Ventajas: Nothing, Air Portugal is the worst I have ever experienced. Never fly Air Portugal, you have been warned.

Desventajas: A different airline

Ventajas: Yes, it was comfortable and they r nice.

Desventajas: Ummmm delayed both flights were delayed, it was annoying

Ventajas: Amazing crew

Desventajas: Food was ok. Seat was crowded. Everything else was excellent.

Ventajas: I liked the food

Ventajas: Quick and convenient

Desventajas: Delays are always an issue

Ventajas: We were sent to Kiwi booking to complete the ticket booking. Flight was canceled due to strike but we weren’t informed this till at the airport. This is likely because airline only has Kiwi contact info and never reached to us. Kiwi also didn’t inform us. We were stuck at airport for 6 hours trying to contact airline. Phone can’t be reached. We talked ied WhatsApp Facebook tweeter. All takes like one hour to get response. In the end flights can’t be rescheduled we had to book new flights ourselves and find hotel to stay. They won’t cover for hotel either. The flights refund is now funded to Kiwi which we also need to find time to argue with Kiwi to get back. DOnt know how long that may take. The overall experience has been terrible

Desventajas: Transavia should have more capacity to hold customers requests. The representative from Transavia at airport provide absolutely no help. Just told us to WhatsApp Transavia. If that’s the approach then more people should be there responding WhatsApp comments not like no response within one hour. Kiwi is of no help as well. If flights get canceled agents should provide us updates as well. When we contacted kiwi in the airport Kiwi even denied flight cancel.

Ventajas: Cheap. Gets you from one stop to the next.

Desventajas: Took forever to check in. I know they were under strike at that time but then after waiting for so long and just making our flight, they sent my luggage to Seville Spain. It took 3 full days for me to get my luggage. I contacted via Facebook and email and basically just got the response of I have to wait until it arrives at the airport and the best advice they could give was to call the Seville airport. I mentioned multiple times in my email and message that I did not have phone service. I showed up to the airport everyday to see if it made it in finally it did on day 3. It wasn’t until 5 days later that they even contacted me to say it had arrived but I had already picked it up. Very disappointing.

Desventajas: Crew were very rude

Ventajas: Departed on time, nice entertainment

Desventajas: Food could have been better, for such a long trip beverages service was scarce

Ventajas: TRIPULACION VUELO HORARIO ASIENTO

Desventajas: ATENCION ANTE CAMBIOS DE VUELOS DE AEROLINEAS ARGENTINAS, ASOCIADA NO TUVE RECONOCIMIENTO!!!

Ventajas: Flight was fine

Desventajas: Ticket/luggage issues not handled very well. Long wait lines. No notification of plane delay on monitors.

Ventajas: The crew was very attentive, as was to be expected for Business Class service.

Desventajas: Out of a total of only seven (7) Business Class passengers on the flight from Venice to Madrid, for some reason they only had five (5) meals available, so we were offered a selection from the standard economy class snack list, which was substandard and very disappointing considering we paid for Business Class and therefore expected a Business Class meal and not just a snack! Very poorly planned and completely unacceptable!

Desventajas: Took half hour extra to board an have us waiting for the bus from the terminal to the plane on the stairs

Ventajas: The crew didn’t have most things listed that should have been for sale. They were annoyed when asked for things. If you needed something mid flight you had to go to the service area...they would not serve you at your seat.

Desventajas: Everything...app didn’t work, baggage allowance wasn’t clear (extremely overpriced), crew was irritated...don’t use this airline if you don’t need to

Ventajas: Fue más o menos puntual. El vuelo era directo. No estaba demasiado lleno.

Desventajas: El avión era muy viejo, escasamente cómodo y sin sistema de entretenimiento. La aplicación no se puede usar si no la descargas previamente y eso había que haberlo sabido antes de embarcar para poder hacerlo con el wi-fi de la terminal. Uno está de vacaciones en USA y generalmente no tiene datos móviles. Tantas horas de vuelo sin nada que ver se hacen interminables.

Ventajas: Cabin crew professional, efficient and pleasant. Cabin clean, seats comfortable.

Desventajas: Nothing not to like.

Desventajas: Not even water is offered to people

Ventajas: Embarque ágil, tanto en Madrid como en París (Orly). Buen vuelo, rápida salida en ambos aeropuertos.

Desventajas: Lo único a destacar, aunque no nos significó un problema, es que nuestro equipaje de mano fue a bodega en ambos vuelos.

Ventajas: All went well with no interference.

Ventajas: A pesar que deberieron cambiar avión cuando estábamos por salir, el cambio fue muy rápido y llegamos a tiempo a destino... exelente

Desventajas: La comida,

Ventajas: Amazing punctuality, both on the way out to Lisbon and on the return to London.

Desventajas: Cannot really think of anything that needed attention on these flights.

Ventajas: TAP HAS THE MOST COMFORTABLE SEATS THAT RECINE VERY VERY FAR.

Desventajas: CREW NEVER CAME AROUND AND OFFERED WATER, LIKE OTHER AIRLINES DO. THIS IS ESSENTIAL FOR GOOD HEALTH DURING A LONG FLIGHT OF 7.5 HOURS, AND SITTING ON THE PLANE FOR A TOTAL OF 8.5 HOURS.....

Ventajas: TAP always has great team members and crew. They are polite, professional and helpful. The flight itself is comfortable and relaxing; very enjoyable.

Desventajas: TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever.

Ventajas: The tablet selection was very variety.

Desventajas: The announcement was hard to hear the volume was loud but something not quiet understandable

Ventajas: The crew was awesome

Ventajas: More legroom than other airlines, timely and in flight entertainment.

Ventajas: The Dreamliner airplane.

Desventajas: The food!!!! Worst airline food. The crew barely announce in English. Boarding process is a mess

Desventajas: The seats were so uncomfortable for such a long flight. And they was not enough space between rows. I felt like cattle. It was in humane. My legs were numb several times during flight. My chair would not recline properly. I’m exhausted. Won’t be booking aireuropa ever again.

Ventajas: Great crwe and Nice seat

Desventajas: There was not enough include meals and drinks

Desventajas: Flight was on time and plane clean and in good shape. Crew was very friendly.

Desventajas: Boarding at Orly airport was unorganized and cluttered. Flight was delayed (took too long to depart).

Desventajas: Poor attitude from ground service at the boarding gate

Desventajas: water is not complimentary

Desventajas: Flight was delayed by 4 hours and we were informed about the delay until 20 mins before boarding. The service was all round horrible

Desventajas: Bathrooms not maintained, flight delayed after on plane, and only had water offered 1x on the flight even though we were on the plane for about 2 hours longer than planned.

Desventajas: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

Ventajas: tripulacion y horario y asiento

Desventajas: me modificaron horario de aerolinea asociada y perdi el vuelo si compensacion ni nada!!!! tuve que comprar otro boleto

Desventajas: Revisar que las pantallas de entretenimiento estén funcionando correctamente.
