What did I like: Price, punctuality
What didn't I like: Comfort (3h1/2 on these seats is inacceptable), embarcation through "bridge" in Madrid, outside stairway in the rain!
Boarding was late in 30 min.

Left late but arrived on time.
Cost of seat and priority far too expensive, got caught out or wouldn’t have purchased. Flight really cold next to window. Boarding sign went up and our plane had not even arrived. Got everyone standing in lines far too early, my husband can’t stand for long periods, so back was sore before even on flight.
Con 9 grados bajo cero de temperatura, el personal de Ryanair decidió ponernos en la fila de embarque, al aire libre, durante 20 minutos, antes de que este fuera liberado. El vuelo se atrasó 1 hora por falta de equipos para aplicar descongelante a las alas. La política de asignación de asientos de Ryanair, por la cual cada uno es enviado a una punta del avión, es una catástrofe, además de una canallada.
After 2 days at the airport I still waiting for the airline to give me a date and new time for another flight since the airport is having problems after the storms on Wednesday, they don’t have a counter or anything where travelers can ask questions and have problems solve. They keep making you come but with no guarantee of anything. No one knows nothing, it’s very bad the way they are managing the situation.
The plane has no entertainment , we had to download an app. That should work once on the air. It didn’t , the flight attendant said it was due to many passengers using it at the same time

Everything was perfect
Flight to our destination: sat in exit row for extra cost. I was freezing cold and was told no extra blankets. Also staff were rude and unhelpful telling us to remove all things from the floor for take off and landing ( which i accept is the policy) but since we had nowhere to put them except on our laps (she’s, books, sweaters pocket book) as there is no seat in front for an exit row to put under. The staff member kept saying “up, up” motioning with her hand, but made no offer to assist us in finding overhead space. Upon our return flight, our pre booked exit row seats were switched on us right before boarding in a rude and matter of fact wayand my husband and I were separated one on either side of the aircraft. When we queried this, we were told it would be up to us to switch with the person sitting next to us. Overall very disappointing. I would not fly Iberia again.
Flight was late and the scheduled connection was only 2h. Impossible to make it even on time. JFK terminal is 3rd world
Hospitality, patience, and efficiency. Everything was clean, the food was warm and tasty. the employees were kind and polite all the time. The technology functioned flawlessly. The standard seats were a bit tight but manageable.
the portion Tel Avivi Madrid was very poor. The plane was very old the business clase very bad. The seats were very old No space for the foots and NO entreatments service available. This in a five hours flights, Just horrible.
