Ventajas: The agent who finally helped was professional
Desventajas: Could have showed how the phone syncs with car for safety. Random how u drop off the car 2 agents prior to the 3rd ignored me Too pushy in trying up sales when showing the car Said I was the 1st to drive car and an open bag of Flaming Cheetos was in the middle console —GROSS

Ventajas: The staff stayed to check my car back-in after the official closing hours (by a few minutes) which was very helpful.
Desventajas: I would have liked a better price.

Ventajas: the rental place was NOT at the airport and closed at 1:00 PM on Saturday! It did not mention that at all and I was not able to pick up the car. I had to taxi there and then back to the airport since it was closed! So very disappointed in this entire experience and want a full refund.
Desventajas: State that pick up is NOT at airport and must taxi to place, explain the place closes at 1:00 ON A SATURDAY!

Ventajas: The car had scratches on the exterior and interior. Plastic wrappers, food, and dirty napkins found under the seat. I was worried about documenting these issues and did not record the starting mileage. When I returned the car, I was charged for an extra 300 miles. No way was that possible.
Desventajas: Transparency with enterprise agents. Woman verbally stated I would need to fill gas tank to 1/4 and never stated miles. When I returned the car, I believe she input the wrong starting mileage and also on contract said I need to fill gas to 1/2. Double check everything at this location.

Quick trip
Ventajas: Drop off was extremely easy.
Desventajas: The direction to go outside to the booth BEFORE getting in the car was not clearly stated. Got the car. had to remain at the gate out the parking lot for someone to c=hek me out. :(
