Desventajas: "I paid Xtraeconomy to have some snacks during the fly, and they end up coming with a trolley to pay! Disappointed!"

Desventajas: "The flight was delayed. Food is miserable."

Desventajas: "Bus transportation to the plane was delayed. People were uncomfortable having to stand in the bus for so long. Then the flight was delayed for 15 minutes due to airport traffic. As the only business class passenger i would have expected to be offered a drink then or even a bottle of water at my seat"

Desventajas: "We were not able to board the plane. We left our morning flight from Madrid on time and arrived as expected. We hurried through the airport and went exactly where we were directed. Despite this, the gates closed on us while we were running to the gate. TAP sold us a service they could not provide."

Desventajas: "The layover situation needs to be improved. When you give 50 minutes, there really isn’t enough time to deplane, get through the check point, and make it to the terminal. We were told to run like animals in the airport in order to not miss the flight."

Desventajas: "I fee cheated because it is the first time that I have. to pay for luggage. In their website it states that the basic fare allows in check-in bag. They said to me that there are different categories of basic fare, which is not disclosed in their website. Additionally any seat change cost"

Ventajas: "The crew were very friendly, a nice and relaxed flight and they gave out complimentary food and coffee which was brilliant"

Desventajas: "Very courteous crew, very much attentive to the passengers needs. The entertainment has to be improved. Not very user friendly."

Ventajas: "The crew were very friendly and attentive, there was a delay to boarding and departure but they were very apologetic about it. Service was attentive on the plane and bags promptly delivered at the baggage carousel."
Desventajas: "I upgraded at the airport to Executive class, which is really a bit of a scam to be honest. It’s just the first two rows of the plane and the middle seat kept free... the seats were no different to economy. Not worth the 109€ upgrade fee."

Ventajas: "Crew was helpful and professional. Airplane was comfortable and very spacious. Food was awesome."
Desventajas: "Really need to look at a more efficient way to board the passengers. Was pretty chaotic and the gate was way too small for so many people. Feel like the passengers with carry on luggage were thrown to the wolves while those with backpacks were treated way better."

Desventajas: "The Check in people were insanely rude. They made me pay 50 Euro for my carryon. The size was fine but it weighed more than 7 kilo. There was no problem outbound and plenty of people had bigger carryons"

Desventajas: "Delayed by 30 hours with very little assistance, no money or spare clothes. Shocking treatment by TAP staff. Will NEVER fly with them again."

Desventajas: "We missed our connection flight because our first flight was delayed. Despite getting to the desk when there were still people queuing he refused to let us board. We are now delayed for 30 hours with no money or clothes. TAP staff were horrible- no sympathy or even an apology. Just awful."

Desventajas: "Very incomfortable seats. Hardly reclign, no leg room. I am 5’8” and slim and it was tight."

Ventajas: "Everything went according to the timetable, boarding was on-time and we even arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, so I can't really fault the service of the pilots, the cabin crew or the ground operations team. Food wasn't exactly stellar, but clearly a lot better than on most European flights operated by larger companies (Lufthansa, KLM, Air France etc.). The aircraft itself was clean and looked fairly new and well maintained"
Desventajas: "The seating was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Even though I'm nearly 6'3" (close to 1.90m), I generally never complain about seating space or legroom, even on low cost flights. This particular TAP aircraft, however, despite looking quite new, had some of the most cramped seating ever. Additionally, the trays were minuscule (you could barely place the entire food tray the service during the flight, let alone have another drink at the same time on the tray). Also, on the inbound flight (this was the return one), the seats were fitted with a very simple and clever tablet-holding mechanism, so you could easily watch something on your table while eating your food (from a similarly small tray table). The seat back pockets do not have any material/fabric on the sides, so stored items could easily slip out sideways from the pocket. Shame to have such a good in flight service and to be a punctual airline if you're going to carry your passengers cramped like cattle in seats 'rivalling' the ones on Ryanair flights on 4-hour long journeys."

Desventajas: "Unfortunately I had problems at airport security which wasn’t very pleasant!"

Desventajas: "The service was worse than poor. The planes seay table had hair and dandruff all over it. The air hostesses handed me the food two isles away and I had to hand it to my whole row. I would never pay this price for business class for this airline or ever trust Kayak to give good options."

Desventajas: "Cabin crew were far from welcoming when dealing with the African passengers (including me though I'm Spanish) the food was a disgrace On a 5 hour flight to Accra there was no entrainment, the chairs were incredibly uncomfortable and you could not even charge your devices... The food arrive way too early. I believe the airline has put less of an effort on these planes due to the nature of the passengers... I have been traveling for 20 years and I never felt so disappointed by an airline... I will not use this airline ever again"
