The EasyJet crew are always excellent - friendly and welcoming.
The Paris to Luton flight is nearly always delayed. The is no slack in the timetable so any morning delay continues until the evening.

The crew was friendly and helpful!
Our flight was delayed three hours for no readily apparent reason. The food served on-board was inedible. When it was finally time to land, we briefly touched down before going back up into the air and circling for an additional half hour because another plane was at our gate. The quick up-and-down caused at least two passengers near me to vomit. I’ll try my best to avoid Eurowings in the future.

Delayed with no information. Boarding bit chaotic and once on board no food left to buy as everything has been sold out. Despite me being in row 1 and the first customer to be served. Plane arrived at low cost Barcelona terminal and we had to wait quite long for our luggage. Eurowings race to the bottom.

It’s the first time i try these low cost airlines, which sometimes they are not that cheap compared to others, no entertainment whatsoever, i wasn’t allowed for any check in luggage and the prices for ever peace was literally expensive ticket price was not that competitive

Attitude of staff, cleanliness of cabin, actual cod fish (not tilapia/suay) etc. For dinner. Good Swedish scotch too

Overall I was very pleased with your level of service and would highly recommend SAS airline for anyone traveling from New York City New Jersey area abroad ! The planes were new clean and the level of service was exceptional . I am in the Hotel hospitality industry as an executive corporate chef . I enjoyed the service of your steward wearing the chef jacket ,, very impressive.

When people lean their seats back their heads end up in your face and you are forced to lean your seat back to make separation from passenger in front of you

The seat 16A is very comfortable and spacious. Most of the hosts were friendly and helpful.
My screen did not function well and sound was very poor. I had to have my computer 'rebooted' two times. The second time was done by a gentleman who was a bit sarcastic when I asked if he could help me, as I had waited 20+ minutes for the help to get it going again. You need to update your system!
Service personnel for the most part were friendly on the plane. I was happy that my luggage came with me, i've had several times in the past when it hasn't.
Some of the German women and men at the counter could be LESS serious and more polite in customer service. Delayed flight was a long time to wait.
