Flight crew were very apologetic
Missed connecting flight from Miami. Only one flight per day. Had to take a flight to an alternative location, drive for an hour down the coast and take a ferry to my final destination.
On time, good service.
Passengers from economy using front cabin toilet. Admirals club near gate only opening at 1pm
Actually pushed back from gate on time in Philadelphia. Took about 25 minutes from then til take off. Landed only a few minutes behind schedule. Crew was pleasant. Food was okay.
It was a Finnair flight but operated by American Airlines. I booked through Justfly.com and paid extra for what I thought were our seats. Don’t pay Justfly for seating choice as the operating airline can switch your seats. Online checkin was difficult as I tried Finnair first with no luck, then got somewhere with American. Seats were not very comfortable but I guess that’s what you get in economy.
Poor entertainment - food not very good. Didn’t look as though there was concern regarding recycling plastics and metal. We should all be aware of the importance, especially in the airline industry who handle so much recyclable materials.
There was a delay from Charlotte to Dallas but not too much so it was fine. Once we arrived in Dallas, however, it took an absorbent amount of time for the crew to open the door. On top of that, the skyline in Dallas was broken down and it caused me to miss my flight completely. I’m a student so I don’t have much money so I had to “sleep” in the airport because I couldn’t get a hotel voucher due to the fact that I missed my flight due to the airport and not the airline itself. My next flight is tomorrow morning but now takes away time from an incredibly busy and tight schedule that I was on. Not happy at all with the Dallas airport.
Delayed 30 minutes
Flight crew were cordial
Heathrow was a nightmare, didn’t find out gate until a few minutes before boarding. Flight was delayed over 3 hours, communication was nonexistent. Flight was uncomfortable, seats were tiny.
It's a non-stop from Austin to Heathrow. Flight attendants were helpful and professional. Flight was on time.
This 747 should be refurbished or retired. I've traveled this flight on 777s and newer 747s. This plane was an embarassment.
Did not get my luggage
Lost my bag
Too hot, meant to arrive 5 mins early but ended up 15 mins late as we sat on the runway for about half an hour without air conditioning.
