Just switch numbers with other people and tell them the changes. US flight do that why Turkish flight doesn't!! Most of people fly alone, its that easy.

Desventajas: Turbulence lasted way too long. Probably out of their control but I wondered if they could have changed altitudes.
Ventajas: Flight was on time and efficient. Crew was polite, professional and efficient. In other legs of this trip the experience was not so good. On this leg, however, I noticed that the crew was very accommodating to the passengers and never seemed bothered by special requests.
Desventajas: Food was okay. We ordered 4 different types of vegetarian meals, but only received on type of vegetarian meal. Movie selection was not great, but I still appreciate that each seat has its own personal on demand video screen.
Ventajas: Food was okay, though they didn't get the variety of our vegetarian meals correct once again. Flight was timely.
Desventajas: Worst thing was changing our pre-reserved seats saying it was an improvement, then sticking me from an aisle to a middle seat. It's one thing to do it, but it's egregious to lie about it. Crew was cold and not so friendly. They were a little rude as well, but some passengers were also rude. They were efficient, however. Earphones didn't work properly. Movie selection was just okay. Layover too long without a supplied hotel (16 hours).
Ventajas: The only positive thing to say is that the flight was on time.
Desventajas: * Failure at communication: At check-in we were told that they cannot route the luggage to the final destination (Shanghai). We will have to fetch the luggage from the luggage belt and check it in again at Chengdu airport from scratch. Also it was not possible to get the boarding pass for this flight online and select seats. This was brand new information for us. Nor China Southern, nor KLM nor Kayak did inform us about this at anytime. This never happened to us and if we knew in advance we would not have booked this connection (one in Amsterdam and one in Chengdu). Passengers need to be informed about this! Some people mentioned this is Chinese state policy, still not sure about this though. * Horrible transfer experience: In summary we were on ourselves, information was absent or just plain wrong by the ground staff at Chengdu airport. Which resultet in us queuing in 3 different lanes. Even in the first lane we queued, following official signs for transfer, the first staff told us we can queue here but then the lady at the counter (after 30min queueing) told us to go somewhere else instead. We had to wait in the rain to take a shuttle bus to another terminal. There we then queued at a China Southern counter, but it turned out to be incompatible with our ticket (booked with China Southern but operated by China Eastern - not communicated to us). Hence we queued yet again at a China Eastern counter which was eventually the correct one. Common to all this was the negative attitude of all staff which basically didn't care at all and were just incompetent. Note that this was not a language issue, as one of us is fluent in Chinese. * Once boarded the plane, which was 25% full, we were even disallowed to change seats due to "weight balance issue" (which seems to be just a joke given the weight of the airplane itself...). Note that the check-in agent explicitely told that because the plane is half-full we can just freely select an empty seat - yet another false information. * Conclusion: 1. Transparent information is they key for making a booking decision. 2. Do not fly via Chengdu airport. This will just ruin your trip. This airport is not ready to serve as international transfer spot.
Ventajas: Newer plane w seatback screen for entertainment. Baggage in Honolulu was delivered quickly. Crew was friendly n attentive.
Ventajas: I didn’t expect to get the food that we did.
Desventajas: This flight was over 4 hours and there was only one entertainment option. There were 2 screaming babies the entire flight but that’s just poor circumstances. It was way too warm on the flight.
Ventajas: the food was delicious and the flight was smooth, the crew was friendly
Desventajas: navigation for the tv was extremely difficult.
Desventajas: Delayed for hours. Missed connecting flight. They rebooked for a flight half a day later. Horrible!
Desventajas: Flight was delayed and the airline lost my bag
Desventajas: Plane was placed far away in the airfield. Buses were taking people and were waiting to be filled. Doors of busses were open, it was cold outside. Priority and non-priority were waiting in the buses outside. Long ride through the field , letting taking off plane to go first. Bus by bus was bringing new portions of passengers. Plane departed late.
Ventajas: I loves the pilot. He seemed to love his job and would make a couple funny jokes every time he spoke on the speakers and I never see that. Loved him and his landing was the only one not giving me any ear aches.
Desventajas: Flight attendant missed couple lines of food and after letting them know instead of bringing the cart back they were tossing the entire plate on top of the head of the other passengers. One of them fell of right on one of the passengers. The second thing that irritates me is that one of the flight attendant approached me and was asking if I want chicken beef or pasta and I said chicken and she was like that is not an option in a very rude tone as of I am dumb or deaf of some sort. The other passengers also confirmed that they heard she did say that chicken was an option She could’ve nicely said it or apologized for telling an option that doesn’t exist. Instead she was giving an really bad attitude about it. Very irritated
Ventajas: Service efficiency.
Desventajas: Delay of more than two hours caused my booking at the hotel to be cancelled. Not only i lost all my money but have no hotel to stay What is your responsibility on that???

