We attempted to cancel our reservations more than a week before our trip because my husband was hospitalized. Not with the flu or a broken arm, but a major and serious life threatening illness we are still dealing with. We provided numerous documents as proof of the absolute dire situation and they denied the request over and over again. I get that the tickets were "non-refundable" but at least offer vouchers, credit, or be totally a stand-up company and refund the tickets. It wasn't buyers remorse, trust me, we would have preferred to be in Portugal, rather than sitting in a hospital hoping and praying for his recovery.

I flu with my baby 18months and my partner, we were sat separately which didn’t help me at all as my child just kept asking and crying for her dad. No space to put her on my lap as she is a lap child.

In flight snacks were good. Staff pleasant.

Getting through security was a stressful nightmare. I had no idea what to put where. Was just given a tray and expected to know. Signs said inhalers needed to be in plastic bag but website said meds were ok but keep handy. Threatening notices said if you get it wrong your bag will be searched and you can be delayed for up to half an hour (the inference being you could miss your flight). Vowed not to fly again although may get over it!

Started pretty decently even though the waiting room after customs was hot as hell. Boarding went pretty smoothly. As we were about leave, almost on time, cabin crew had executed security precautions and measures, we were suddenly informed by cabin crew we had to wait for other passengers after all that were initially held up for security issues. Even though pilot was told to leave without them, it seems pilot decided to wait for these passengers after all. Cabin crew said 'it seems it will only take 5min' it actually took 1h20 til we actually left and took off. No update whatsoever during that 1h20. Anyways, I understand we don't pay much for these flights therefore shouldn't expect much from your company but man, communication is key. Cabin crew was very poor in communicating, and I believe pilot took a poor decision waiting for these ppl

Plane left an hour after scheduled time. Amenities were mediocre but that's what you expect with Ryanair. Didn't even get water.

Plane boarded early. Then we sat for 45 minutes past our departure time while they did unspecified maintenance on the plane. Poorly organized and chaotic.

Our flight was slated for 3:35pm departure. But hours before the flight, the guessing game started as to how delayed and for what reason the flight was delayed. We ended up leaving 4 hours later and with one feeble apology from the captain...

Absolutely nothing. A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. To top it all off, the lie as to why the flight was delayed was not maintained by either ground staff nor the crew. Unbelievable

vuelo salió con 2h de retraso. durante mucho tiempo nos tuvieron encerrados en el avion esperando el despegue. A pesar de tener suficiente tiempo hasta llegar a Barcelona, personal servió la comida (a mi particularmente) a las fila 20 tan sólo minutos antes de que el avión comenzara la maniobra de aterizaje con lo cual tuve que dejar de comer. Considero que deberian ser mas diligentes en el reparto de la comida o avizar a los pasajeros sobre las maniobras del avion para que pudiera decidir si espera el aterrizaje o come dentro del avión. Al aterrizar nos dejaron durante 40 min dentro ya que habia una pelea entre pasajeros y esperaban a la Guardia Civil. Considero que no era necesario a alargar esa espera ya que los pasajeros estaban bien identificados y controlados. Muy mala experiencia en general

Anyways, I understand we don't pay much for these flights therefore shouldn't expect much from your company but man, communication is key. I want to claim the money back for 4h wating for the flight and luggage in stansted london. They should sell the company. Airplains very dirty. Website not working to add services, overall I will never go with them again

Started pretty decently even though the waiting room after customs was hot as hell. Boarding went pretty smoothly. As we were about leave, almost on time, cabin crew had executed security precautions and measures, we were suddenly informed by cabin crew we had to wait for other passengers after all that were initially held up for security issues. Even though pilot was told to leave without them, it seems pilot decided to wait for these passengers after all. Cabin crew said 'it seems it will only take 5min' it actually took 1h20 til we actually left and took off. No update whatsoever during that 1h20. 20 minutes notice of an 8 hour delay. Zero communication, treated like cattle by ground staff, given a €5 food voucher after literally chasing staff around other boarding gates. €5 is not “reasonable” food expense for this length of delay under EU261. Then sent a reminder to claim from insurance company. No Ryanair - we will be claiming full amount from you, and encouraged other travellers to do the same. Utter amateurs and fraudsters.

He tenido problemas con el cheking ya que yo pude mi nombre bien y tengo pantallazos en el móvil del proceso de reserva y habéis puesto mi segundo apellido. A ver si a la vuelta me dejan embarcar o por hacer el cambio del nombre mal puesto me cobran 60 €. Experiencia mala

Our flight was slated for 3:35pm departure. But hours before the flight, the guessing game started as to how delayed and for what reason the flight was delayed. We ended up leaving 4 hours later and with one feeble apology from the captain...

Absolutely nothing. A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. To top it all off, the lie as to why the flight was delayed was not maintained by either ground staff nor the crew. Unbelievable

vuelo salió con 2h de retraso. durante mucho tiempo nos tuvieron encerrados en el avion esperando el despegue. A pesar de tener suficiente tiempo hasta llegar a Barcelona, personal servió la comida (a mi particularmente) a las fila 20 tan sólo minutos antes de que el avión comenzara la maniobra de aterizaje con lo cual tuve que dejar de comer. Considero que deberian ser mas diligentes en el reparto de la comida o avizar a los pasajeros sobre las maniobras del avion para que pudiera decidir si espera el aterrizaje o come dentro del avión. Al aterrizar nos dejaron durante 40 min dentro ya que habia una pelea entre pasajeros y esperaban a la Guardia Civil. Considero que no era necesario a alargar esa espera ya que los pasajeros estaban bien identificados y controlados. Muy mala experiencia en general
