All was poor the way your stuff talking in Greece extra charging it's so shame for your company
Badly delayed with no explanation. Never flying RyanAir again.
Price was good.
Non stop talking regarding selling you food and drinks. Then perfume and jewelry, then scratch off tickets. Then donate to a kids charity. No magazine in my seat to see what food or drink options they had . No seats even had a space for a mag or your iPad. Seat pretty uncomfortable.
Ridiculous long wait even though Ryanair said to still go for the original time. 9hours in the airport is not good enough
There was nothing great about Ryan air. We flew with Flybe on the way back and it was a much better experience
Very disappointed with Ryanair and lack of communication from kayak regarding the checking in process. This was our first time to Europe and we booked a last minute trip to Dublin. We arrived at the airport 3 hours in advance to check in and allow time for navigation. We waited in line for an hour only to know that we were either supposed to check in online or upstairs at the airport. We had 4 minutes to check in when we got to the front desk. Staff was incredibly useless and did not assist whatsoever. We had to logon the airport WiFi and watch the video then missed the checkin by 1 minute. This is absolutely unacceptable. We were then directed to another service department for a 55 pound charge each! Which was the same as our original flight. I did not receive any notification email to check in ahead of time. This was a very stressful time for my traveling partner and I and do not feel obliged to be paying the consequences given the circumstances. I am hoping kayak will honor us as loyal customers and reimburse us for these unforseeabke fees. This would be greatly appreciated. I can provide receipt and documentation if needed. Thanks

I booked my flight on the 5th of July, an email was sent to me stating that the boarding pass will be sent within 4 hours, it wasn't sent to me. I tried checking in on the website, it gave me an error message that online checkin ended on the 4th of July. when i went to the airport, they asked me to pay a checkin fee, and when I told the staff member about my issue she said she needed proof, I couldn't pull mu email out at that moment to show her and the flight was almost there. so i paid €55. I would appreciate a refund

Marginally confusing online check in instructions. Gate attendant wasn’t helpful and tried to charge us 55 euro to check in. Everything is ala carte but I understood that when buying the ticket. Flight was more than 1 hr late. Gate attendant was rude and gave wrong information. Boarding process was not well managed. Made it to destination with bags.
The legroom on the plane was good. The canin crew very friendly and service good. Flight was generally very comfortable.
The flight was delayed for over an hour which was difficult as we I’d a connecting flight to catch.
Lufthansa are excellent. Makes the US carriers look awful in comparison. Good seats, great service, on time, zero complaints.
Some of the other passengers were annoying
Never made the flight because my first flight was delayed.
Flight attendants Was nice and friendly, I do like theirs Sevice .
terrible experience - hidden fees for 1st checked baggage travelocity messed up on their site when the ticket was purchased when in fact the person that travels needs to pay to check in the luggage
