Not a nice hotel
Maids were nice, only positive.
Floor and hallways were dirty, tv was old and some channels didn't work, battery in door broke, swimming pool wasn't filled, no fitness center or store to buy things. Sheets were dirty..

The room itself was cleaner than other similarly priced hotels I've been in. Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't go to the pool but from our window it looked pretty great. Also didn't visit the bar or restaurant but am glad to know they're there. I'd definitely consider staying there again, not because it's the best hotel but because for the money, I have seen worse. At this price point, you can't expect a perfectly updated facility.
Amenities were spare (no conditioner) but that wasn't a big deal. Location was pretty good. Lobby was a bit of a shambles with missing ceiling tiles, broken window, visible hair product stains on every seat, but it didn't seem disgusting, just old.
Depends on the room
They initially gave us the wrong room. The first room smelled very smoky, older style tv, scratched tv stand. Front desk apologized and upgraded us to a penthouse suite. It was really great! Great view, clean, nice furniture and good bathrooms. Only complaint- sleep number bed did not work.

Trash everywhere no attention to detail in common areas more like a local dive hotel with good beds rather than a brand name hotel group

We had asked for additional blankets two different times, the first time they said they would bring them up but 4 hours later nothing arrived so we called back and the desk person was very rude and said "we are out, there's no more blankets, there is nothing I can do for you". So two of us staying in the room slept on the couch bed with no blankets! It was miserable and I will never stay there again.
My reservation was fouled up. Made it through bookonline.com. Clerk was indifferent and not eager to help. I had to call the "800" number and put the clerk on the phone with the agent there. The clerk should have done that without me having to lead him by the nose.
The concierge staff were fantastic and knowledgeable.
They brought up the fact that I had made reservations on hotels.com and treated me worse because of it. The front desk staff were extremely unpleasant.
