Desventajas: The basic economy was snug but I was okay with it. I only wished my seat reclined a bit further but I was up against a back wall so others in further aisles up had much better reclining distance.

Ventajas: Very nice plane, crew was fantastic.

Desventajas: The only thing is the entertainment since the plane did not have a screen but it was really comfortable flight

Ventajas: Boarding was poor. Stood on bus for almost 30 minutes followed by long bus ride to plane. No apology. Crew service average at best.

Ventajas: The seats, staff, entertainment, particularly liked that you served hot chocolate! The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.

Desventajas: Food -vegan menu was bad for n the outgoing flight, better on the incoming flight. No vegan food available on domestic fight. Sitting in the aisle seat meant often people pushing past your seat.

Desventajas: Seats are not comfortable for long haul. Airbus 380 premier economy. Not enough reclining and leg support.

Desventajas: La falta de informacion en el aeropuerto es nula. Han cambiado 5 veces la hora de salida y hasta que no llevaba 2 horas de retraso no ha aparecido nadie en el mostrador de embarque. Y luego han cambiado 3 veces la puerta de embarque

Desventajas: Slow in refuelling, got us delayed for 40-

Desventajas: Staff: from check in to landing, they could at least smile. Baggage claim was a nightmare, 6 Schengen flights in the same belt.

Ventajas: En Amsterdam cambiaron de puerta de embarque varias veces. Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min.

Desventajas: Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción.

Ventajas: Crew we're friendly and helpful. Seats were good.

Desventajas: Old plane so in-flight entertainment systems didn't work properly in 3 of the 4 seats we occupied.

Ventajas: There was almost a two hour delay, there wasn’t any information communicated, everybody was just asked to take seats in the waiting area. The entire process wasn’t very well organised.

Ventajas: Emirates provides good seating even in economy class,with good entertainment so makes the 8hr flt more pleasant.

Desventajas: Food wasn't overly great.

Desventajas: Flight from Istanbul to Delhi was nightmare. It was like a local flight. Nothing called as comfort was there. I had to pay my own $ for alcohol and some snacks and 1 extra burger.

Ventajas: I like the web that show me my travel schedules, I don’t need to look for email. But when I check in airport, they ask me flight confirmation number which I don’t know either that number doesn’t indicate. So I hope that you also include flight confirmation number too.

Ventajas: excellent crew, the commander of the ship made a nice soft landing, but for some reason water was dripping from the ceiling ... the flight attendant explained that it was condensation

Desventajas: Connections booked together need more time for larger airports. I had over an hour connection on paper and had to run through the entire airport to even catch my flight. My mother on a separate flight arrived ten minutes before her flight took off even though booking stated a full hour. Also the quality and cleanliness of the plane needs improvement. Lufthansa is normally amazing quality but both flights today were subpar. Bathroom smelled of urine, old and dirty seats with no support. Dirty hand rests and outdated screens which skipped with movies

Desventajas: Getting on and off the plane took some time, but doesn't it always? Economy class was slightly more comfortable than many other airlines, but nothing to write home about. Qatar Airways really shone in the food, the service (both onboard and off) and the entertainment. Good experience.

Desventajas: Plane was too warm and movie selection was the same for all flights. Too many marvel kid movies.

Ventajas: Perhaps the best business class meal I've ever had. Definitely the best service from the crew I've had. 1st flight on Aeroflot, but won't be my last.

Desventajas: Cabin temps could have been a bit cooler for sleeping.

Ventajas: timing, safety, captain take off and landing

Desventajas: squeezed chairs like low cost flights luggage damage found upon arrival and no-one to handle this but to return back into the residence country Aeroflot office to request the claim !

Ventajas: The flight attendants were the warmest and most personable I’ve seen in a long time. All ground staff had the same amazing hospitality.

Desventajas: Finnair A321 HEL-DXB, 6 hour flight, uses regular EuroBusiness seats (same seat as economy but blocked middle seat and better food), no wi fi , no tv, very uncomfortable aircraft.

Desventajas: The cabin was so hot it felt like there was no air conditioning. Please turn up the air conditioning (make it colder). Passengers feeling cold can use a blanket to stay warm. Passengers feeling warm have no solution. I was wearing just a T-shirt and was feeling so warm. Thank you

Desventajas: The delay of over 1 hour was a bit nerve-racking as we were close to missing our connecting flight.

Desventajas: They ran out of some of the food so we had less options. The main dish was ok but the side salad was wilted and did not look fresh.

Ventajas: Lie flat seats in business class are very comfortable. Got a nice 10 hour sleep on the flight across. Bathrooms are clean and clean smelling and large. Crew pleasant and efficient.

Ventajas: Helpful friendly staff serving on a clean, modern plane, with meal service on even two hour (international) flight. Great value.

Desventajas: Most flight attendants have only limited English ability, but it’s enough for basic communication. Very friendly and helpful in Chinese though!

Ventajas: On time. Very professional. Staff works hard. This was the longest flight I’ve ever done; 16.5 hrs and I can’t tell you how great everyone at Cathay Pacific was. They made a difficult flight quite bearable. That’s saying something.

Ventajas: Cathay Pacific continues to delivery a stellar experience in first class even on shorter legs such as the soon to be discontinued New York to Vancouver flight (888/865). They even brought back Krug, which they opened on the ground no less in New York, and offer access to AA Flagship Dining at JFK which itself offers flagship dining.

Ventajas: Crew was friendly , Seats were fine .

Desventajas: They only had one choice of pork roll , Which was not. Good , As I m a Muslim , I couldn't eat on the flight . More food. Options

Desventajas: Better attitude of head attendant. Need to improve food. Not attentive.
