Pagamos dos extras para subir con prioridad y no hubo ningún trato preferente. Subimos con el avión lleno de gente. Los asientos no se reclinan. Todo el tiempo de vuelo intentando vender cosas. No lo recomiendo.

I had to pay €55 extra to check in which I have never heard. It was not stressed enough that that had to be done. Boarding was delayed. The flight was supposed to arrive at 12:30 am and arrived over an hour later. I arrived at my destination 3am and kept people up waiting for me. My large suitcase was covered in beer.
Booked 3 flights all on Ryanair for a trip inside Portugal. The booking agent, Gotogate.com, and Ryanair left me deserted. Some error occurred and I received the same flight booking # for all 3 the flights. I discovered this when trying to retrieve my boarding pass for the second flight. Neither company fixed the problem and I could not board the flight. I ended up having to rent a car and drive to Porto (6 hours away). Neither company have anyone that can assist with these issues on the weekend. The worst experience I could have had on my birthday vacation.
On time. Enough leg room even in economy. Staff nice. Good selection of movies. Food was actually tasty

My previous flights with Lufthansa have been in business class, which is fabulous. However, on this occasion flew economy because I got an exceptionally cheap ticket. I was pleasantly surprised. Obviously the seat was narrower, but had plenty of legroom. The food in economy in Lufthansa is better than most airlines’ business class meals. The crew is very courteous and professional. You really can’t go wrong with this airline.

It’s always a pleasure, easy and organized to fly with you. I have been using Lufthansa for the last 3 years, every time I must fly because of the quality of service and of its crew.
Short flight so no entertainment, but got a continental breakfast anyway. Good cofeee. Flight on time.

If I can give this airline negative stars, I would.
Lack of communication. Lack of sympathy. Lack of knowledge. From the beginning, I wasn’t given the boarding pass to my connecting flight nor was I informed as to why. When I finally made it to my connecting flight with NO time to spare (very small window of approximately 45 minutes to make it to my connecting flight) my husband, my son and I were turned away from our flight due to over booking. The Eurowings manager guarantees we would be able to make another flight if we went to the ticket counter right away. At the ticket counter, (different airline) the ticket agent explained we’d have to transfer our booking over from Eurowings to the new airline. This left us NO time to make that flight the Eurowings manager guaranteed us we would make. We also waited 3 hours at the baggage claim office only for them to tell us they lost all our bags. Only 2 out of our 5 bags made it onto the flight and will be waiting at lost and found of our final destination and the other 3 bags are unknown of their whereabouts. The Eurowings ticket agent took ALL of our bags including my husbands and I carry ons, so we were left with no clothing and had to stay at the airport over night. This airline really sucks. We were never informed in advance of this over booking issue or I would have certainly made my own accommodations before hand. Will never fly Eurowings again. Definitely the worst airline I’ve traveled with. And I lost 5 bags in the process.

We were a little delayed
There was a change of name and the wrong name was changed. I very nearly didn’t get on the flight and had to pay extra fees to fly. I wasn’t aware I was booking with last minute.com, whom I have had issues with before. Worried about the return flights already.
The crew was friendly and helpful!
Our flight was delayed three hours for no readily apparent reason. The food served on-board was inedible. When it was finally time to land, we briefly touched down before going back up into the air and circling for an additional half hour because another plane was at our gate. The quick up-and-down caused at least two passengers near me to vomit. I’ll try my best to avoid Eurowings in the future.
