I had to go through immigration! An hour later when I went to the immigration booth, the officer took me directly upstairs to another security check and then I was told to wait in an area and my flight would be called. Nothing. And when I went to the flight they said my bags were unloaded! All the Norwegian offices and checkin were closed for the night. My phone would not work there and finally I found wifi and called Norwegian in London, They gave me numbers and company names to call. But there no one to be found or connected to. At seven o'clock the next morning when Norwegian opened I was able to be put on the next flight on Sunday, two days later. A terrible transit like I have never experienced before.

Didnt respected the "extra legroom" I bought in All my flights in this trip. It was the same as seating in the last row. Go to KLM and learn not to steal extra money.

The flight attendants were very pleasant, eager to assist in every way possible, but even they had problems figuring out how to light the individual seats in my row. I enjoyed the free entertainment and ability to choose from a variety of programs.
Other than frequent offer of chips and water, the food services seemed long in coming, both in terms of a lunch 'snack' and the 'main' meal, which consisted of only a ham & cheese sandwich, barely warm, and difficult to chew because of the hard roll. I've never had such poor food on an international flight before.
