Ventajas: We were able to bring our normal size backpacks as personal items even though they were certainly larger than the tiny personal item size limit.

Desventajas: We had a terrible experience with getting checked in online and adding a checked bag. Numerous issues getting in touch with the company and the call centre staff was rude and unhelpful. The website is glitchy. The fee for bringing checked luggage was very high. We won't use this airline again.

Desventajas: Tuvimos una experiencia terrible con registrarnos en línea y añadir una bolsa de cuadros. Numerosos problemas para ponerse en contacto con la empresa y el personal del centro de llamadas era grosero y poco servicial. El sitio web es muy guloso. La tarifa por traer el equipaje facturado era muy alta. No utilizaremos esta aerolínea otra vez.

Ventajas: Crew were great, bubbly staff even though they were tired, *not obvious*

Desventajas: Boarding process, and being told we may have to stay until Wednesday as the operator double booked our seats.

Ventajas: Quite frankly, I did not like nor was I amazed by the flight overall. The flight was 80 minutes late w/o any giudense by any easyjet airport staff. Passengers were left on their own to figure out things. Gate change w/o enough notice. Easyjet rented another company's airplane. Landing was horrible.

Ventajas: Steal money!!!! You guys didn’t allow to bring our carryons in to airplane and was a little short, she forced us to pay for them and send to the big luggage. But when we was boarding there so many people with a bigger baggage!!! I can’t accept that !!!

Desventajas: Really rude staff member getting people through to plane. Food I ordered came to me as something totally different because they had run out of what I ordered they didn’t ask me if I wanted it instead so had to refuse it as I can’t eat cheese so I ended up going without.

Desventajas: As a disabled man who had booked assistance both legs of the journey, no ramp on the return flight so I had to walk down the Aircraft steps in agony. Not good enough Ryanair. What if I were unable to walk?????????????

Ventajas: Nothing No leg room was charged 60 eu for bent 2 kg over on baggage. Was told then I’d have to pay another 60 eu for my under-seat bag even though I had no such issue on my flight to Barcelona The seats are miserably small and don’t even recline. Worst airline I have ever flown Staff was rude

Desventajas: Plane was small ,seats were not comfortable and plane was not connected with eye so passengees were waiting outside of plane in cold weather.

Desventajas: Not worth trying to choose seats. Computer still seems to allocate at random. Unless travelling with small children just go with the flow for 2 hours or so.

Ventajas: La puntualidad de vuelo

Ventajas: The whole experience was without issue - I arrived at the airport 2 hrs and 15 min before my flight, I checked in with the automated kiosk, received my luggage lablel, proceeded to the bag drop, placed my bag on the belt, the machine scanned my bag and check in was complete - all done in 6 minutes.

Desventajas: Lining up at the boarding gate blocked those other passengers going to other gates - my only suggestion is to put a barrier between the thoroughfare and those waiting to go into the gate but I am thinking this is more an airport issue, rather than an airline issue as such - not a major issue.

Desventajas: Made us run from one end of the airport to the opposite end, because they said they had ‘operational difficulties’, causing them to switch gates between two flights. Total baloney, and completely avoidable.

Desventajas: Air line was fine but there was a big queue for security for everyone at the airport, was slow going through there, probably took at least half an hour. Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check.

Ventajas: The crew were very welcoming and for a low budget airline, the staff were very professional.

Desventajas: What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island.

Desventajas: Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated
