NOTHING. My experience won't fit in the negative comments, so I'm starting it here. (1/4) We had a 21 hour layover in Iceland, so we left the airport for the night. The next morning, on our way to the airport, we tried to check-in online, but the online check-in service was not working. We arrived about two hours before our scheduled departure and had to wait in a long line since the online check-in service was not working. We checked our bags and ran into our first unfortunate encounter with the airport staff. He sent my friend's bags through, without checking the weight. When he weighed my bag, he then noticed that the first bag sent through was overweight, and mentioned that he had made a mistake. He decided to weigh both our bags together as one entity (to equal 88 lbs.) and made me empty out my suitcase of the extra weight from not only my single bag, but the extra weight from the first bag, as well. He said it was too late to retrieve the first bag, so my friend and I had to divvy up my stuff between our carry on bags. Had we known the first bag was overweight, we would have been able to easily taken stuff out of our OWN suitcases and into our OWN carry ons. Which would have been helpful for what was to come... We then walked through the foodcourt to buy some overpriced snacks for the plane. When we decided it was time to go to our gate, we passed a horrifically long line of people that we assumed couldn't be the line to get through customs, because the last few times we had been at this airport, there was always a maximum of 20 people in line. Once we realized that this line was for customs, we asked an employee working the line if we'd be able to make our flight on time if we had to wait in this line. He said not to worry, that we would be okay, because all of the airlines were notified of the unexpected delay at customs. We patiently waited in this line, and as soon as we were through, ran to our gates. At this point, we knew we were going to JUST miss the time for the gate to close, but were consoled by the fact that the employee at customs had told us that the airlines were notified that some of us would be late arriving due to the unexpected delay and line. We arrived at the gate, and the airport staff working the gate laughed in our faces and told us it was too late. They said they never heard from anyone about any delays at customs, and that the transportation bus to the airplane had left ten minutes ago. "Too bad!" they said. How could it have left ten minutes prior, if the gate said it had closed only a few minutes before we arrived? A lie. We asked about our luggage.

(2/4) They said that they would notify the plane, and the bags would be taken off, and that we could find them at baggage claim. So let me get this straight - the plane can wait for someone to sift through all of the baggage, find our bags, and remove them from the plane, but wouldn't allow us to take the probably less time to just get on the plane? We asked if there was anyone from WOW that we could speak to, and they pointed us in the direction of another gate. Once we got to that area, there was another group of people that also missed their flight due to the unexpected line at customs. They were speaking with a lady who was telling them that no one from WOW was at the airport, they all went home for the day. We also attempted to talk to this lady, but she was in a hurry to leave for the day, as well, and was very dismissive and talked to us in passing. On our way to baggage claim, we passed customs, which by this time, had no line. We spoke to three people that were standing in that area, and were looking for the guy who told us that our plane was notified of the delay. He was no longer around, but the staff standing there had said that they were unsure why we were told that any aircrafts were notified of delays because that was not true, and that they also were not even ALLOWED to tell travelers this information. So.... the guy that we spoke to in the customs line lied to my face, and was not even allowed to tell us what he did. This infuriates me for MANY reasons. If I had known that we would not make it through the customs line in time, I would have politely asked other travelers towards the front of the line if we could pass them. Most people are very nice, and would of course let us in front of them. I know I would have done that for someone. But instead, since a KEF AIRPORT STAFF told me that MY PLANE WAS NOTIFIED OF THE DELAY, I patiently waited in line. Yet another lie. We finally got to baggage claim, and spoke with one of the employees there. He told us that he was not aware of any bags coming back in, but it usually takes about 30 mins. At this point, it probably had already been that long, but my friend waited anyways. Meanwhile, I went back to the check-in area to see if there was anyone available to talk to about the circumstances, or if there was another flight we could get on because both my friend and I had to work the next day. There was no one anywhere, except for at the the Icelandair counter. The woman I spoke to there was very nice (shocker), but there was nothing she could do, that all of the flights leaving the airport to the US for the rest of the day had just closed their time for purchasing tickets. If we had not been lied to and if the staff had not been rude and pointing us in all different directions, I probably could have gotten us on a flight out that night. But yet again, we JUST missed the mark due to being misinformed and mistreated by the airport staff.

