Nos obligaron a facturar y pagar 50€ por una maleta cuando la Ida de Madrid- Frankfurt nos la perdieron y rompieron, las personas que nos atendió no nos gustó el trato

La información fué un algo caótica aparecía retrasos (kayak me avisó de uno de 5 horas) que eran desmentidos por el personal de facturación, y si que hubo retrasos pero fue de poco tiempo, el problema los cambios de hora de embarque en las pizarras de información de salidas del aeropuerto

Ventajas: "Not enough leg room for an international flight. Only a couple of the many flight attendants seemed very happy to help you or to even be there. As soon as the plane, the flight attendants started selling items and services ie: $11 codes to watch movies, cigarettes, etc. Cigarettes??"
Desventajas: "What happened to a complimentary drink with your meal, more than one kids movie as a choice for entertainment, friendly attendants and LEG ROOM? E"

My "upgraded legroom" seats turned out to be a walkway to and from the restrooms which were right in front of me. I was constantly bothered with other flyers waking me and disturbing me as they used this walkway."

Desventajas: "Customer service was poor at best and the boarding process is a circus show. By far one of the worst I've ever experienced. The seats are unbelievably uncomfortable and have no leg room We purchased specific seats and got other seats. Why the heck purchase seats?"

Desventajas: "boarding delayed by about an hour without announcements! then move to the bus boarding area for another 20 min wait. finally dleay of take-off due to maintenance issue which was announced."
Ventajas: "Despite being late coming into Seattle, the flight largely caught up and arrived only a few minutes late. Staff was courteous."
Desventajas: "Staff made no effort to check on kids after I asked specific info such as the Condor advertised child coloring pages or other seemingly little things for adults - but that would have made a big difference to children. I also paid for premium meals and was told there were none available - mind you I paid for them ahead of time. I also paid for premium entertainment, again the available features left much to be desired."
Desventajas: "Only 2 movies to watch, kids were bored after that"
Desventajas: "The crew did not give to me my dinner and my breakfast until I ask, deSpite they do it with all the passenger. With the breakfast one of the girl saw me without a food and she did not offer it me!"
Desventajas: "Boarding was late due to airport staff not being available. Not enough legroom to be comfortable on a long haul flight. Baggage was lost."
Ventajas: "Free alcoholic drink after dinner. Dinner and breakfast on board. Plenty of beverage services. Plenty of opportunities to get up and stretch."
Desventajas: "You only get 2 movies and 2 tv shows to choose from on inflight entertainment. 8€ for more. no thanks. I'll read my book."
Ventajas: "The crew was very nice , they were reign to do lots of things especially with the children to keep them happy"
Desventajas: "Uncomfortable seats , We were traveling in business and the sear don't go all the way down so to slip alll the time , no kids food options ,my wife was eating ravioles and there was a piece of porcelain that was in the food She almost swallowed"
Ventajas: "The boarding process was unusual in that back rows boarded first, so we got to get on early"
Desventajas: "Staff very unhelpful in seating my husband and me together. Only 2 free movies and charged for incremental entertainment. Also sat in back row and heard every toilet flush = no sleep. And attendants not friendly - nail polish spilled in my bag and I got yelled at for painting my nails vs offering some paper towel to help clean it up"

You people purposely make coach unbearable so that we pretty much have to suck it up and pay the extra money to fly in the better section where when I flew in Lufthansa it was comfy and I had no problems. I will NEVER fly with condor again after this trip. You are a pathetic excuse for an airline"
Ventajas: "The airplane itself was nice. Comfortable. Plane wasn't full so everyone had plenty of room."
Desventajas: "Food was terrible. People kept saying they were hungry. Entertainment was also terrible. Not much was available to watch and I've never had to pay for headphones until this flight. The crew was arguing amongst themselves the whole time. 2 blonde women,flight attendants, argued throughout the flight."
Desventajas: "You have to pay for entertainment on an 8 hour flight? This is ridiculous. Also, getting on and off the planes in Frankfurt take FOREVER, with a 15 minute bus ride in between the plane and the gate!? Also ridiculous."
Ventajas: "I recommend the upgrade to premium economy. Having the third seat free gave us more comfort. If you plan to sleep, or travel with children this is very helpful"
Desventajas: "We were delayed an hour before boarding. Also, the plane was quite warm. It was impossible to get enough change with the adjustments at hand."

Desventajas: "Really long line at the airport even though virtually everybody does check-in ahead on internet. Found it unpleasant and stressful to estimate luggage weight and pay for checked baggage online due to heavy $ penalty if you wait until you get to the airport. I believe this is done so that they don't have to staff the airport check-in desks more adequately. Seats were not comfortable (not much cushion) and leg room was tight."

Ventajas: "The crew and food were very nice. Unfortunately, getting from Point A to Point B was a struggle."
Desventajas: "They didn't leave enough time for connecting flights (we touched down at the same time my connecting flight was boarding), and screwed over a lot of passengers by last-minute not sending their luggage to the connecting flight. I lost my luggage and still haven't found it."
Ventajas: "Delayed for two hours, that's ok but not being able to locate the luggage is a great discomfort and stress"
Ventajas: "Crew management of the situation, reserved a hotel with a breakfast for the whole passengers. that was nice but still .!!!"
Desventajas: "Flight delayed for more than 1 hour first, then we boarded late, then they asked us to get down the flight (because of weather problems) we ended up in a hotel sleeping unitl the day after (12 hours overall)"
Ventajas: "My husband and I are both tall people, over 6 feet and this was the smallest most uncomfortable seats we have ever been in. We were put in the very last seat and couldn't even fit our legs in. Then when the person in front of me tried to put his seat back I was in so much pain I had to ask him to move it back up. They also wanted to charge us $120 for a bag when our flight was only $100, which was ridiculous! Thankfully the staff was nice enough to waive that fee for us."
Ventajas: "When we arrived at the airport and went to the counter of Air Berlin turned out that the card is returned not including luggage. The flight from Tel Aviv to Berlin included a suitcase but not from Berlin to Tel Aviv. We paid 120 euros for luggage, although we have not seen an invitation not have paid everything in advance. No one tried to help us, and to explain and attitude was cold and arrogant."
Desventajas: "Caused damaged to my luggage and I reported and sent all the documents needed. It's been two weeks and the company still hasn't contacted me."
Desventajas: "No service at all."
Ventajas: "Service is great def gonna use them more !!!!"

Ventajas: "Never did I feel that I was being mobbed at the check in this way before . The guy pretended to help but instead only was doing things harder for every body. He was asking to repack for unclear reason. Forcing people to open their suitcases on the counter to move one item from one bag to the other. Charging for a back pack the size of a personal handbag. Then on board water is 3 euro for a small bottle. Only toilet paper was for free . never again !!!"
Desventajas: "The landing. The pilot left a dent on the runway."
Ventajas: "The amount of care from the crew was enough to give 5 stars, but there was also good choices of movies to watch, and no troubles while boarding."
Desventajas: "The seats can be a little small for someone who is 6'4, but that is my burden to bear. It was a little hard to check in online prior to getting to the airport."
Ventajas: "Plane was clean and comfortable. Service was pleasant. Waiting area was also comfortable and signage was good. Check in was simple."
Desventajas: "Flight was delayed and boarding process was disorganized. Luggage took awhile upon landing."

Desventajas: "The rules on luggage are very hard to find and punitive if you violate them. We had to pay 60 Euro to check a bag. However if we had chosen to do so when we booked it would have been 30. You can't do this when you check in online when you likely know what you will be taking. Service desk is sympathetic because many make mistake."
Ventajas: "Good short flight, with free drinks/snack"
Desventajas: "It was all fine"
Desventajas: "Air Berlin lost my luggage. Plus they don't pick up my call to their customer service. They are extremely poor in this regard."
Ventajas: "Seats were comfortable leather, they served drinks and your choice of sweetbreads savory snack, flight was short, and we didn't have to go through passport control because we were traveling between two EU countries."
Desventajas: "No entertainment but flight was so short it didn't matter"
Desventajas: "Having to wait several hours to confirm my booking. I wanted an immediate confirmation my flight was booked as my associate did."
Ventajas: "Very prompt and curtious staff. The flight was smooth and I was seated in an exit row, so there was plenty of room."
Desventajas: "We had to check baggage last minute and it was very expensive, but we could have purchased tickets with baggage, so just be aware if you have luggage to purchase in advance. Also, only 8 kilos allowed as carry-on, mine was small enough but too heavy... :( Boarding in TXL was crowded with other flights leaving in the same area, but we got on with no problems."
Ventajas: "Nice flight, fairly standard. Met expectations, crew was very nice and snacks better than average"
Desventajas: "Boarding was a bit disorganized; did not use groups listed on tickets."
