The service was worse than poor. The planes seay table had hair and dandruff all over it. The air hostesses handed me the food two isles away and I had to hand it to my whole row. I would never pay this price for business class for this airline or ever trust Kayak to give good options.
Excellent landing, adequate number of attendents, food served, wide aisles
I would not do Nee as well ll for the twwwo plus hour flight. If the center seat was occupied as there simply was no space for my knees.
Passenger was refused at check in because, according to the counter clerk, the ticket was not purchased in the country of residency but online in US. As a result, I lost the money, the passenger did not fly, and no refund was issued. This is the first time I ever heard of such BS. Not happy, very disappointed
The flight was with some delay.
The better question is what did we not like.
Careless staff, unorganized, rude, long lines with slow working agents. We were traveling with our three and six year old and started with a weather delay and then eventually a cancellation. We stood at the Barcelona airport from 7pm until 2:30am with our children. Nobody offered us food vouchers, taxi or hotel. We had to ask and only got a hotel which was an hour away and taxi on us costing us over $100 euro! Everything closed and our children ate cookies from a vending machine for dinner. Finally we got to our hotel after 3am and slept until 6:30am to catch another taxi on us back to the airport just to find out it’s delayed and we would miss our connection in Madrid back to Miami. We arrived the airport again at 9am and at 3pm we’re finally given food vouchers for our hungry children to eat something. American Airlines has a direct flight from Barcelona to Miami but they insisted they couldn’t do that for us and we’d again stay another night in Barcelona at a hotel. This would all be fine if we weren’t traveling with small children, they didn’t have school and we didn’t have to work and had extra money to pay for all the inconveniences. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had and will never choose Tap again for our travels!
Easy flight; loved the crew and their friendly customer service. Great food, kept everyone hydrated and fed.
The movie options, as well as music and TV options were limited. There were no electrical outlets.

The seats seemed to have more space on this plane which was nice.
It felt strange that the crew members completely skipped over me when serving lunch and drinks. At least something as basic as water should be given to all passengers.
Seats were comfortable and there was enough room for hand baggage. I slept during the flight so do not have opinion on entertainment.
Not able to charge my digital devices. When serving beverages and food, the same flight attendant missed me a few times. That was annoying but other attendants were very nice.
The movies kept my daughter busy.

Food and entertainment were non-existent since the flights were so short and on smaller jets.....so I guess 1star isn't really fair, but there was no option for N/A Flight attendants were friendly. VPS-ATL lead attendant was very sweet to a passenger in front of us who was on her first flight alone with her child to go to her fathers funeral in the Philippines. She also thanked a soldier for her service. Love these little touches.
I'm so used to the nice screens with free tv games and flight tracker and really missed that on this trip. I'm glad I decided not to pay to upgrade to comfort + this trip for the first time in a long time.

Traveling for important business trip. Flight got canceled for “operational issues” and I Never received a notification from the airline or booking agency. I was told I couldn’t get a flight until 24-48 hours later. There were flights available through other airlines, so I asked if they could get me on one of those flights. I then sat on hold for 45 mins to be told that the airline wasn’t responding and the only thing they could do is refund me. I ended up purchasing a new round trip airfare 4 hours before departure which cost me $1000 more than what I paid for my original flights. I was experiencing a lot of anxiety and stress during this period again with no help from the agents. I expect someone to get back to me regarding this and offer some options on how to make this situation right.
On time (actually early) arrival. Comfortable and easy, all smooth

Feels dated and needs new energy with better food and atmosphere
We loved this land of green but especially the good people. Aer lingus staff everywhere treated us with kindness and necessary help. Already plannng on returning. They only slight problem was that it was difficult to hear the pilot because of poor speakers. But the crew was wonderful.
The flight attendants on Aer Lingus have to be the kindest people ever!
The line at Madrid airport was too long. More staff needed.
