Had to wait around while waiting forever to learn about gate. Were told that gat would be revealed 45 min before flight. It came about 20minutes before. It was a little harrowing.
Boarding takes longer on BA than any other airline I've flown on. Breakfast was awful. Cream cheese on a white roll tastes like paste. You'll really could be doing better than this.
Tvs were dated
They gave you anything u needed
Thanks for many up to date movie choices to watch. Crew worked hard to keep the toddlers in front of me happy. (and they were really good with them!)
Dislike posting of gate assignments in Edinburgh and London so late. Means I have to hightail it across the terminals, every time. Dislike the gate change posting late. Had to hear about it from a passenger, no announcement was made. My chicken and potatoes lunch had potatoes as the side dish. Looked like the caterer had leftover potatoes to use! No real vegetables. 2 bites of spinach. Red wine was offered they had no white wine. No choice of sodas...
They were able to accommodate our seat requests at the gate. Like the ability to watch fairly new movies for free.
Seat could use a little more cushion. Butt was sore at the end of the flight.
Food was good, individual entertainment system was good.
Great selection of entertainment.
No complimentary free alcoholic drink with your meal on the Aer Lingus Flight.
Staff were nice
The seats were exceptionally narrow. Seats were firm and uncomfortable, my entire body was aching and it was impossible to sleep bc the cabin lights were on the entire flight . I’ve flown to Europe via British airways before and I can’t even compare the two. THe thought of having to fly back in the same aircraft is giving me cold sweats and i wish I didn’t have to
The crew were very professional and courteous
No USB ports and no way to plug in one's personal earbuds. Sounds quality on the airline supplied earbuds was horrible. Gave up on the entertainment offerings and watched movies I had stored on my iPad. And really the worst food I've ever had on a flight.
