Boarding in Argelia was a hassle. The plane was old and not comfortable. It was very delayed. It landed at a very faraway location in Doha Airport, it took us 10 minutes to get there by bus without counting the time for disembarking. I almost lose my next flight. The worst experience I have had in Qatar Airways. It felt like a low cost airline.

No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.
El vuelo se retrasó y no se explicaron los motivos. Muchísimas turbulencias y el personal no calmaba a los pasajeros
El servicio fue muy bueno, del principio al final. No tengo quejas.
Siguen pidiendo mascarilla durante el vuelo. Ya nadie pide. Es muy insoportable estar 15 hs usándola
Nos obligaron a facturar y pagar 50€ por una maleta cuando la Ida de Madrid- Frankfurt nos la perdieron y rompieron, las personas que nos atendió no nos gustó el trato
