at the check in. I've been asked to pay because my booking didn't show that I included 1 in cabin bag and 1 ship for each traveler. I had to pay because I wasn't going to lose my flight. I ask you to check my booking please.

Seats are too close together. This is the first time my knees the seat ahead of me.
Getting off the plane in Barcelona
Extremely poor service by the cabin crew. They were extremely lethargic and slow with service. So much so that numerous rows of seats with young families were never served. No announcement or apology, they just stopped serving as they needed to prepare to land. They knew from the start how long they would have to serve drinks/snacks but didn’t care and definitely did not go out of their way to ensure everyone would be served. The worst service or total lack of that I’ve ever had.

The journey was made easy & stressfree with all our info on the easyJet app. Staff were very friendly on both flights. Paid for the extra leg room & that made all the difference.

Flight delayed Not enough food on plane. Boarding took forever long long queues at Lisbon but security was surprisingly fast. Landed 40 min late
When I purchased the ticket I was never told that there was no allowance for luggage. Usually, this flights give you @ least (1) piece of luggage for free. In this case they charged the first piece 50 dollars and the second one $200.00.- After I paid 1500 dollars for (1) plane ticket , it is unheard that there is not even one piece of luggage for free. When I booked the flight there was nothing on the site about this. This was my first and last time buying a tickets from you guys. The fact that the fare was 200 dollars cheaper than other sites, ended up costing, 300 more. Never again with you guys.

Servicio a bordo no muy bueno tardaban en atender nunca nos dieron la opción de pedir comida como el resto de los pasajeros Sólo en vuelo podíamos pedir algo pero todo agotado pedí un sándwich lo único que había caliente y vino frío Y quería pagar en efectivo y no pude xq no tenían cambio

Crappy plane for an international flight
There is not enough space for my legs and specially when the passenger in front move the seat
Plane smelled bad. Had to pay for food. Not even water was included. Inside the plane is worn and needs upgrades.
The service, food and entertainment was excellent!
The temperature in the cabin was a bit uncomfortable! It was rather hot and stuffy.
The plane had a mechanical problem and did not fly out. We are hoping to fly out one day later.
