Ventajas: "I couldn't believe that there were only 13 passengers on our flight, on a regular-sized plane! In all my years of flying, that was a first. The biggest problem was that I was not on the flight manifest when I checked in, but after about a half hour that got resolved. Obviously there was space for me on the flight! Even though it was a late-night flight (10:15-12:15), we got served dinner at 11:00 pm. Not great food, but more than I expected for that time of day."

Ventajas: "The flight was delayed, but they explained why (a computer problem) and what they did to correct the problem (swapped in a working computer). The plane was small (19 seats, I think). We were greeted by a friendly (and funny) crew member who welcomed us aboard, explained the safety features, offered us some candy (the only food available -- very short flight), and then sat down in the cockpit (turns out he was the copilot). Everything was very simple and enjoyable. (I rated the "food" and "entertainment" with five stars. Other than candy, there was no food available, and the only entertainment was the cockpit. But there was no way to indicate "does not apply.")"

And it turns out worse, because apparently we had been shifted to a plane that was going to continue into Laos, so the plane came in at the International Arrivals Section and we had to take a bus from there to get our luggage in the Domestic Arrivals Hall. Making it all even later. No food offered for this quite expensive flight, only water, and no entertainment either."

Desventajas: "Our flight was scheduled to depart at 7:15 pm. We decided to grab a quick bite to eat before boarding. Our boarding pass indicated that boarding would begin at 6:45. They called "final boarding" at 6:35, just as we were wrapping up. I believe we were the last to board at about 6:35 or 6:40. Once we were on board the plane pulled away and departed a full half-hour before schedule. The early departure was welcome, but unexpected and made us feel more rushed than necessary without prior notice."
Ventajas: "For flying overseas the airplane was old and uncomfortable. I've flown overseas before and the seats have been a lot more comfy. The crew was fantastic and the food just crappy like any plane food."

Desventajas: "The flight attendants on China airline was terrible with unacceptable attitude, very rude and consantly trying to insult customer especially to those that don't speak their Chinese language. I would never fly with China airline again."
Ventajas: "Flight was delayed 1 hour with no explanation. Boarding was complicated by a long bus ride and again no explanation. The flight had tons of room open but no one offered for anyone to move seats despite a huge, loud crowd of young students keeping everyone awake in the back of the plane."

Ventajas: "I am handicapped and the ground and plane staff could not have been more attentive. Unlike other airlines they kept me informed of when I was to board and deplane. The flight is short and food was unnecessary. I think I was the only one one board that did not eat."

All worked efficiently but the food offered was pretty horrible
Professional, courteous, punctual service. In particular, staff was quite observant and assisted my mother with wheel-chair even though we forgot to even mention about the same.

When booking through Kayak, we were redirected to a third party booking site called Kiwi. Apparently we paid the full amount to Kiwi, but they did not pay the airline. When we arrived at the airport, we had to buy tickets again because they said the tickets we booked through Kiwi were cancelled due to non-payment. Beware of Kiwi! We are trying to get them to reimburse the other set of tickets we bought now.

Ground crew clueless, delayed flight gate change without communication. Horrible experience. Will not fly Vietjet again.

Desventajas: "I hate Vietjet’s restrictive luggage policies. I had to repack everything at the ticket counter to match the 7 kilo restriction and one carryon limit. On every other airline the way I pack is acceptable. Then I was given a window seat with no window. It was in the exit row. Terrible!"

Desventajas: "Online booking experience was confusing as I was rerouted to Kiwi. Tried to pay for both bags at time of booking but was told due to a technical issue I had to pay at the airport. When checking in was forced to pay in cash. More of an inconvenience and caught us off guard. Plane was old and seats were very small and uncomfortable."

Desventajas: "My flight was from Bangkok to Busan, via Hanoi. I was planning to transfer at Hanoi, but Vietjet did not offer transit service. I had to pass immigration (exit the country), then reenter. Luckily Korean citizens can enter Vietnam without visa; otherwise, I would have lost my luggage. Terrible service."
Ventajas: "It was exactly what we needed. On time flight with few frills but good price and efficient. No complaints at all. Crew did well keeping control of passengers that kept standing while seatbelt sign was on. Firm but not angry. Good job."

Desventajas: "The charges for each checked bag were annoying. We are a family of three and traveling with a 26 Kg kid but paying full price for our seats. With one checked bag the additional 4 Kg in the bag resulting in an upcharge seems foolish. Other passengers weighing 4 times as much pay the same ticket price as our smaller lighter weigh child."

Ventajas: "Provide 30kg of luggage allowance and at least a clear method for prepurchasing luggage allowance in your website"

Desventajas: "Somewhat arbitrary rules about how much your carry on can weigh. I don't really get why this makes much of a difference anyway, as the bag will be on the plane anyway."
Desventajas: "Really annoying to have to pay excess luggage fee when starting a long journey, being allowed only 15k and the first thing that happens is that You have to leave Your check in country to go and pay for having 3kg extra. Badly earned money spent all time in line hating the airline for this stupidity - 20 kg's is a very normal allowance - get back to standard!"

BUT rather than let the 200+ passengers know what was happening the gate agents said nothing."

Desventajas: "I was told I had to pay US$30 for my small carry-on bag. Then I had to check it. Then they advised me they change my seat from the exit row to another seat. I asked for my refund that I paid for the comfortable seat and they said not possible I travel extensively and this is by far the worst check inexperience of my over 40 years of flying. I fly in exit rows every week and have never been told that I can't sit in the exit row especially after paying a premium for it."
