Lost luggage. 3 days since and still no luggage.And they don't have a customer service phone number that I can call. Very dissapointed. I guess that's what you should expect from a low cost flight company. I will never book a flight with them again.
Not even a roll for a 5 hour flight! They ran out and then wanted to charge £3.50 for a coffee when they ran out of food to even buy! Staff were not friendly at all.

There was a problem with their website that was out of our control, that didn’t allow us to print boarding passes and we were charged at the airport even though we had proof we tried and were not able through no fault of our own

The airport bus took us twice from the gate to the the plane. I tried to understand, no idea why the bus did that. The departure obviously was late.

We ordered the assistance for transfer at the check-in. However the request was not sent to CDG airport. We got seats for the flight to San Francisco in two different raws and the Czech Airline representative refused to give us two near-by seats. Even water in the plane was offered for money.
Flight was delayed almost two hours, plane wasn't at the gate, only one bus was provided for transport, everything on board was in Russian (as the plane previously arrived from Russia).
We arrived to Amman safely
Some of the passengers are men from Saudi Arabia and they cannot be next to a woman. The flight attendant was very accommodating to those passengers.

Loved the idea that I could select a hot snack. The photo showed a delicious looking piece of pizza and when I asked to confirm whether it was indeed pizza, I was told yes. Instead I got a large hot pocket with questionable cheese. It was pretty unappetizing seeing that it was heated in a plastic wrap. I really did not want to eat it but was famished. I did not get what was sold to me.
Also no video screens for such a long flight

Flight attendant on the Madrid to JFK flight in the Premium cabin was outstanding. Quick service and just the tight amount of interaction. Food was surprisingly good too. Ordering galley items from the video console works great.
Boarding process in Madrid in like a cattle drive. Probably not the airlines fault but was unpleasant. Premium class seats could use a bit mor padding and the footrests are useful for only very short people.
I missed this flight because my connecting flight was delayed. When I reached this airport the gates were closed and they would not assist me. I had to go through kiwi which was VERY difficult in a foreign country. Kiwi did not reply quickly or helpfully to any request for assistance through the app.

Airplane seemed outdated, with no individual televisions, and some strange movie selections, which I could not see over the seat/hair in front of me. The flight was very long, so individual entertainment would have made the time pass a little more quickly. The main meal entree was okay, but the bun and brownie was stale. The snack was inedible, despite being quite hungry (stale bun with very little chicken, no seasoning or lettuce or mayo, very dry). Did not see the crew very much after the initial meal was served, but that was okay as I did not require assistance.
All baggage cost 60 E at the airport. No food at all

We waited in line and on the aircraft after boarding for an hour because we were waiting for flight documentation or something??? This should not happen, everyone knew when the flight was leaving and the airline should have all of this taken care of ahead of time.

As an international traveler, I'm not aware of international flight times and rules when traveling. Thus, before my flight on the day, I tried to check-in online which was not available. I then checked check in times cut offs and on the website it clearly says in black and white that check in closes 45mins prior to departure. I made it to the Pegasus check in desk 55mins prior to departure, but it was already closed. In a complete frenzy, I ran to the one and only Pegasus agent and she absolutely refused to help me, saying "everyone knows it's one hour before check in". Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case.
El trayecto de Ankara a Estambul se retrasó, y es difícil en ese aeropuerto hacer una conexión con tan poco margen. Muchos agobios para conectar con el vuelo a Berlín.
On my flight, passengers were rude to the extent that a fist fight broke out and cursing amongst everyone occurred.

I couldn't get my boarding passes online or at the airport kiosk after already checking in online before getting to the airport. I had to wait over an hour in line at the checkin desk just to get my boarding passes. The boarding process in Cairo was even more chaotic with unnecessary multiple disorganized checkpoints and line ups.
Better than expected. Was as good as American , Delta, United. Not quite to the level of Aerlingus, Lufthansa, Emirates.
Stewards did a good job but were not engaging with the passengers. Not as friendly as could be. We would definitely fly Air Egypt again
Big plane, multiple boarding points. Food did its job & helped with the long flight. Movies weren't expansive, but good choices to kill the time.
The crew did not have the key to unlock to doors leading to the plane, which forced everyone to wait 30 mins standing in line. It was quite silly! It delayed our flight about 30-45 minutes - not much, but really painful when the flight is almost 12 hours. The crew didn't tell us what was happening either, but it was pretty obvious.

I like that there were any kind of drinks you like ( from sprite to mango juice). The meat was too hard to eat. It was almost a raw meat. Very hard to chew.

