Desventajas: The waiting lounge had no info on the outside. We came early, was seated close to the door and I served as the info person.

Desventajas: The Nairobi airport experience could use a bit of help. there's no a/c and even late at night, it was uncomfortably hot everywhere. Once I'd checked in to the gate I was trapped and couldn't easily leave to get water or go to the restroom, which was increasingly annoying as my flight was delayed. Pretty sure all of this is beyond Qatar Airways' ability to control.

Ventajas: Excellent

Ventajas: There was almost a two hour delay, there wasn’t any information communicated, everybody was just asked to take seats in the waiting area. The entire process wasn’t very well organised.

Ventajas: Plane was large and comfortable.

Desventajas: Boarding was chaotic and confusing.

Desventajas: Seats not too comfortable but okay. Crew checking the boarding pass if you are already on board is a nuisance!

Ventajas: The flight was surprisingly empty compared to flying to Abu Dhabi. I had an entire row to myself. I was able to lay out and sleep peacefully without worrying about the traveler in front of me leaving their seat back. Highly recommend Etihad airways!

Desventajas: Crew was cold and and very matter of fact. The food was very so-so. The food items have to be purchased other the food trays served unlike Turkish Airlines and Kuwaiti Airlines.

Firstly the flight was delayed, these things happen but nevertheless I end up missing my connecting Qatar flight to Belgrade, put into a horrible little hotel for 24hrs without my bag, no clothes or toiletries. At one point during the flight once everyone had their chairs reclined one hostess told me to not put mine so far back?!?! Then when asked well then person in front of me has to move theirs forward and her response no they don’t. Absolutely shocking. To think I wanted to upgrade to business class. I’m traveling the globe over the next year and thought let me try Qatar but never again with this type of service and how they treat their customers.

Desventajas: As such everything was fine.

Desventajas: Wine list was poor. Enough of a premium is built into the business class fare to get some decent wines onto the list. Coffee is not so good either.

Ventajas: The seat 21A was absolutely horrid inducing claustrophobia due to limited space all around on a full flight long delayed on ground after taxiing for departure.

Desventajas: Etihad needs to be more sensitive of passenger comfort and avoid being so stingy with economy class seats (21A)

Ventajas: Very unprofessional crew, particularly Katarina who had quite an attitude and twice left out the last four rows for drinks and coffee. Simply out of laziness.

Desventajas: Online check-in had website issues and did not allow seat selection. Web check-in and on board service need significant improvements. Would not fly Etihad again; much higher standards and better service with Emirates or Qatar Air.

Ventajas: Crew was amazing. Service is top notch. You get to eat whatever you want whenever you want (no fixed time for menu serving).

Desventajas: The in flight internet should be of better value for business travelers. Emirates offers full flight connection for business and first class.

Ventajas: My flight attendant, Grace, was delightful. There were several challenging passengers around me and I observed her handle them with the grace of someone who embodied their name—Grace.

Desventajas: No wifi on board. The plane was one of the older ones, but still perfectly nice.

Desventajas: The seat was not comfortable in the flight from Toronto to Abu Dhabi. I was served wrong food. The food was tasteless. The crew was giving on half glass of water when asked for. It felt as if they were scared to give water to drink

Ventajas: Crew was nice and friendly. Food came in a paper bag but still was good and plenty. The plane was an Airbus-330, it's a smaller plane for shorter routes but the seats were actually more comfortable than the newest Boeing 787-9 they use for long hauls.

Desventajas: Don't bus the passengers to the plane and make them climb the stairs. It's almost 2020.

Desventajas: the touchscreen inflight system didn’t work very well in the MNL-AUH leg of the trip

Ventajas: Greece was amazing. Traveling to the islands made the trip worth while. Highly recommend ensuring ferry tickets are purchased 48 hours in advance so they don’t sale out. The food was amazing (especially the homemade Tzatziki sauce). So much to do, plan accordingly!!
