The flight was OK but we were mislead by your advertising which clearly stated that one checked bag was included with each ticket. When we arrived to check in we were told that was incorrect and we would need to pay for any checked bags.
The false advertising is illegal in most countries but apparently not here.
I enjoyed the 7 lay over. Took a train to the city (12 minutes ), walked around and shopped, ate and tracked back with the train . A nice stop over

Professional courteous staff
Tray table slid downward whenever it was opened. Headphones quit after the first hour and got scratchy. So little room..tiny video screen. I could not get advance seating because of a code share flight.
The food was good.
The boarding process need improvement. The sits are very tight.
Older plane with poor seat comfort. (Same trip Bos to Zurich much better.) Video did not work at all in one seat and poorly in other ,for 7 hr flight
There was a group of ~20 French teenagers that did a lot of noise, like it was their own private field trip.
We were able to upgrade to a business class seat (row 1) just 2 days before the flight since we had put in a bid a month before to do so if it was accepted. Honestly, the seat DID NOT EVEN RECLINE, NOR DID IT FEEL VERY SPACIOUS! I felt very taken advantage of to only have access to that part of the plane giving us more leg room for $200 upgrade for each seat. When does a Business Class seat NOT recline??? At least my flight attendant was kind enough suggesting that I let the airline know about my unhappy experience.
We had reserved a gluten free meal for my wife. When I went to check in it was gone from our reservation. The crew attempted to put something together so she would have food to eat but the response from their customer support team on the phone was not great. I recommend verifying all meals twice before 48 hours out. On a 7+ hour flight this is not fun.
Very friendly and accommodating
The crew & service on our Denver to Munich flight were incredible. Courteous, professional & fun. A crew like this makes flying a pleasure.
The seats in economy on the A-350 were a horror show. Couldn't have made them more uncomfortable if they tried. It seems with each new model Airbus puts out the seats regress to more medieval technology.
