Food was good but not enough.
Entertainment system was not working.
Service was very good and lunch was delicious There werr good movies to my liking but a few of them which I would have enjoyed were not offered with English subtitles
The chicken pocket, wish we just had some fruit instead Also the last window seat in front of the exit row felt exceptionally tight
Service personnel for the most part were friendly on the plane. I was happy that my luggage came with me, i've had several times in the past when it hasn't.
Some of the German women and men at the counter could be LESS serious and more polite in customer service. Delayed flight was a long time to wait.
I'm 86 years old. They took me in a wheel chair past security and allowed me to preboard. The staff is very helful.
The raisin muffin was very old
On time and a lot more roomy then the flight from New York to Zürich

the premium economy section was very pleasant, well worth the $150 upgrade price. Though they should have included priority boarding.
One hour delay in boarding, two hours sitting on the tarmac due to cargo loading and overweight issues. No notices, very poor communication.

I was not aware of the requirements of the Schengen Agreement and my passport was expiring in a couple of months. I was not able to get on this flight even though my final destination did not have the passport restrictions of the Schengen Agreement. When I booked the flight, I was not made aware of these requirements before my flight.
My return trip didn’t have any major unexpected expenses the way my outgoing trip did.
They broke a very expensive item that I purchased on my trip. It was properly wrapped and cushioned in clothing. I had fragile stickers on the outside of my luggage and it is shattered beyond repair.
We were delayed boarding slightly, delayed sat on a steaming gate shuttle then sat on the tarmac for a couple of hours while storms passed. But the crew gave regular updates, provided food and water, allowed us to walk about. It was as plesent as such a situation could be.
Pleasant staff. Comfortable plane. Second leg from Brussels to Frankfurt was great.
Check in at Manchester was a joke. No signage for Brussels Airlines to start with and no one to help. Long queue, over 1½ hours to drop a bag after checking in on line. Every other airline was way faster. Thankfully, security was relatively quick.
