Ventajas: Usual faultless KLM experience

Desventajas: Nothing.

Desventajas: Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good.

Desventajas: Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre.

Ventajas: I loved the different features on the screen and the excellent. Customer service on this flights

Desventajas: The space on the seat.

Ventajas: Good aircraft, good service, on time, eventless

Desventajas: There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better.

Ventajas: Horrible service

Desventajas: I didn’t have time to make my second flight. This ruined our first day of vacation, completely. Not happy!!

Ventajas: Nothing, Air Portugal is the worst I have ever experienced. Never fly Air Portugal, you have been warned.

Ventajas: No incidents which is always a good thing. I would've liked that the seat had a USB charger though.

Desventajas: For some reason the airport scheduled 2 packed flights to board at gates right next to each other. These gates are right next to a main corridor. As you can imagine, it was chaos with lots of people standing around in both lines and then bunch of people trying to walk through.

Ventajas: Ok

Desventajas: Just the entertainment. Movies could be slightly better not a critic just a suggestion

Desventajas: Delayed flight, missed connecting flight due to that. On the ground staff should have better coordinated from arrival to boarding of next flight. Chaotic and short staffed security personnel at Frankfurt airport. Overall a pathetic experience

Ventajas: The crew were friendly, helpful, and attentive. I'd love to fly with them all the time

Desventajas: The business class seat felt a bit claustrophobic when in lie flat mode

Desventajas: The seats are so crowded and we were jammed in like sardines. There was insufficient ventilation and it was too warm and stuffy. Not comfortable.

Desventajas: My above head storage was occupied with airline stuff. They boarded a little late and there were no separate lines for front and back of the plane.

Desventajas: They were making luggage issues with all passengers

Desventajas: It was freezing inside, and I could not regulate the cold, I became sick on the way to my vacation

Ventajas: The crew was very friendly, and the food was the best I've had on a plane trip.

Ventajas: Super friendly crew and great seats.

Desventajas: They don't come around with drinks very often on LATAM. We bought our startup supply at the airport. First drink round was two hours into the flight.

Desventajas: Plane a little dirty

Ventajas: I was concerned about Royal Air Maroc’s mixed reviews, however, our direct flight from Miami to Casablanca was on time, no damage or loss of luggage, coach seats were okay, food was average, flight and crew were polite and helpful. All-in-all it was satisfactory for the price.

Desventajas: The food was average - standard for coach.

Desventajas: The plane itself is very old and dirty. Each seat is fit with an entertainment system with a fairly good selection however on both flights, the entertainment system worked for one hour. Then it stopped. The crew was less than helpful and when they did give it their attention they simply reset the screen which then continued to power cycle for the next 5 hours. On the way home, enough folks complained that the crew reset the entire system and then it worked for the last hour

Desventajas: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Ventajas: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Desventajas: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.

Ventajas: Loved the smooth ride.

Desventajas: Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again

Ventajas: Good selection of movies.

Desventajas: Had to use a shoe horn to get into and out of my seat and I'm not a large guy. But really my harsh criticism comes from the loss of my girlfriends luggage. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag.

Ventajas: The seats were bigger across the shoulder area and had more padding than some other budget airlines.

Desventajas: Wish there was more elbow room in the seat. I am a big guy and I was having to squish myself so as to not interfere with my neighbor

Desventajas: It was delayed on our way to destination. Also wish it was a direct flight to ponta delgado instead of going through lisbon. It was too much back and forth.

Ventajas: TAP HAS THE MOST COMFORTABLE SEATS THAT RECINE VERY VERY FAR.

Desventajas: CREW NEVER CAME AROUND AND OFFERED WATER, LIKE OTHER AIRLINES DO. THIS IS ESSENTIAL FOR GOOD HEALTH DURING A LONG FLIGHT OF 7.5 HOURS, AND SITTING ON THE PLANE FOR A TOTAL OF 8.5 HOURS.....

Ventajas: Food is not really included and the seat DONT recline. But the crew were great and boarding was easy

Desventajas: Both flights did not have any general vegetarian options in snack or main courses. There was no option online to submit a meal request and as booking last minute travel and in a foreign country, it was not possible to contact Air Portugal via phone. If the flight offers snack and two meal options, at least one should be vegetarian to accommodate this common population of passengers.

Desventajas: The least leg room in any flight I’ve taken. We had requested vegetarian and the flight from Frankfurt to Nairobi gave our meal to other passengers.they told us we had to eat the best dish or nothing. This on an 8 hour flight.

Ventajas: The flight attendants were stellar--polite, respectful, helpful, attentive. I want to particularly commend the attendant who, after I notified her that someone was very ill in the adjacent bathroom, stood discreetly nearby and offered the person a glass of water when he emerged. Very considerate.

Desventajas: The transfer was a horrible, stressful experience. We knew it as a short connection but Lufthansa had accepted it. On our outward bound flight three weeks earlier, we were all met and escorted swiftly by a flight attendant from the first leg plane (EWR-MUN) to the second leg plane (MUN-Nice) to ensure that we all made it onboard. Impressive. On our return journey, no such luck! No attendant to meet us, and a huge line at immigration, full of panicked and stressed-out passengers jockeying for position, with no-one from ANY airline there to do a triage for those with the shortest connections. Ridiculous. In addition, the passport-scanning machines were very slow and quirky. My own passport was rejected because there was no evidence I had passed through Munich on my outward bound journey!! RIDICULOUS. I managed to slip through to a human being and begged the immigration officer to let me go through with my husband, who had had no such problem. The officer told me he could not find a stamp from my earlier transit through!!! Eventually I suppose he did because he let me through. The stamp was there, I found it, but it had been sloppily applied and was half off the page...hence the rejection by the scanner. We made the flight by minutes. NOT GOOD! Surely Lufthansa could do better in their own country???

Desventajas: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Ventajas: The plane size & comfort was excellent. The staff were very friendly

Ventajas: Estoy molesta porque nos cancelaron el vuelo y ya teníamos reservado habitación en Oporto. Perdí el hospedaje €32. Nos asignaron en una nueva aerolínea KLN, donde corrimos para no perder el vuelo ya que tenía 15 minutos para abordar mi madre de 65 años y yo. Corrí en buscar las maletas ya registradas y hacer el procedimiento de check in y pierda de abordar para legar a tiempo. Gracias a Dios no perdimos el vuelo. Pero KLN nos indicaron que ellos no sabían de la cancelación y que no se hacían responsables del hospedaje. Al buscar en el aeropuerto de Holanda TAP AIR PORTUGAL no se hizo responsable. Por lo tanto pague una noche extra €45. Mas el servicio de taxi. En fin. Solo espero que me ayuden con la devolución de una noche por medio de TAP AIR PORTUGAL.

Desventajas: Dar información completa al momento de cancelar un vuelo.

Desventajas: In-flight system had some problems and seats seemed a bit uncomfortable

Ventajas: The seats, staff, entertainment, particularly liked that you served hot chocolate! The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.

Desventajas: Food -vegan menu was bad for n the outgoing flight, better on the incoming flight. No vegan food available on domestic fight. Sitting in the aisle seat meant often people pushing past your seat.

Desventajas: Seat recline was broken- wouldn’t hold position.

Desventajas: I was almost forced to stow my luggage in the hold despite me telling the check-in people tjat I had my meds and cpap in the carryon. I spoke to multiple people. Not sensitive.

Desventajas: Airline food could always be better. It wasn’t bad though.

Ventajas: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Desventajas: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM
