i booked my ticket from 5 december 2017 to 10 january 2018 by mistake. it was suppose to be from 5 dec 17 to 10 dec 17. i called the customer service to change it . she said that there will be a fee applied and i was okay with it . but she give me the return ticket on 7th dec 2017 instead of 10.. i called them back to rectify the error.. they couldnt help me and i didnt accept the proposal in my email. i went to tenerif and had to booked another seperate ticket on 10 dec from there to get back. !!

I liked that the seating was not as bad as many budget flights and the carry-on baggage policy is perfect for me.

The plane was more than an hour late arriving from its previous destination. The check-in staff advised us of this delay 4 hours in advance. So far, not a big problem. When the incoming flight finally arrived, the crew on board had been working past their allowable limit of hours without resting, so they could not crew our plane. Again, predictable issue, and not a big problem since airlines can anticipate this and plan accordingly. However, instead of having an alternative crew ready to go when the plane arrived (as, again, this situation was known 4 hours in advance), EasyJet contacted the standby crew only after the incoming plane had arrived and the crew was disembarking. This added another delay of nearly 3 hours as we waited for the standby crew to travel to the airport from home. Very poor management of staffing. The standby crew performed great and did their best to try to calm some angry travelers who were taking out their frustrations on the crew (who were not at fault). After we boarded, there was a further delay of 45 minutes due to traffic control issues. I don't blame the airline for that, but I do blame them for boarding us 45 minutes earlier than they could have. I got the sense that our delayed flight was the only thing keeping the entire terminal open by that point, though, so they just warehoused us in the plane for 45 minutes to reduce the cost of using the terminal. Very disappointed that EasyJet management failed to contact the standby crew with enough advance notice so that our flight could have left with only that initial delay of one hour. If this is management's usual approach toward managing predictable issues, it makes me very wary of what might be happening unseen on the maintenance side of things.

The plane is new and clean and the crew really do try their best. How they manage to stay calm and professional with all that's going on around them is excellent.

No entertainment. Maximum seats are crammed into the aircraft leaving very little room. Seats can't be reclined.

I can't think of a single good thing in that experience

Ryanair acted like a dust Stucker of money. Not only on the way forward they forbidded only flights from Israel (!) to bring any hand luggage at all without purchasing the priority boarding, and people were allowed with a small hand bag only (since the priority tickets finished) , but on the way backwards, after the entire airplane bought the priority ticket, the crew of ryanair acted in such a discriminating way and banned people that exceeded the bag check with less than 2 cm! It seems like the crew were determined to collect at many 50euro fines as possible from the passenger because they insisted very impolitly and brutally to measure each luggage from all possible sides, and even the luggage that fitted, they found excuses to fail them. I've rarely experienced such humiliating vision, especially due to the fact that everyone were forced to purchase the extra priority boarding and you'd expect the company to try and keep the customers, not drive them away. I can just say that with all the fines and extra payments requested by them, the total price of the flight was 100euro more expensive than the price of El AL or alitalia, same timing and with a meal and big suitcase included. All this, without mentioning the bad attitude of the crew and the extreme uncomfortability of the chairs (also purchased, obviously). To summarize, this was a very bad choice, with I will not repeat again.

The standby crew performed great and did their best to try to calm some angry travelers who were taking out their frustrations on the crew (who were not at fault). After we boarded, there was a further delay of 45 minutes due to traffic control issues. I don't blame the airline for that, but I do blame them for boarding us 45 minutes earlier than they could have. I got the sense that our delayed flight was the only thing keeping the entire terminal open by that point, though, so they just warehoused us in the plane for 45 minutes to reduce the cost of using the terminal. Very disappointed that EasyJet management failed to contact the standby crew with enough advance notice so that our flight could have left with only that initial delay of one hour. If this is management's usual approach toward managing predictable issues, it makes me very wary of what might be happening unseen on the maintenance side of things.

The ground crew in Berlin was rude and impolite. They decided to check in our bag for the hold luggage without asking us and ordering us. In comparison the ground crew in Paris asked politely who would like to check in the bags because of a space shortage.

Ryanair acted like a dust Stucker of money. Not only on the way forward they forbidded only flights from Israel (!) to bring any hand luggage at all without purchasing the priority boarding, and people were allowed with a small hand bag only (since the priority tickets finished) , but on the way backwards, after the entire airplane bought the priority ticket, the crew of ryanair acted in such a discriminating way and banned people that exceeded the bag check with less than 2 cm! It seems like the crew were determined to collect at many 50euro fines as possible from the passenger because they insisted very impolitly and brutally to measure each luggage from all possible sides, and even the luggage that fitted, they found excuses to fail them. I've rarely experienced such humiliating vision, especially due to the fact that everyone were forced to purchase the extra priority boarding and you'd expect the company to try and keep the customers, not drive them away. I can just say that with all the fines and extra payments requested by them, the total price of the flight was 100euro more expensive than the price of El AL or alitalia, same timing and with a meal and big suitcase included. All this, without mentioning the bad attitude of the crew and the extreme uncomfortability of the chairs (also purchased, obviously). To summarize, this was a very bad choice, with I will not repeat again.

No controls on boarding, no reason for SB it was agree for all! Problems for family’s with baby buggies! The boy controlling the door was useless! I hope trip home is better?

I can't think of a single good thing in that experience

Quick flight

The plane was very dirty. The seat was blown out, no passing at all. The landing was like a car crash. I find Ryan Air has pilots at that can't land the plane smoothly. Never once on all the flights I've taken with them. You get what you pay for, that's what everyone says, right.

Crew when asked was very helpful and polite. They were definitely working the entire flight to assist people.

Crew took about the entire flight to handle the food and drinks, coming from both ends. This caused a block to the bathrooms and people waiting long periods and finally just stuffing in all over the place to get passed the carts. Expensive flight for us since we had to buy the same day. While most of the security attendants were great, I did have to wait a very long time to get a pat down I requested rather than go through the scanner (required to be in a separate room) that was 95% the same as the one they were giving everyone after they came through the scanner, with the only difference being a hand and belt line swipe and paperwork. I have had this same procedure done in three airports prior on this trip and all were more aggressive/thorough and did not require a separate room and extreme wait. Though again, all the female staff were great.

The air crew were excellent

Communications around boarding and gates was chaotic and our take off was delayed for over an hour. Staff were rude and unhelpful. They seemed confused themselves and found it difficult to communicate anything helpful to passengers

The plane is new and clean and the crew really do try their best. How they manage to stay calm and professional with all that's going on around them is excellent.

No entertainment. Maximum seats are crammed into the aircraft leaving very little room. Seats can't be reclined.