When I got to the check-in desk, I was told to get out of line and check in online. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been good to know that it was necessary to do this so I didn't wait in line for a long time.

super small plane... had to climb a very narrow staircase into the plane... overhead bins couldn't accommodate much of anything... we weren't warned this in advance
the flight started at time. the attendant were fine. but i consider this flight not as a cheap flight. therefore, it should be possible, so early in the morning to offer a coffee at least.

I'm not a terribly large person, but there is zero room in economy. When the person in front of me put her seat back the screen was literally 6 inches from my face.

Thank you for offering a dietary option that is compassionate toward animals and contributes less to climate change! Now if only the planes were powered by clean, renewable energy... Hopefully that will become a reality someday very soon! Oh, and also the crew on this flight was exceptionally kind and helpful. Thank you so much!
I did not enjoy the turbulence, which I suppose is unavoidable. More importantly, I felt quite guilty about the greenhouse gas emissions of my flight. I have decided to cut down on my air travel as much as possible as a way of reducing my carbon footprint.
The seats seemed to have more space on this plane which was nice.
It felt strange that the crew members completely skipped over me when serving lunch and drinks. At least something as basic as water should be given to all passengers.

Lo único que puedo comentar positivamente del vuelo es la conexión a internet. La comida no la pobre.
Los asientos son incomodisimos, como viajaba sola me colocaron en uno de los asientos centrales. A mi lado una persona con sobrepeso, y ni el, ni yo, podiamos movernos con un mínimo de libertad. El vuelo salió una hora tarde, pero fue causado por las inclemencias del tiempo, no culpo a la compañia.

THEY MADE ME CHECK MY STROLLER! I had to roam the airport with a baby in my arms while struggling to drag the baby's food and my carryon around! They didn't return the stroller for customs or anything. This was so insensitive. Additionally, nothing was showing on the screens, they could have at least kept the screensavers or flight path displayed.
They never let me board, and did not tell me why. Not money back. Terrible customer service

Wow, I am not a heavy woman, I wear a size large but I am not in the least obese, just tall and not skinny. The seat width was ridiculously tight! I have NEVER experienced such discomfort in a Emergency Row seat!

This airline seems to always be late, and they displayed incredible disorganization and chaos on this flight. The flight was late. After going through security scanners again even though we had just gone through other scanners a few minutes ago getting off our last flight into the airport, we went downstairs. They had us wait in a room with no chairs a long time before moving us to an unbearably hot bus for a really long time to wait, the bus only had a few seats for old people, the rest of us stood sweating without moving for at least 25 minutes. At the plane's stairs for boarding they wanted to take large carryon luggage to put below, but this wasn't well understood by most passengers and many people got upset and the staff didn't handle it well so it took a long time waiting to board at the stairs. Once on board it was a problem with people not finding enough space to stow their carryons! I went to the toilet before takeoff, and the toilet was so dirty! Disgusting! They clearly hadn't cleaned it at all. Wet floor, smelly, no toilet paper, debris in the sink, etc... The staff was unprofessional in conflict with 2 passengers arguing over a seat which was only a problem because one flight attendant had promised the 2 passengers to be able to move to that 1 open seat. After being almost 2 hours late for takeoff and going through the chaotic boarding process I can understand why people were short on patience. The food was ok. No in flight entertainment at all on a 4+ hour flight, not even a magazine in the seat pocket. Not a good experience overall.
Air Algérie is just disorganized to the nth degree. Despite delayed boarding we arrived on time, which was excellent because everything about the experience from the airport layover to the inflight meal and the insistance on leaving the lights in the cabin during this midnight flight was atrocious.

Being 6'2" is the worst when traveling economic.
Seats are comfortable, head rest is adjustable, good leg room, nice entertainment selection and no extra charge for adult beverages!
When we arrived at London Heathrow, there was no gait, no stairs, and no buses to transport passengers to the terminal. We were stuck on the plane for an hour waiting. The crew was helpful in keeping everyone informed and let us know they called the airport staff multiple times for the stairs/buses to get us off and those with connections (me) going. The crew was frustrated too.
Charged airport bag checking price even thought I had checked in on line for half the baggage check in fees. Added $120 to the fare

The way they nickel and dime their customers. Their baggage fees are ridiculous! Paid $224 for round trip ticket.... paid about $132 round trip for my luggage!!! Will never fly with them again.
Air Serbia did the best they could to keep passengers comfortable and send all of us to hotel during the day w food and comfortable accommodation
Paid the ticket and check in luggage at Opodo but was informed at the counter that luggage has not been paid for. Denied checking in luggage despite having a printout saying it has been paid for. “The luggage is not in our system” was the only response.
On time flights both directions
Excessive baggage charges (40-60 euro each way per bag), so buy the ticket that includes the baggage
