Necesita mejorar la disponibilidad de la comida. Parece que todo está agotado.
Durante este vuelo, toda la tripulación se centró en ganar dinero vendiendo comida y bebidas. Solo había un baño abierto. Y realmente olía mal y no era utilizable. Incluso para ver algo en el entretenimiento a bordo, tienes que alquilar auriculares. Aerolínea patética pero la única con vuelo directo, por lo que prácticamente la única opción de Karachi a KL.
Pobre proceso de check-in, 2 horas, la comida horrible en el vuelo.

El nasi lemak era horrible. Arroz blanco normal, sambal insípido, sin pepino, sin kacang, sin ikan bilis. Y el pollo era incoloro e insípido, sabía a pollo hervido. El sistema de entretenimiento no funcionaba en absoluto.

Con sede en Malasia, la compañía de transporte aéreo Malindo Air centra sus operaciones principalmente en el continente asiático. Ofrece vuelos a alrededor de cuarenta destinos de la región, como Tailandia, Singapur, Nepal, Indonesia o Sri Lanka, aunque también opera rutas a Australia. Los pasajeros que viajen en Economy Class con Malindo Air tienen derecho a llevar como equipaje de mano un total de dos piezas. El bulto principal debe tener unas medidas máximas que no superen los 56 × 36 × 23 cm y su peso no debe rebasar los 7 kg. En cuanto a la pieza de equipaje adicional, puede ser un bolso pequeño o una cartera para el ordenador portátil. Los viajeros de Business Class, por su parte, pueden viajar con dos maletas de mano de hasta 10 kg y un artículo personal.
