Crew were fabulous, boarding on time and was quick and easy.
Plane was filthy, covered in rubbish, crisps, dirty seats. There were no drinks left to buy as it was the last flight of the day, no milk for tea which wasn't good.
The flight itself was quick and crew members were professional.
We weren't informed of flight delays until arriving at the airport. No information was provided on departure time until after waiting almost 2 hours. Ryanair staff at the airport made announcements exclusively in Spanish, without providing an English translation.
We were traveling across Europe with no access to internet. We trued to check in night before from hotel, we had a week connection. Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged.
Staff were fine.
Paid for legroom, there was none!
We arrived at the airport over 90 minutes before our flight and were never warned we’d be charged a hefty fee if we didn’t check in ahead of time. We did try to check in prior, but there was an error in my confirmation code and it didn’t work. They told us we couldn’t get on our flight, then charged us $487 euros to take a different flight and required us to check all our bags! A total scam and they were extremely rude!!
He missed it due to having a 32 minute layover, which he ran all the way to board.
he had no choice but to look at the closed door of his flight, and wait an additional 7 hours and they didn't even give him a voucher for food. I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience.

We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too.
He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner...
expedited check in with nice staff. Security staff were pleasant, and the entire check in process for everything was easy
