Ridiculous long wait even though Ryanair said to still go for the original time. 9hours in the airport is not good enough

There was nothing great about Ryan air. We flew with Flybe on the way back and it was a much better experience
Very disappointed with Ryanair and lack of communication from kayak regarding the checking in process. This was our first time to Europe and we booked a last minute trip to Dublin. We arrived at the airport 3 hours in advance to check in and allow time for navigation. We waited in line for an hour only to know that we were either supposed to check in online or upstairs at the airport. We had 4 minutes to check in when we got to the front desk. Staff was incredibly useless and did not assist whatsoever. We had to logon the airport WiFi and watch the video then missed the checkin by 1 minute. This is absolutely unacceptable. We were then directed to another service department for a 55 pound charge each! Which was the same as our original flight. I did not receive any notification email to check in ahead of time. This was a very stressful time for my traveling partner and I and do not feel obliged to be paying the consequences given the circumstances. I am hoping kayak will honor us as loyal customers and reimburse us for these unforseeabke fees. This would be greatly appreciated. I can provide receipt and documentation if needed. Thanks

I didn't like that I had to pay for additional ticket. the internet at the airport was not working fast enough. the attendant at the customer services was yelling through the window the seconds in front of other customers (she was mad). My ticket didn't download fast enough therefor I had to purchase a second ticket. That was not cool.
Helpful staff especially with disabled access.
Not seated together with my wife despite booking months ago. Very cramped conditions on a very full flight meant it was uncomfortable Bought our own food onboard as realised everything was charged for. Even water.
Badly delayed with no explanation. Never flying RyanAir again.
Price was good.
Non stop talking regarding selling you food and drinks. Then perfume and jewelry, then scratch off tickets. Then donate to a kids charity. No magazine in my seat to see what food or drink options they had . No seats even had a space for a mag or your iPad. Seat pretty uncomfortable.

My travel agent could not check us in as she did not realize she need passport info, exp. date, and birth date and we couldn't reach her in time to get us checked in with the time difference. It cost us an extra 115 pounds to checkin at the airport. That is ridiculous!
A lot of leg room. On time departure, on time arrival.
Food on board a bit pricey.
Easy check in and great in-flight service. Nice to have a full meal and bar service.
Slightly delayed, but nothing much.
Easy boarding with no wait time, very straightforward transfers to hotels on arrival with Thomson organised coaches.
Very small and confined seats led to an uncomfortable flight. Cabin crew were not attentive.

We checked in online but still had to wait 45 just to drop our bags. waiting for an hour on the plane before take off. The captain not giving accurate timings. Circling so many times before landing I was nearly sick. And a very hard landing so much so I hit my head on the seat in front of me.