No entertainment, but that’s how they keep costs low. Seating was not incredibly clean.

(3/4) My friend finally came up from baggage claim and had told me that no bags came, and the staff member we were speaking to downstairs told us that our luggage was probably already on its way to Chicago. Note that he never asked for our names or our baggage claim ticket. We bought a plane ticket on Icelandair for the next afternoon, found an ACE Guesthouse to stay at, paid for another cab, and left with our carry-ons with nothing useful for overnight because of the first encounter at the check-in counter where we weren't able to properly remove our chosen belongings from our suitcases. The next morning after I woke up and as soon as I knew our original flight had landed, I tried to call O'Hare to confirm that our bags had indeed made it to Chicago. I was not able to get ahold of anyone that could help. When we got to the airport, 4.5 hours early, we checked in and went straight to baggage claim to double check where our bags were. We were not leaving Iceland until we were 100% sure of where our belongings were. Lo and behold, it's the same employee that was working in the baggage claim area the day before. He remembered us, and told us that he had good news and bad news. The good news was that they found our bags, the bad news was that was our bags were on their way to Boston. Boston? BOSTON?! He said they went to Boston because if there were bags left here, it was mandatory that they get sent as fast as they could to the country they are scheduled to arrive at, no matter what airport. That location happened to be Boston. We have NO idea why this was the case, when they knew that we had missed our flight and were still in Iceland. Isn't it mandatory that luggage stay with the owner? We wanted to call Boston to make sure that our bags were there, and to have them sent to Chicago so that they were in Chicago when we arrived later that day. He told us that there was nothing that we could do, that we would have to wait until we get to Chicago, file a claim, and then they would have our bags sent to us a day or so later. Note again, that he never asked for our names or our bag claim number. Begrudgingly, we left him, even more furious, and waited for our next flight. Meanwhile, I tried to get ahold of anyone from O'Hare – no luck. I tried to get ahold of anyone from Boston – no luck. Finally, I decided to call WOW Customer Service. I explained the situation to her, and told her that it was absolutely necessary to know where my bags were, and to know that they would be waiting for me in Chicago when I arrived, also questioning WHY protocol called for our bags being sent to Boston. She asked for the claim number, and told me the last time the bags were scanned was in Iceland. They were at the airport. I told her this was impossible, because I spoke to the same person the day before and today, and he said our bags were not at this airport. She insisted that they were.

(4/4) At this point, a few hours had gone by, and we were running short on time. With AN HOUR left until our DEPARTURE TIME, we went back to baggage claim and told the same employee that WOW had told us our bags were scanned in here. He seemed confused, and said he was not sure how this could be possible. My friend spotted her bag behind him, and pointed it out. He seemed shocked. I didn't see my bag anywhere, and asked him where it was, and he said that maybe it got swapped out with someone else's, because he didn't see it. My friend asked him to please check the back for my suitcase. Sure enough, it was there. CLEARLY, this employee had no idea what he was doing. He gave us misinformation numerous times. If we had not been so persistent, we never would have known that our bags were still at KEF in Iceland. HOW WOULD WE HAVE GOTTEN OUR BAGS TO CHICAGO??????????? If I had listened to the guy and trusted him, we would have landed in Chicago, filed a claim, and seen that there were NO bags in Chicago, and NO bags in Boston. Our belongings would have been stuck in Iceland. We then had hardly any time to go back to the check-in counter and check our bags. We waited in another line, checked our bags, and ran to our gate. Every other KEF staff member that we tried to speak to was very short and rude, unhelpful, and in a hurry to get us out of the way. Even when we tried to find someone at a kiosk, there was no one there working the kiosk. Nearly every employee at KEF had lied to my face, and did not care that I needed help. If I had not been lied to about information regarding notifications, flights, baggage, etc. on numerous accounts, I know for a FACT that I would have made sure I made my flight. This experience is absolutely unacceptable. The incapable, rude, and dishonest airport staff and unaccommodating airlines costed us an extra $1,000 each. It also cost us the couple hundred dollars we would have made at work the next day. I will never fly WOW again. I will never fly to or through Keflavik International Airport again. I will never recommend WOW. I will never recommend KEF. This left such a bad taste in my mouth that I don't really ever want to go to Iceland again. And I know my friend feels the same way.

