Paid for priority board but there’s no priority given at the gate.
Muy pequeños y duros los asientos
They told us we didn’t have seats and that we’d have to go on standby. All staff were giggling and not very helpful. In the end we managed to get on the flight which seemed to have at least 4 extra empty seats. Poor customer services and communication to us of whether we would get the flight or not and what to do if not.
We actually made it to Stuttgart.
Delayed in the terminal many hours only to board the aircraft and delay again. My entire delay in Barcelona was longer than my scheduled travel for the day. Also, Vueling seats are too close together compared to all airlines I have flown on. My knees were against the seat ahead of me.
at the check in. I've been asked to pay because my booking didn't show that I included 1 in cabin bag and 1 ship for each traveler. I had to pay because I wasn't going to lose my flight. I ask you to check my booking please.

Delayed. Smelly. Overall love flying but the takeoff and landing were terrible! Service wasn’t great either- crew had major attitude problems.

I am new to Air Europa, and I have had a great experience with several flights.
They could use kiosks at check in, to move the line a little quicker.
Legroom a little scarce on a 12-hour flight, even though I'm only 5'7" tall.
Food could have been better in board
There is not enough space for my legs and specially when the passenger in front move the seat
It was a non-stop flight, so we good home more quickly than going to Spain.
Very little leg-room. We were 3 small people, and I felt sorry for anyone with long legs.
Leg room on Iberia flights is scarce, even though I'm only 5'7" tall. No snack or beverage service on a 2 1/2 hour flight.
