The entertainment was good and the food was better than I expected.

Bags restrictions without us knowing. Delayed flight but we still manage to get to our destination on time. The same did not happen before where I had to wait until 2am for my tap flight that was supposed to leave at 11:30pm. I have been flighting TAP for many years now and it used to be one of my favorite airlines. No longer is the case. Over the years there has been a decline on service.

My first flight was not confirmed (despite the confirmed booking/itinerary email), so I was unable to check in and proceed with any of my flights. This delayed all my plans by at least 1 day and I have incurred unplanned additional costs.

That they flew me out of Morroco.

Cabin crew were surly mostly. Disorganized informing passengers about transit. Rude people in the airports. Try to avoid this airline and country.

We had the worst experience. We had a separate flight that was delayed. While on a layover in London I went to the royal air maroc counter to notify them we won't be making the flight in Madrid. The lady was of no help and acted as though why am I telling her. She basically said she does nothing there and has no control over anything all booking is online or the call center. Next I called royal air maroc, after on hold for 15 minutes finally the representative said she can put me on another flight but I'd have to pay for the flight. While entering all my info in she came across an error and since I was already checked in she could not switch out my flights. I checked in previously because my layover was less than 2 hours and I had only carry on baggage so I made sure to plan ahead. The representative notified me to go online and cancel my check in. After 45 minutes of trying several times on multiple device the website is up again and allows me to make changes to my flights, but now I'm unable to for a separate reason. I call again and another rep notifies me it's too late to cancel my flight and to go find a Royal air maroc counter. So I hang up and talk to other airlines to see what they can do. Absolutely nothing. And each time I called Royal air maroc I was given different information, and was told to call the agecy I booked through. I even tried catching another flight to catch the second flight in Casablanca. But later down the road was told if I miss a flight my whole itinerary Is out on hold. I called vayama, they were of no assistance the line let getting disconnected or was getting hung up on. I have racked up well over $150 on phone charges calling royal air maroc and vayama. Finally my husband and I gave up on this hold flight, we were no unable to fly there or back since our whole itinerary was now froze and No one was of assistance or able to help. So at 1am luckily Madrid has other airline counters open, and we had to book a whole new round trip flight through them. My husband and I were in our honeymoon, and we can't believe what a disaster it was, and spent 48 hours in transit, sleeping on the cold airport floors, calling all over, rushing everywhere to try to find assistance. We have racked up so many expenses because we couldn't get to our destination on time, not including out $300/night hotel room we couldn't get refunded for. We understand the flight delay was not your guys fault. But the stress of not being able to change flights, not having a clue what to do, being told for assistance call these hotlines, not one single person being able to help, each rep telling your a different thing, and just being stuck overseas in the middle of the night was extremely stressful.

That the plane didn't crash.

I missed the flight because I couldn't hear the announcement and because, as it was for the other flights, there was no notice of embarcation. They were no help in being able to provide a solution. I was told to call my booking agent which was in the US; I asked where could I get a calling card they told me, and I kid you not, that I could ask the janitorial crew to go outside to get me a card if I wanted to call. If it was for them, I would have stayed in the airport until I died they wouldn't have cared. I have traveled a bit and I don't think I've ever experienced something like that. I am from a under developed country, so I do understand low quality of service but this is just a matter of being human. Thanks to my friends and family in the US and via internet access I was able to purchase another ticket since I was told that because my ticket couldn't be refunded (???) I couldn't simply pay a penalty and be placed on the next flight. If you are someone of African ascendance and do not want to be treated like fecal matter in human form, avoid that airline. My great aunt is from Maroc and she's an amazing person. I guess they don't make them like that in Maroc anymore.

My first flight was not confirmed (despite the confirmed booking/itinerary email), so I was unable to check in and proceed with any of my flights. This delayed all my plans by at least 1 day and I have incurred unplanned additional costs.

We had the worst experience. We had a separate flight that was delayed. While on a layover in London I went to the royal air maroc counter to notify them we won't be making the flight in Madrid. The lady was of no help and acted as though why am I telling her. She basically said she does nothing there and has no control over anything all booking is online or the call center. Next I called royal air maroc, after on hold for 15 minutes finally the representative said she can put me on another flight but I'd have to pay for the flight. While entering all my info in she came across an error and since I was already checked in she could not switch out my flights. I checked in previously because my layover was less than 2 hours and I had only carry on baggage so I made sure to plan ahead. The representative notified me to go online and cancel my check in. After 45 minutes of trying several times on multiple device the website is up again and allows me to make changes to my flights, but now I'm unable to for a separate reason. I call again and another rep notifies me it's too late to cancel my flight and to go find a Royal air maroc counter. So I hang up and talk to other airlines to see what they can do. Absolutely nothing. And each time I called Royal air maroc I was given different information, and was told to call the agecy I booked through. I even tried catching another flight to catch the second flight in Casablanca. But later down the road was told if I miss a flight my whole itinerary Is out on hold. I called vayama, they were of no assistance the line let getting disconnected or was getting hung up on. I have racked up well over $150 on phone charges calling royal air maroc and vayama. Finally my husband and I gave up on this hold flight, we were no unable to fly there or back since our whole itinerary was now froze and No one was of assistance or able to help. So at 1am luckily Madrid has other airline counters open, and we had to book a whole new round trip flight through them. My husband and I were in our honeymoon, and we can't believe what a disaster it was, and spent 48 hours in transit, sleeping on the cold airport floors, calling all over, rushing everywhere to try to find assistance. We have racked up so many expenses because we couldn't get to our destination on time, not including out $300/night hotel room we couldn't get refunded for. We understand the flight delay was not your guys fault. But the stress of not being able to change flights, not having a clue what to do, being told for assistance call these hotlines, not one single person being able to help, each rep telling your a different thing, and just being stuck overseas in the middle of the night was extremely stressful.

EVERYTHING I could smell the bathroom from the middle of the aeroplane. The attendants were unfriendly, rude and unaccommodating. The food was undesirable given that there were no vegetarian options. Upon disembarking the aeroplane looked like a tornado went through it because the attendants did not pick up from the passengers before the flight landed (perhaps it was not part of their job, if so...my apologies )