Flying to Europe departure timing and the crew service were great. The regular food was better than all the bigger airlines I have flown recently. I look forward to the trying the gourmet offerings in the future.

You have to pay extra for seats assigned when you buy your ticket or select them 24hrs before departure. Airlines still have not learned how to deal with babies on parents laps. The little children on parents laps on full flights are as uncomfortable as the neighboring passengers. Bathrooms need mid flight service. Passengers were not considerate.

Food was good and flight attendants were very professional. Our first time flying Air Canada and I was very impressed!

To pay so much for a transatlantic flight and have to pay $10 for an IPad on the 8 hour trip home??? It would be nice if even limited internet was included so we could use our own device. The worse experience was getting through customs at the airport in Barcelona on the way home. Only two agents available to stamp passports on a Sunday morning when the world's largest cruise ship (Royal Caribbean Harmony of the Seas) had docked earlier that morning? We arrived at the airport at 8:30 and no Air Canada agents were available to check us in until 9:00. After waiting to get through customs and we proceeded to our gate, our 11:45 flight was just beginning to load! Lots of shoving and people cutting line to avoid being late for their flight. I heard one person mention they had missed their flight, and I'm certain many others did as well. With the chaos and delay, I'm surprised altercations didn't happen. The airports/airlines need to work with the local authorities to avoid these delays and provide their customers better service.

I am filing a complaint with regard to my recent flight on Dec 31, 2016 from Barcelona (BCN) back to San Francisco, US (SFO) on Air Canada, with a connection in Toronto, Canada (Flight # AC1915 and AC739). My wife and I were denied boarding at Barcelona because we did not have an ETA to visit Canada. However, we actually qualify for the Transit Without Visa Program, allowing us to transit through Canada to the US without an ETA. Please see below. My wife and I arrived at BCN airport in Barcelona before 11 am, more than 3 hours prior to the departure time of 2 pm for flight AC1915 to Toronto. Please see the attached bus ticket as proof, indicating we boarded the bus at 10:30 am at Barcelona city center. This is more than enough time for check-in processes. I knew about the ETA requirement prior to travel. However, I also knew that, as a Taiwanese national, we qualify for the Transit Without Visa program, allowing us to transit through Canada to the US without an ETA. The Canadian Government website states that: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas-all.asp#eta-exemptions “The following persons are exempt from the eTA requirement: •Foreign nationals seeking to transit through Canada under Transit Without Visa or China Transit Program.” Furthermore, also on the Canadian Government website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/ENGLISH/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1092&top=16 “Travellers whose planes refuel in Canada going to and from the United States, as well as participants in the China Transit Program and Transit Without Visa Program, do not need to have an eTA or a visa to transit Canada.” We qualify for the Transit Without Visa Program because according to the Canadian Government website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/twov/travellers.asp •We are citizens of Taiwan •We hold valid Taiwanese passports (please see attached passport photo) •We hold valid US visas (please see attached green card photo) •We are traveling to Canada on an approved airline: Air Canada Rouge •We transit through an approved Canadian airport (Toronto’s Pearson International Airport, terminal 1, without a change of terminal between flights) •We hold a confirmed onward ticket to the US the same day (AC739 to San Francisco, departing at 6:55 pm the same day) •We arrive during operating hours for the US in-transit pre-clearance facility. During check-in, we were told that we needed an ETA and denied us boarding. I tried explaining to the supervisor on duty that day that an ETA is actually not required for us since we qualify for Transit Without Visa, using the arguments I presented above in this letter, as well as showing him the websites from the Canadian Government. However, the supervisor insisted that we needed an ETA, citing the general policy that Taiwanese citizens require ETA to visit Canada. What he did not realize was that we satisfy a very unique case that did NOT require an ETA.

It was a very good flight. A pillow and blanket were provided which was good for comfort and to keep warm because it was very cold on the flight. The hot meals that were included were tasty and the the coffee was good. The bottles of water were a nice touch.