Ventajas: Once aboard the plane, all went well and I experienced excellent service from the cabin attendants.
Desventajas: The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!
Ventajas: Very personable staff. Food acceptable for airline fare. Ticket price was outstanding.
Desventajas: Paid for extra legroom, but very narrow seats not comfortable. Very difficult to sleep. Old plane--could not hear movies and unclear screen. Music sounded OK and choice was good.
Ventajas: Economy comfort was very nice, food decent, plenty of toilets to avoid overcrowding, and good entertainment selection.
Desventajas: Poor food, flight attend and finally baggage missing. Overall experience is extremely bad.

Ventajas: The space of the seat is wide. Nice chocolate.
Desventajas: First, they announced that they need some passengers to voluntarily give up the booking in exchange for 280 refunds (a slightly higher rate which not worth to do it) and 1 stopover the fight to Rome which will arrive at 22.00 instead (our flight is 17.35). About 15 minutes before boarding time, they announced flight delaying. Around 17.45, they announced gate changing from B to A which located at opposite side of the the airport so all passengers run there because of everyone afraid that their booking might be canceled because no one agrees to give up. At both gates, many people try to jump in the queue which no staff comes in the manage the queue. During waiting on the board, the air condition seems to be closed, hard to breathe. Around 19.00, the plane took off the Zurich airport eventually, finish the 1.5 hours delay. The captain announced that it cause by the technical problem of the flight earlier but my thinking it cause from over-booking.
Desventajas: Did NOT know ticket was economy light!!!! I WAS UPSET WE HAD TO PAY BAGGAGE FEE!!!!
Desventajas: Crew was rude and slow
Desventajas: I asked the Chinese flight attendant in economy to please ask the man in front of me to put his seat up since the captain and purser had already asked us to do so in three languages The man in front of me refused to do so. She said she was going to start at the front of the plane and let him leave his seat back making it difficult to see my tv monitor. I thought that she should’ve said that it was time to put your seat up. It was frustrating that she didn’t support me and the request of the captain. Your seats are very uncomfortable upright when the person in front of you has their seat back.
Ventajas: Punctual modern aircraft.
Desventajas: The onky bad thing was luggage collection. Belt 6 tucked away. The luggage was so quick coming off that there was no-one to collect it . The belt was soon full and no.more luggage could enter the belt until the luggage on the belt was claimed
Ventajas: The seats were comfortable with enough leg room even in Economy class. I was late to go through security check-in, but the flight waited for me to board the flight. The on-flight entertainment was excellent.
Desventajas: I didn't like the food offered that much. Also, it seemed that the crew were not that good in coordinating among themselves and helping out passengers. There was not much option on drinks.
Ventajas: Food choices were great

Desventajas: Flight was late departing Cairo Changing flights from Cairo to Amsterdam was scheduled at 50 minutes. I asked the male flight attendant about changing airplanes, said our new gate was right next to our arriving gate. He said no problem. He failed to mention we had to go through customs and security again, and walk almost a Kilometer in the process. Fortunately they held the Amsterdam plane because many passengers would have missed it. I did not appreciate the lack of information from the flight attendant, however holding the plane was a godsend.
Ventajas: The air hostess was very friendly, smiling, and responsive. She went out of her way to please the passengers.
Desventajas: The full meal was served early in the morning instead of breakfast.
Desventajas: 3 hours delay I miss my professional meeting in Shanghai because of this big delay !!! I Sky Team Flying Blue Platinum for Life and this is the first time I got a bad seat and no window

