Ventajas: "Estoy molesta porque nos cancelaron el vuelo y ya teníamos reservado habitación en Oporto. Perdí el hospedaje €32. Nos asignaron en una nueva aerolínea KLN, donde corrimos para no perder el vuelo ya que tenía 15 minutos para abordar mi madre de 65 años y yo. Corrí en buscar las maletas ya registradas y hacer el procedimiento de check in y pierda de abordar para legar a tiempo. Gracias a Dios no perdimos el vuelo. Pero KLN nos indicaron que ellos no sabían de la cancelación y que no se hacían responsables del hospedaje. Al buscar en el aeropuerto de Holanda TAP AIR PORTUGAL no se hizo responsable. Por lo tanto pague una noche extra €45. Mas el servicio de taxi. En fin. Solo espero que me ayuden con la devolución de una noche por medio de TAP AIR PORTUGAL."

Desventajas: "The boarding and bad experience at the departing gate was unprecedented!!! I am a gold & platinum traveler, due to millions of mileage flown for over 40 years. This experience that I experienced at the departing gate was unprecedented, worse than the worse charter flight from a third world country decades ago!!! Apparently Transavia has "Sky Serv" employees doing their departing gate work, and they are the worse I have encountered in my life. Rude, irresponsible, talking back to customers when they dared ask them a question, not caring about anything let alone the comfort of the customers, or advising them of status of departure. As a result, they allowed a line to form for boarding, with all the relevant shoving and pushing, including older people standing and being pushed in line, as the Shy Serv employee went behind the departure desk and THE TIME OF DEPARTURE HAD COME, so it was natural for all to stand up in line thinking they will board, while the ARRIVING PLANE HAD NOT EVEN ARRIVED. And when I realized that (also in line) I asked the Sky Serv employee who appeared as the supervisor, why are they not telling the people that so they can sit down, the answer was "we didn't tell them to stand up"!!! When I told them that I thought it was just considerate to do that, he was joined in defence by his colleagues saying "no-one told you or anybody else to stand up, you and they did". As if this was not enough, when finally the plane came, people debarked, and plane was made ready to board, we were asked to board, only to stop us on the middle of the the boarding bridge and stand there for 15 minutes with no one to tell us anything, until a member of the plane crew came out to advise us of the delay and allow us to proceed to the plane. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY TRANSAVIA, or any airline that has "Sky Serv" as it's ground handlers!!!!"

It took 3 full days for me to get my luggage. I contacted via Facebook and email and basically just got the response of I have to wait until it arrives at the airport and the best advice they could give was to call the Seville airport. I mentioned multiple times in my email and message that I did not have phone service. I showed up to the airport everyday to see if it made it in finally it did on day 3. It wasn’t until 5 days later that they even contacted me to say it had arrived but I had already picked it up. Very disappointing."

We talked ied WhatsApp Facebook tweeter. All takes like one hour to get response. In the end flights can’t be rescheduled we had to book new flights ourselves and find hotel to stay. They won’t cover for hotel either. The flights refund is now funded to Kiwi which we also need to find time to argue with Kiwi to get back. DOnt know how long that may take. The overall experience has been terrible"

If that’s the approach then more people should be there responding WhatsApp comments not like no response within one hour. Kiwi is of no help as well. If flights get canceled agents should provide us updates as well. When we contacted kiwi in the airport Kiwi even denied flight cancel."

Desventajas: "They cancelled the flight and made us try stand in line for an hour to get bussed to the hotel- another hour wait. No luggage because it was in a bin so no clothes or anything. Left at 6 am next morning . Got to Sao Miguel and missed my flight that was to leave the day before. Made me wait on stand by before putting me up in a grand hotel with no luggage. It was Still in Boston. I had to buy things to wear and use. So late no dinner at hotel . Terrible"

Desventajas: "Seats were chosen weeks ago and we recieved a text the night before flight that our seats were changed . They put our 2 year old by himself in tow 38 and the rest of us in tow 5&8 and told us we had to figure it out and ask passengers to switch . Hey made no effort to accommodate"

Ventajas: "Nothing"
Desventajas: "Flight was 2 hrs late then when boarding they loaded all of us in a bus. We’re packed in and then stood on he bus for over a half hr waiting for the cleaning crew to finish. Why we didn’t just stay at our gate till it was ready? Idk but everyone seem to not know what they were doing and very unorganized"

Desventajas: "Expect major delays ."

Desventajas: "Almost everything seemed to be out-of-order and the crew seemed to be really struggling in order to bring some level of comfort to the on-board passengers."

Ventajas: "Crew was very nice."
Desventajas: "Flight was delayed, but they never made an announcement so we were overcrowded in airport waiting area, many people standing up, not enough seats, and we were kept in the dark Felt like we were being held hostage. Instead of boarding by rows, they let everyone go through all at once which caused the aisle in plane to be blocked. No organization as far as boarding."

Desventajas: "Tiny seats, entertainment not operatinal. Staff was ok !"

Ventajas: "IT WAS ON TIME"
Desventajas: "PACKED IN LIKE SARDINES"

Ventajas: "Crew was pleasant and helpful"
Desventajas: "Seats were very tight and uncomfortable."