Nice crew and efficient boarding.

Exceptionally small seats and warm temperatures made overnight flights challenging. They do not offer free alocohol on international flights. But the worst part of the flight was the entertainment situation. There are no tv screens on the plane. They wait to tell you until after you've taken off that you can download the air Canada app to stream their selection of tv and movies to your personal devices. Once you do, they'll explain to you that it's really hard to get the streaming to work properly because so many people are trying to use it at the same time, but don't worry - they have preloaded iPads available ... for rent. It feels like a blatant cash grab on top of an already disappointing flight experience.

My previous flights with Lufthansa have been in business class, which is fabulous. However, on this occasion flew economy because I got an exceptionally cheap ticket. I was pleasantly surprised. Obviously the seat was narrower, but had plenty of legroom. The food in economy in Lufthansa is better than most airlines’ business class meals. The crew is very courteous and professional. You really can’t go wrong with this airline.

The price was good and connections were well-timed. Lufthansa had great food and service. A glass of pear brandy after dinner? Yes, please! I've seen a few other negative reviews for Lufthansa, but I've always had great experiences with them. The crew and food are top-notch.

We had two legs on Lufthansa and the third was Air Canada. Lufthansa was great; great service, great food. But on Air Canada there was no food on a 5-hr international flight, the video screen didn't work well, and the flight attendant was having a rough day. And we took off at least 30 minutes late due to a couple of technical issues.

I was not aware of the requirements of the Schengen Agreement and my passport was expiring in a couple of months. I was not able to get on this flight even though my final destination did not have the passport restrictions of the Schengen Agreement. When I booked the flight, I was not made aware of these requirements before my flight.

My return trip didn’t have any major unexpected expenses the way my outgoing trip did.

They broke a very expensive item that I purchased on my trip. It was properly wrapped and cushioned in clothing. I had fragile stickers on the outside of my luggage and it is shattered beyond repair.

Atlanta airport is super duper organized!!! No problem getting tons of people through passport control & customs! Lots of well English speaking guiding staff- i was delighted!

On the international aircraft, 767, the monitors were smaller and hab on the domestic flights flight, the picture was way too dark to enjoy & sound out of one earpiece only

Crew was pleasant. Boarding was fast and efficient, nobody bumrushed.

The non-reclining seat right next to the bathroom door opening should not exist. I was miserable there; I swear everyone on the plane made sure to take a dump on this <2 hour flight. Also none of the windows on any of these small planes line up with the actual positions of seats and it sucks.

Asientos cómodos,cabezal se giraba por los lados para aguantar la cabeza si te dormías. Personal muy agradable y atentos. Puntuales. Tuvimos varias comidas y estaban muy buenas.

El embaraue no me gustó, cuando llegas a la puerta te hacen chequean la tarjeta de embarque y pasaporte a todos, pero te quedas fuera esperando. Más tarde vuelven a llamar a los pasajeros pafa embarcar por prioridad, klm tiene 5 escalas distintas, y vuelves a hacer otra cola.

He missed it due to having a 32 minute layover, which he ran all the way to board.

he had no choice but to look at the closed door of his flight, and wait an additional 7 hours and they didn't even give him a voucher for food. I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience.

I like traveling with AirFrance in general.

Terminal too far to go to loggage, walking about more than two miles after a long trip is not very easy AirFrance should have a better terminal at Charles-de-Gaulle!!! Have some missing stuff in my luggage!!!!

Very good male crew member. Pilot genuinely apologetic for the delay.

After running due to a 1 hr 10 min change over between flights boarding didn't prioritise anyone but I got on fine. Only to be told at the departure time that there was a problem with the baggage hold and we were delayed. In total 50 minutes late leaving. Breakfast a simple brioche with nothing to add to it.

