Airlines Airport Employees are unprofessional, rude and untrained. Some passengers were allowed inside the plane to place their own bare feet on the plan walls, others slept on the floor!! Never saw anything like that...Saudis passengers hygiene were awful, smelly feet and strong body odour!!
Our flight was delayed from Saudi we came to the counter they told us to go back to the carrier counter which the cause to miss the flight to Seattle
I liked that there was an area for praying on flight. Also, I liked the food.
My trip had two flights. The first one, from IAD to JED was the problematic one for me. I purchased the highest Internet package to finish some work on the flight. The service was terrible. I purchased 300MB for $25. I barely used less than 60MB in several hours of work because of terrible connection. Yet, when I complained to Saudia customer service, they insisted that there was no technical issue, refused to give me a refund, and did not even apologize. The transit in Jeddah's airport was terrible. The bathrooms are very dirty and smelly. In the return flight, we had an overnight stay in the airport. People typically need to sleep at this time. However, the airport was very crowded and, for so many people, there was not even enough seats to sit down.
Food is good, short flight can’t say much about it

expedited check in with nice staff. Security staff were pleasant, and the entire check in process for everything was easy

... ear plugs, masks, good food or even picking seats? I remember when it was all complementary and standard on overnight flights. Oh, and the vegetarian breakfast was unfortunately poor as well. I know you can do better, because you used to.
We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too.
He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner...
Friendly attendants. Decent food, and frequent snacks and beverages.
No charging ports for electronic devices.

Had travelled KLM to Amsterdam on my first flight 27 years ago and the aircrafts are stuck in that age! Lousy seats, poor quality bathrooms, lousy screens, prefer not to fly them