Desventajas: "I think the through flight through Portugal should have been more transparent. Myself and many others did not know about this flight until arriving at the airport. Regarding entertainment, there was no movie or anything like this for the long flight."

Ventajas: "Flight staff was professional, vegan meal was decent, good leg room"
Desventajas: "Seats were fairly hard and uncomfortable for a long flight"

Ventajas: "I liked that they served a meal, was definitely more spacious seating and leg space, the crew was very helpful."
Desventajas: "I didn't like that when we arrived in Azores we were quarinitined to a space that could only be entered or left by passing Through security. So there were no bathrooms in the waiting area. I was randomly patted down along with a very small child and around half the other passengers. All they offered was water in the waiting machine. After all the waiting, we reboarded the same plane. They did not explain well what was going on."

Ventajas: "Delayed 4 hrs; boarding agent couldn't give any details (meanwhile me kids are screaming); seats were narrow and I couldn't lift the armrest up out of the way. Food was terrible. No entertainment visible from our seats and the headphones didn't work. Flight from BOS was much of the same. NEVER FLYING SATA AGAIN!"

Ventajas: "Another AWESOME crew doing everything they can to assure passenger satisfaction!!"
Desventajas: "CRAMPED and miserable - smallest pitch in the air in the airbus 310! Cabin felt overpressurized and extremely loud."

Ventajas: "The flight crew runs an extremely tight ship. Polished and attentive."
Desventajas: "We arrived to the check in queue 90 min before our flight and it took almost two hours to get through the line. Our seats got swapped and it was a cluster to make it to the gate where we then waited another 45 min for a later departure."

Ventajas: "Nothing"
Desventajas: "See above comments"

Ventajas: "Not much"
Desventajas: "Never had such an uncomfortable flight! The temperature at my seat was far too hot- I and others were sweating constantly. Also I am 6' 3" but wouldn't recommend anyone over 6' fly this airline, at least not in the normal economy seats- I've never had the experience of being unable to move my legs due to the seat in front."

Ventajas: "Nothing"
Desventajas: "Flight got cancelled and passengers were left hanging at the airport overnight sleeping on a cot. And refunds are a big hassle after the cancellation. Worse experience ever."

Ventajas: "Crew was very good"
Desventajas: "Check-in process was unusually slow and the flight took off 30 minutes late."

Desventajas: "Flight was three hours late, missed connecting flight, staff was poorly organized and kept shifting gates, "business class was nothing more than a wider seat - food and service no better than in economy."

Desventajas: "Pocas Pelicula"

Ventajas: "Smooth ride. The pilot communicated well. Food/drinks were good. Airline stewards were polite."
Desventajas: "The boarding process was disorganized"

Ventajas: "everithing is good"

Desventajas: "Both times I have flown this airline it was late--the first time 13 hours without any explanations and constant promises of it just being a few more hours, the second flight was 2 hours. In the airport in Portugal, they transport you by bus to the airplane and make you sit on the crowded bus at least 30-45 minutes. Then it takes another hour to load the plane. This is an 8 plus hour flight--they have the same 4 movies both directions."

Ventajas: "Had two seats to myself. Hot breakfast."
Desventajas: "The airport in Lisbon was terrible. Got bussed 20 minutes to get to terminal and had to wait 2 hours in line to get through passport line. Could not find my bag, finally found it in a heap to the side. My friend traveling Air Canada had no trouble same day same time."

Desventajas: "Was too tired and worn out to really care after the long delay. Won't fly this airline again."

Ventajas: "Nothing. We didn't take this flight because of the SATA airline strike which left us stuck in Ponta Felgada for 2 days."
Desventajas: "We were majorly inconvenienced when finding out our flight was delayed, then cancelled completely, the. It happened again the next day. Lost 2 days of our trip whih were supposed to be in Lisbon. We found a Ryanair flight to Porto just to get to the mainland. What a nightmare. Never flying with Azores/SATA again!!"

Ventajas: "Happy for the incoming Barcelona passengers to make this flight. Ticket agent told us how to snag a couple of free seats, once everyone on board, so we could stretch out for 5 hr. flight. They serve brewed tea!"
Desventajas: "One hour late departing made for an extra long day of traveling. Be prepared for boarding a bus at gate to get to plane."

Desventajas: "Ponta Delgada ground staff misguided us with less than 30 min to catch connecting flight..."

Ventajas: "Food improved from our first overnight experience"
Desventajas: "No entertainment, some crew members wee rude and messy (spilling food/drink and unapologetic) where others were exceptional. Limited places to sit in between flights at gate (had to depart plane and reload even though we had same exact plane/seats)"

Ventajas: "Flight was on time. Staff was courteous."
Desventajas: "Food was average. No entertainment."

Desventajas: "Among the drawbacks, long immigration lines in LIS, despite the opportunity to go thru immigration in the Azores - lost opportunity for the airline to market its efficiency and convenience."

Ventajas: "Fast boarding, on time arrival, qick baggage delivery. Lots of leg room. Friendky staff."