(3/4) My friend finally came up from baggage claim and had told me that no bags came, and the staff member we were speaking to downstairs told us that our luggage was probably already on its way to Chicago. Note that he never asked for our names or our baggage claim ticket. We bought a plane ticket on Icelandair for the next afternoon, found an ACE Guesthouse to stay at, paid for another cab, and left with our carry-ons with nothing useful for overnight because of the first encounter at the check-in counter where we weren't able to properly remove our chosen belongings from our suitcases. The next morning after I woke up and as soon as I knew our original flight had landed, I tried to call O'Hare to confirm that our bags had indeed made it to Chicago. I was not able to get ahold of anyone that could help. When we got to the airport, 4.5 hours early, we checked in and went straight to baggage claim to double check where our bags were. We were not leaving Iceland until we were 100% sure of where our belongings were. Lo and behold, it's the same employee that was working in the baggage claim area the day before. He remembered us, and told us that he had good news and bad news. The good news was that they found our bags, the bad news was that was our bags were on their way to Boston. Boston? BOSTON?! He said they went to Boston because if there were bags left here, it was mandatory that they get sent as fast as they could to the country they are scheduled to arrive at, no matter what airport. That location happened to be Boston. We have NO idea why this was the case, when they knew that we had missed our flight and were still in Iceland. Isn't it mandatory that luggage stay with the owner? We wanted to call Boston to make sure that our bags were there, and to have them sent to Chicago so that they were in Chicago when we arrived later that day. He told us that there was nothing that we could do, that we would have to wait until we get to Chicago, file a claim, and then they would have our bags sent to us a day or so later. Note again, that he never asked for our names or our bag claim number. Begrudgingly, we left him, even more furious, and waited for our next flight. Meanwhile, I tried to get ahold of anyone from O'Hare – no luck. I tried to get ahold of anyone from Boston – no luck. Finally, I decided to call WOW Customer Service. I explained the situation to her, and told her that it was absolutely necessary to know where my bags were, and to know that they would be waiting for me in Chicago when I arrived, also questioning WHY protocol called for our bags being sent to Boston. She asked for the claim number, and told me the last time the bags were scanned was in Iceland. They were at the airport. I told her this was impossible, because I spoke to the same person the day before and today, and he said our bags were not at this airport. She insisted that they were.

(4/4) At this point, a few hours had gone by, and we were running short on time. With AN HOUR left until our DEPARTURE TIME, we went back to baggage claim and told the same employee that WOW had told us our bags were scanned in here. He seemed confused, and said he was not sure how this could be possible. My friend spotted her bag behind him, and pointed it out. He seemed shocked. I didn't see my bag anywhere, and asked him where it was, and he said that maybe it got swapped out with someone else's, because he didn't see it. My friend asked him to please check the back for my suitcase. Sure enough, it was there. CLEARLY, this employee had no idea what he was doing. He gave us misinformation numerous times. If we had not been so persistent, we never would have known that our bags were still at KEF in Iceland. HOW WOULD WE HAVE GOTTEN OUR BAGS TO CHICAGO??????????? If I had listened to the guy and trusted him, we would have landed in Chicago, filed a claim, and seen that there were NO bags in Chicago, and NO bags in Boston. Our belongings would have been stuck in Iceland. We then had hardly any time to go back to the check-in counter and check our bags. We waited in another line, checked our bags, and ran to our gate. Every other KEF staff member that we tried to speak to was very short and rude, unhelpful, and in a hurry to get us out of the way. Even when we tried to find someone at a kiosk, there was no one there working the kiosk. Nearly every employee at KEF had lied to my face, and did not care that I needed help. If I had not been lied to about information regarding notifications, flights, baggage, etc. on numerous accounts, I know for a FACT that I would have made sure I made my flight. This experience is absolutely unacceptable. The incapable, rude, and dishonest airport staff and unaccommodating airlines costed us an extra $1,000 each. It also cost us the couple hundred dollars we would have made at work the next day. I will never fly WOW again. I will never fly to or through Keflavik International Airport again. I will never recommend WOW. I will never recommend KEF. This left such a bad taste in my mouth that I don't really ever want to go to Iceland again. And I know my friend feels the same way.

It was a very good flight. A pillow and blanket were provided which was good for comfort and to keep warm because it was very cold on the flight. The hot meals that were included were tasty and the the coffee was good. The bottles of water were a nice touch.

The in-flight entertainment behaved extremely glitchy and even after the flight attendant reset the system it still gave me problems to work on my tablet. This really needs to be fixed as I had the same issue on my flight to Barcelona.

The staff was very friendly and did a good job.

The entertainment on this flight was non-existent unless you paid extra for the iPads or internet. There were no tv screens on the back of the seats, which was not very pleasant for a 9 hour flight. We tried connecting to the plane's wifi and watching movies on our phones through the Air Canada app, but the wifi was so slow that the movies never even loaded. Additionally, not every row of seats on the sides has a window, and we were in a row that had a wall instead. The plug in our row did not work either so we couldn't charge our phones with it.

To pay so much for a transatlantic flight and have to pay $10 for an IPad on the 8 hour trip home??? It would be nice if even limited internet was included so we could use our own device. The worse experience was getting through customs at the airport in Barcelona on the way home. Only two agents available to stamp passports on a Sunday morning when the world's largest cruise ship (Royal Caribbean Harmony of the Seas) had docked earlier that morning? We arrived at the airport at 8:30 and no Air Canada agents were available to check us in until 9:00. After waiting to get through customs and we proceeded to our gate, our 11:45 flight was just beginning to load! Lots of shoving and people cutting line to avoid being late for their flight. I heard one person mention they had missed their flight, and I'm certain many others did as well. With the chaos and delay, I'm surprised altercations didn't happen. The airports/airlines need to work with the local authorities to avoid these delays and provide their customers better service.

NOTHING. My experience won't fit in the negative comments, so I'm starting it here. (1/4) We had a 21 hour layover in Iceland, so we left the airport for the night. The next morning, on our way to the airport, we tried to check-in online, but the online check-in service was not working. We arrived about two hours before our scheduled departure and had to wait in a long line since the online check-in service was not working. We checked our bags and ran into our first unfortunate encounter with the airport staff. He sent my friend's bags through, without checking the weight. When he weighed my bag, he then noticed that the first bag sent through was overweight, and mentioned that he had made a mistake. He decided to weigh both our bags together as one entity (to equal 88 lbs.) and made me empty out my suitcase of the extra weight from not only my single bag, but the extra weight from the first bag, as well. He said it was too late to retrieve the first bag, so my friend and I had to divvy up my stuff between our carry on bags. Had we known the first bag was overweight, we would have been able to easily taken stuff out of our OWN suitcases and into our OWN carry ons. Which would have been helpful for what was to come... We then walked through the foodcourt to buy some overpriced snacks for the plane. When we decided it was time to go to our gate, we passed a horrifically long line of people that we assumed couldn't be the line to get through customs, because the last few times we had been at this airport, there was always a maximum of 20 people in line. Once we realized that this line was for customs, we asked an employee working the line if we'd be able to make our flight on time if we had to wait in this line. He said not to worry, that we would be okay, because all of the airlines were notified of the unexpected delay at customs. We patiently waited in this line, and as soon as we were through, ran to our gates. At this point, we knew we were going to JUST miss the time for the gate to close, but were consoled by the fact that the employee at customs had told us that the airlines were notified that some of us would be late arriving due to the unexpected delay and line. We arrived at the gate, and the airport staff working the gate laughed in our faces and told us it was too late. They said they never heard from anyone about any delays at customs, and that the transportation bus to the airplane had left ten minutes ago. "Too bad!" they said. How could it have left ten minutes prior, if the gate said it had closed only a few minutes before we arrived? A lie. We asked about our luggage.

(2/4) They said that they would notify the plane, and the bags would be taken off, and that we could find them at baggage claim. So let me get this straight - the plane can wait for someone to sift through all of the baggage, find our bags, and remove them from the plane, but wouldn't allow us to take the probably less time to just get on the plane? We asked if there was anyone from WOW that we could speak to, and they pointed us in the direction of another gate. Once we got to that area, there was another group of people that also missed their flight due to the unexpected line at customs. They were speaking with a lady who was telling them that no one from WOW was at the airport, they all went home for the day. We also attempted to talk to this lady, but she was in a hurry to leave for the day, as well, and was very dismissive and talked to us in passing. On our way to baggage claim, we passed customs, which by this time, had no line. We spoke to three people that were standing in that area, and were looking for the guy who told us that our plane was notified of the delay. He was no longer around, but the staff standing there had said that they were unsure why we were told that any aircrafts were notified of delays because that was not true, and that they also were not even ALLOWED to tell travelers this information. So.... the guy that we spoke to in the customs line lied to my face, and was not even allowed to tell us what he did. This infuriates me for MANY reasons. If I had known that we would not make it through the customs line in time, I would have politely asked other travelers towards the front of the line if we could pass them. Most people are very nice, and would of course let us in front of them. I know I would have done that for someone. But instead, since a KEF AIRPORT STAFF told me that MY PLANE WAS NOTIFIED OF THE DELAY, I patiently waited in line. Yet another lie. We finally got to baggage claim, and spoke with one of the employees there. He told us that he was not aware of any bags coming back in, but it usually takes about 30 mins. At this point, it probably had already been that long, but my friend waited anyways. Meanwhile, I went back to the check-in area to see if there was anyone available to talk to about the circumstances, or if there was another flight we could get on because both my friend and I had to work the next day. There was no one anywhere, except for at the the Icelandair counter. The woman I spoke to there was very nice (shocker), but there was nothing she could do, that all of the flights leaving the airport to the US for the rest of the day had just closed their time for purchasing tickets. If we had not been lied to and if the staff had not been rude and pointing us in all different directions, I probably could have gotten us on a flight out that night. But yet again, we JUST missed the mark due to being misinformed and mistreated by the airport staff.

I was not at all pleased with the overall experience. Most of the staff was very nice though. The flight staff was nice, the airport staff was not.

Flight was delayed without notice. They waited until after we were lined up to board to put this up on the board, leaving us standing around for an hour. They never announced it on the overhead. The boarding process took an obscene amount of time which seems to have been attributed to having one worker confirm passports after we had already been checked at the desk. He moved very slowly. Actual flight was quick and easy. No food or entertainment as it was only an hour.

Flying to Europe departure timing and the crew service were great. The regular food was better than all the bigger airlines I have flown recently. I look forward to the trying the gourmet offerings in the future.

You have to pay extra for seats assigned when you buy your ticket or select them 24hrs before departure. Airlines still have not learned how to deal with babies on parents laps. The little children on parents laps on full flights are as uncomfortable as the neighboring passengers. Bathrooms need mid flight service. Passengers were not considerate.

My previous flights with Lufthansa have been in business class, which is fabulous. However, on this occasion flew economy because I got an exceptionally cheap ticket. I was pleasantly surprised. Obviously the seat was narrower, but had plenty of legroom. The food in economy in Lufthansa is better than most airlines’ business class meals. The crew is very courteous and professional. You really can’t go wrong with this airline.

The boarding process onto the plane in Barcelona was excellent. I also find the Air Canada crews to be very professional and the food was good.

The seats are very tight and the overhead bins are only large enough to hold one roll-on bag. Also you have to download an app in order to have any entertainment.

Nice crew and efficient boarding.

Exceptionally small seats and warm temperatures made overnight flights challenging. They do not offer free alocohol on international flights. But the worst part of the flight was the entertainment situation. There are no tv screens on the plane. They wait to tell you until after you've taken off that you can download the air Canada app to stream their selection of tv and movies to your personal devices. Once you do, they'll explain to you that it's really hard to get the streaming to work properly because so many people are trying to use it at the same time, but don't worry - they have preloaded iPads available ... for rent. Crew was very good.

In-flight video (via app) was slow and unreliable. Seat comfort was lacking.

The staff was very friendly and did a good job.

The entertainment on this flight was non-existent unless you paid extra for the iPads or internet. There were no tv screens on the back of the seats, which was not very pleasant for a 9 hour flight. We tried connecting to the plane's wifi and watching movies on our phones through the Air Canada app, but the wifi was so slow that the movies never even loaded. Additionally, not every row of seats on the sides has a window, and we were in a row that had a wall instead. The plug in our row did not work either so we couldn't charge our phones with it.
