Food and one bathroom out of service makes an awful flight

He missed it due to having a 32 minute layover, which he ran all the way to board.
he had no choice but to look at the closed door of his flight, and wait an additional 7 hours and they didn't even give him a voucher for food. I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience.
Friendly attendants. Decent food, and frequent snacks and beverages.
No charging ports for electronic devices.
Best crew, good entertainment system with lots of films, good food (including special food).
Low leg space. Unable to select seats with bigger space even for an additional price.
Nuff said, having a gold Aeroflot card is nice
Delay for 3 hours 30 minutes is ridiculous !! Specially to sit on the unmoving plane all these time.
Good seats in business class (it was former Emirates B777).
Tit wasn’t champagne as welcome drink. Food was like economy class.
One of the crew member was very nice. I had not ordered the veg meal but he managed to find some vegetarian items for me for both meals. Very polite guy
It was very hot on the aircraft. Lot of passengers has to resort to using safety instruction card as waving fan.

Flight from Heathrow to Frankfurt delayed, when we arrived we had no chance of making our connecting flight to Split yet no one told us. No one at the gate which didn’t say final call (or on any of the boards) or anyone calling us over the tannoy at any point. Super rude “flight manager” A. Turini burst out laughing when we told him our situation and when I asked why he said “Well would it make you happier if I cry instead?” So unprofessional.
The flight was delayed several times and we were kept waiting at the gate without knowing when exactly we will leave.
Seats and space are just too small.
I liked the crew and how friendly they were. Pilots were great too. Wished they would have taken the same consideration ind DFW. The lady at the counter sent me to the wrong gate and left me there for over one hour then told me oops I forgot to tell you the gate changed. You need to hurry your flight leaves out of terminal E17 I was in c37
When the employee made me miss my flight (accidentally). Also on our flight I couldn’t watch a movie because the electronics did not work.
Terrible check in in NY. 3 customer service reps for premium, 1 for economy class. [Flew premium economy to Helsinki and business to Warsaw] arrived late to Helsinki. Had to wait 8 hours. Food on the plane to Helsinki looked like vomit Never again. Afraid that on a way back the plane will be late again

Boarding was delayed. Missed the connection flight.
I purchased a ticket that included one checked bag but their system said I purchased a ticked which didn’t include any checked luggage and I had to pay $60 to check my bag. Very frustrating!
