Our flight was slated for 3:35pm departure. But hours before the flight, the guessing game started as to how delayed and for what reason the flight was delayed. We ended up leaving 4 hours later and with one feeble apology from the captain...
Absolutely nothing. A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. To top it all off, the lie as to why the flight was delayed was not maintained by either ground staff nor the crew. Unbelievable
2 horas y media de retraso injustificado
vuelo salió con 2h de retraso. durante mucho tiempo nos tuvieron encerrados en el avion esperando el despegue. A pesar de tener suficiente tiempo hasta llegar a Barcelona, personal servió la comida (a mi particularmente) a las fila 20 tan sólo minutos antes de que el avión comenzara la maniobra de aterizaje con lo cual tuve que dejar de comer. Considero que deberian ser mas diligentes en el reparto de la comida o avizar a los pasajeros sobre las maniobras del avion para que pudiera decidir si espera el aterrizaje o come dentro del avión. Al aterrizar nos dejaron durante 40 min dentro ya que habia una pelea entre pasajeros y esperaban a la Guardia Civil. Considero que no era necesario a alargar esa espera ya que los pasajeros estaban bien identificados y controlados. Muy mala experiencia en general

We never made it to this part of our flight because our Budapest to Madrid flight was canceled due to faulty AC system. We were boarded In Budapest and about two hours later they made as deplane after sitting in the hot plane for two hours. It was around 10 PM and no food was available at the airport, so I could not feed my four-year-old son .
El personal muy amable y el embarque fue rápido.
Salimos con demora de 40 minutos y el avión no estaba en muy buenas condiciones.
No ofrecen bebidas entre comidas como en otras compañías (ej Turquish se cansan por atenderte) Audifonos de pobre calidad, no dan otro accesorio para vieje, espacio reducido y comida muy pobre
Awful. My departing city (ZAG) was unable to process tickets for my connecting flight. Upon arrival to (MAD) the gate agent was distributing tickets on a 1st name basis. Literally just handing out tickets without verifying IDs. Not all us PAX received a ticket and were instructed to go to the customer service desk, all the while boarding was ACTIVE at the gate. While at the customer service desk, Iberia showed little attention and/or urgency for us folks who did not have our connecting flight credentials. I finally received a hand-written ticket to board an international flight. My original seat selection was not honored. The overall flight experience was poor and NOT enjoyable.
Delaying 3 hours
Nice crew and new airplane
Three hours delay, and no explanation given at all.
Super friendly staff. Free water (You can't take that for granted these days...). Comfortable plane
Zakynthos airport had us wait 30 minutes for clearance... Not SmartWings' fault of course. Let's call it "Greek time"
Crew, hours, convenience
Departure frim tel aviv was very! bad. Departure delayed a lot, but the check in was really terrible. Slow, inefficient ground crew.
Flight was late ~ 1h
Flavor was fine
Out of 6 special vegetarian meals provided on 4 recent flights, all were pasta. One main meal of pasta even had A SIDE of pasta salad.
service was good, food was good
seats were too cramped for such a long flight and I didn't have the resources to upgrade to the next level (not first class, "World Traveler Plus" I think). The seats were also uncomfortable / not padded enough - my tailbone and lower back were very unhappy by the end of the flight
The crew was considerate in taking care of children with families and assigning new upgraded seats to those adults who were looking for sleep and quiet. They were also helpful in getting me a special gluten free meal even though I did not order it in advance.
I liked that the flight was not full, therefore allowing additional room.
However food choices and seat room was quite poor. By the time food service was midplane. There was only one food option.
I would like a refund on my ticket
I didn't like the fact i had to wait the same amount of time it takes to get to the destination because of the delay