Desventajas: Seats were the smallest since I tried Ryan Air. Boarding is ridiculous process of elevators, buses, and salmon stand-offs as people board from the front & rear with no guidance. Arrival was also waiting on buses before a 15 minute ride to the far side of the airport. No food or beverage is offered free. Not a pleasant experience in any way.
Ventajas: Very friendly
Desventajas: I didn’t realize that Chinese transit visa is needed to transfer at Xiamen airport. When I bought the tickets, I wasn’t notified nor advised to get the Chinese visa. The Xiamen rep at Lax didn’t let me board first and I explained and they gave me the visa waiver paperwork. It was so much of hassle. I’ve laid over many Chinese cities via different airlines and never had any problems. Will not fly again on Xiamen!!
Desventajas: I was very sick and contagious and asked for a single person hotel room for the night before a connecting flight. It was not accommodated. It would have cost extra 100-200 yuan. Then when we asked for the shuttle to the hotel, the security at the departures level meant we could not exit and be picked up. No one could arrange pick up at arrivals. Instead we paid for a taxi ourselves. Poor service and coordination, especially considering I could barely talk and just badly needed a rest.
Desventajas: The seats don't even recline, so I could not lie back to rest. The entertainment system was very bad, didn't provide earphones and could barely see the screen. I would not choose to fly this airline again.
Ventajas: Clean plane. Left on time. Better than average legroom.
Desventajas: Movie selection was virtually all violent related. Nothing the airline can do about the numerous Security checks passing through this Airport.
Ventajas: Really liked the new touch screens (with very good responsiveness). Also liked the food selection (the champagne was nice, so was the menu we were given).
Ventajas: Most of the crew tired especially hard to keep everyone comfortable and safe. The food was absolutely amazing.
Desventajas: Other members of the crew were snarky to passengers and dismissive of questions from passengers during the early stages of the delay. We were all trapped on board for about 4 or so hours without much communication from the crew or captain which made me very anxious. We arrived 5 hrs late and it put my whole trip in jeopardy. Based on this experience, I eont be inclined to use this airline again for future trip planning. This airline will need to work hard to earn my trust back because i felt physically and emotionally unsafe throughout the experience, many times.
Ventajas: The plain was ok, the crew really nice and attentive. The only “problem” would be the food, mostly for the breakfast that was awful.
Desventajas: Horrible delay. I got letd to my next flyight. The airline stuff didn’t assist me at all and didn’t wanted to help me getting to my next flight. Horrible

Desventajas: old entertainment system. Tight connection and first flight was late, so we got bumped off our connection (they literally removed our names from the flight, even though we could've sprinted through the airport and made it if they waived the 20 minute before departure gate closure). It was an exhausting and long wait for the next flight and I did not think it was well-handled. Staying in a hotel is not a great option, because it takes 2 hours to get out of the airport, another 2 hours cushion to get back in time.
Ventajas: We received friendly attitudes with lots of soft drinks. Upstairs in the airbus was good as my seat was near the emergency door, where I had room for my long legs. I was given aisle seats on both return flights so I could move about more. The meals were lovely. The airbus was good for peace & quiet from crying children.
Desventajas: I had left an expensive style of neck/travel pillow i left in my Perth rental car but wasn’t supported to pick it up. I had to arrange for the car rental firm to post it. We had over 3/4 hr to fly. We were boarding. It’s a shame there wasn’t a quick way of getting my pillow to me without customs bureaucracy. It was a simple mistake. A toilet was blocked and temporarily unavailable. Some passengers were taking a long time and queues were building at different times.
Desventajas: The on boarding staff was rude and unhelpful. The seats of the same ticket were not issued aside each other. The food is below mediocre compared to Emirates. Would take Emirates anytime over Ethihad moving forward.
Desventajas: They upgraded me to business since I am gold member
Desventajas: If a flight was delayed you should arrange something to enhance the security check procedure for the passengers of connecting flight. Qatar airways had done that for the passengers.
Ventajas: I was not put on the plane because they said my seat did not existed! I had purchased my ticket 3 months prior to departure and they said I did not have a seat on the plane due to overbooking. They clearly gave my seat away to someone else and this is not acceptable.
Desventajas: Ethiad was not helpful at all and did not provide any same day help. They’re customer service was absolutely terrible.
Ventajas: Only 2nd leg- the crew was better

Screens and boarding card said "E11" but there were 3 gates "E11A" "E11B" and "E11C" and most passengers wasted time trying to find the right one (including "E11C" which was the first gate # passengers saw, and required going up stairs to a different floor to determine it was the wrong gate). Terrible signage, awful experience. Someone should be fired.

Ventajas: Not knowing much about this airline, I was pleasantly surprised with the short flight from Edinburgh to Dublin. Sorry all you plane geeks, I don't know what model aircraft it was, but I was seated in the middle of a 2-3-2 arrangement. Boarding was speedy, staff pleasant and even offered a sandwich in the short hop. Seats were comfortable and being early on a Saturday morning, it was not fully packed. This meant that getting off was not a chore. I'd definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending you use them for the sort flight like I made.
Desventajas: The only issue that marks them down was the lack of on line check in for the flight (Edinburgh to Dublin). Despite that, checking in via a traditional route was efficient and done with a smile.
Ventajas: Better than US airlines in service and comfort
