Nothing. I was sent to two long layovers in China and was told they were too long for them to take me without a visa for China. I was not told I needed one for any layover. I had to purchase a ticket on another site to get home or be stranded in Manila. Kayak doesn't have a customer service number to fix this.
Finally getting a flight the next day
My seat was given to someone even though I still had time to make the connection.
The flight is easy to check gave us 23kgs check in luggage 46kgs if u have intl flight. Free hotel with breakfast. Not bad at all.
They require us to get the luggage and check in again tomorrow.
They left my luggages at SeaTac. I am at China right now, and I don’t know when they are going send them to me. All my stuff in the luggage now I have buy everything again.
Xiamen reps at KUL didn’t let me board because they said my middle name on boarding pass didn’t match with the name on Chinese transit visa. I got this Chinese transit visa just to transfer because of the airport layout and that part was also didn’t make sense. They didn’t accept my middle “Y” on the boarding pass and it was so much of hassle to argue and finally let me through. Will never fly again on Xiamen.
The crew was nice. I liked getting a bottle of water to drink.
Everything was fine.
Meals need to be improved

Terrible, tasteless food; couldn't understand English announcements, A/V surveillance in aircraft.
I booked for my wife and son. The Air China lady didn't want to let them board. She said at check-in the passport number on the reservation wouldn't match my wife's passport although in Houston they could bring up her ticket perfectly fine with the same passport. Took 45 minutes and the help of a more customer service oriented co-worker to get it resolved. Poor and stressful experience.

he had no choice but to look at the closed door of his flight, and wait an additional 7 hours and they didn't even give him a voucher for food. I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience.
Very friendly crew going out of way to assist in making trip comfortable
Had travelled KLM to Amsterdam on my first flight 27 years ago and the aircrafts are stuck in that age! Lousy seats, poor quality bathrooms, lousy screens, prefer not to fly them
We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too.
He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner...
... ear plugs, masks, good food or even picking seats? I remember when it was all complementary and standard on overnight flights. Oh, and the vegetarian breakfast was unfortunately poor as well. I know you can do better, because you used to.
