Puntual, avión normal, te dan comida y bebida, calidad de avión pero ninguna otra compañía aérea de vuelos cortos lo hace. Personal amable y atento.

I flu with my baby 18months and my partner, we were sat separately which didn’t help me at all as my child just kept asking and crying for her dad. No space to put her on my lap as she is a lap child.
Worst airlines... a lot of hidden fees, they dont care about a passenger, thry care only about their bussines... I will never ever take these airlines!!!
In flight snacks were good. Staff pleasant.
Getting through security was a stressful nightmare. I had no idea what to put where. Was just given a tray and expected to know. Signs said inhalers needed to be in plastic bag but website said meds were ok but keep handy. Threatening notices said if you get it wrong your bag will be searched and you can be delayed for up to half an hour (the inference being you could miss your flight). Vowed not to fly again although may get over it!
I came to the airport on 17:30 but The Checkin counter were open too late, after 1800. There was only 1 staff member in the counter. The lines were long and crouded . After we finished our check in and sent the luggage we went to the gate. There they realized that some of the printed bourding passes are not o k. The attendant in the counter did not checked it and sent us to the gate. We had to go back to the counter but the flight was closed already. We called the staff and after all we had to pay 100 euro to the counter to print the correct bourding passes and then to rush to the aircraft. If Ryan air put enough staff in the counters it wouldn’t happen. We almost miss the flight and it caused us a big inconvenous.
I want to claim the money back for 4h wating for the flight and luggage in stansted london. They should sell the company. Airplains very dirty. Website not working to add services, overall I will never go with them again
Flavor was fine
Out of 6 special vegetarian meals provided on 4 recent flights, all were pasta. One main meal of pasta even had A SIDE of pasta salad.

Economy seats cramped for elbow room. Average in flight entertainment.

seats were too cramped for such a long flight and I didn't have the resources to upgrade to the next level (not first class, "World Traveler Plus" I think). The seats were also uncomfortable / not padded enough - my tailbone and lower back were very unhappy by the end of the flight
