Desventajas: I requested a vegan vegetarian meal and did not get it. I had to do with the regular meal which had a lot of dairy products to which I am allergic to. The space between rows of seats. It was really crammed in Economy and we are a petite thin family!

Desventajas: Very poorly managed gate and service for Iberia. Long lines, no organization. Impossible to get any information.

Ventajas: There were major challenges on the day. 1. The French Air traffic officers were on strike. 2. A passenger became ill after boarding and had to be disembarked along with his luggage which had previously been loaded, 3. Another passenger became ill requiring paramedic attention while we waited for a lengthy period before getting permission to take off. All these contributed to delays for which the airline and crew had no responsibility. They did their best to keep us informed of progress but once we took off, much of the lost time was recovered in the air. The flight itself was fairly smooth and uneventful. Thank God.

Desventajas: Nothing.

Desventajas: Too many passengers taking oversized cases on flight. As a result delays whilst luggage was removed into the hold

Desventajas: From terminal to terminal... the worst airlines and experience. Flight delayed, crew unprofessional and boarding horrible.

Desventajas: Lost luggage and still hasn't turned up after a week. Been incredibly stressful.

Desventajas: Don’t charge everyone on the flight €60 without warning.

Desventajas: The flight was delayed and no announcement was made. The customers should be made aware. I paid extra for a premium seat which was too small for my husband’s knees to fit. He had to sit the whole flight with his knees turned sideways Into the aisle.

Ventajas: Today was a very early day and making a connecting flight in Madrid to Lisbon was very tight because of a gate change. I was totally convinced that the bags would not make it and they did. Very impressed with Iberia and the efficiency of the staff. The flights were pretty full and everything from take off to landing worked like a charm.

Desventajas: I thought when I made the reservation that I had booked two aisle seats but had not and it was hard to sit in the middle seat when you are claustrophobic. Thankfully the flights were short.

Desventajas: The last seat are located almost inside the toilets. The crew was unhelpful

Desventajas: Durante el vuelo mucho ruido por parte de otros pasajerOs y ningún control por parte del equipo a bordo. Bastante molesto, sobre todo tomando en cuenta que era un vuelo de madrugada donde casi siempre de quiere dormir en el trayecto.

Ventajas: I got bumped to first in line after they wanted people with only small bags or backpacks to board first.

Desventajas: Not really a complaint about Iberia Express as an airline but I hate getting to Berlin Tegel. I took the bus, and it is so hard to stand up with all your luggage on those buses. It's that or a 20 euro taxi ride. At least Madrid airport has a railway line to get into the city.

Ventajas: On time, smooth and professional

Desventajas: Nothing - the best part of this flight is that is so short :)

Ventajas: Crew excellent, really looked after a single mum who's very young son kicked off on take off. Very helpful, always friendly. Pilots kept us updated at regular intervals.

Desventajas: Disembarkation at Bristol Airport could have been a lot better. Had to wait on board for ground crew to arrive.

Ventajas: Nothing! This is the worst airline I have traveled with. Always late and usually by servers hours not just a few minutes late. I mean late when you have to wait for the announnouncement of your flight for hours

Desventajas: Personnel, seats (even in expensive preferential class which I used) boarding, they want to charge you even if you ask for a glass of water. Come on !

Desventajas: Salida en hora, el tema de las maletas a facturar por escasez de huecos, se forman filas para evitar q facturen tus maletas y para colmo se averió la pasarela q te acerca a la terminal en Madrid y mas de 20 minutos dentro del avión ya parado.

Desventajas: This is the only international flight I have ever taken that did not serve food or drinks. We asked for water 4 times and was brought a small glass half full only once. We had to purchase food and drink separately. I can't even believe juice or soda was not included! It is dangerous to not offer at least water for that long of a flight. Would never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again.

Desventajas: This sucked.

Ventajas: Boarding and crew was ok. Aircraft also not bad. But five hour delay with little communication or compensation.

Desventajas: The flight was delayed 30 minutes, for no apparent reason; and therefore the connecting time at Madrid for me to get my flight to Chicago, which would have been 60 minutes if the flight was on time, was cut down to 30 minutes. And the terminal where the connection was was 25 minutes away -- and this doesn't include time for immigration at Madrid. I had to run all the way, break the queue, and made it though they had shut the gate and had to re-open it. The connections are poorly timed.

Desventajas: Fly on time, put babies together in one location. Have better food

Ventajas: Comfortable seats and easy to travel from SDC to CDG. The crew was very friendly and helpful at the gate and on the aircraft.

Desventajas: Nothing. Great crew and easy flight. Connection in Madrid left plenty of time.

Desventajas: Air France should not sell tickets for which the connection flights are almost impossible to catch. My luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight. I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :(

Desventajas: Security check protocols and stuff didn’t helped to process the access caused me my flight lose. I missed the flight and didn’t travel

Desventajas: La desorganización es ya endemico en Iberia Pir segundo vuelo consecutivo se han equivocado de asiento y me han dado el que no correspondia En este caso me han pasado de business a turista y con seis asientos vacios no me han cambiado

Desventajas: Kayak sucks. I chose to buy ticket w kayak and took me to vayama (another horrible site). The ticket they sold me, which was not cheap, didn’t let me check in online and didn’t say that I was gonna have to pay 200 euros at airport to check in 2 bags!!!! A disaster everything.
