US pre-entry then told to wait in line until pre-entry area closed. Moved up to general boarding area. Reason for delay kept changing with no ETD announced until 20 min before takeoff. Food voucher was nice
Good friendly service. Nice aircraft. On time departure. I would travel with Aer Lingus again.
Food was not good as compared to other airlines. In my case, there were no outlets to plug in a laptop cable so that I could continue to work.
Air Lingus is my new preferred carrier. They combine updated technology with old time
Courtesy and constant detail attention. They didn’t have enough staff at the gate to get passengers through on time causing us to miss the push off slot and had to wait on the tarmac an hour for another.
After attempting to check in at the baggage machine, we were told we had to go through the check in line. Then after waiting 60 minutes in line at the Aer Lingus counter we were told we were 15 minutes past the boarding closing time. So even though we were still an hour before our flight we couldn't get a boarding pass to get on the plane. We then had to pay $150 x 3 to get on the same flight the next day. We will never fly Aer Lingus again and will never fly through Dublin again.
My flight to Dublin from Chicago was delayed therefore my flight to Birmingham is even more delayed. Let’s just say, I’m really not happy. also, I had to pay to get my family to sit together and therefore ended up paying for some stranger ‘s seat. I will contact Aer Lingus
Liked all except the food
Did not like the food. I specifically selected vegeterian meal however was served vegan meal which I did not enjoy
Seats more comfortable.
Flight left late. Unboarding took a long time. Didn't hold connecting flight, missed it. Now on 5 hr wait and may miss airport transit.
They were really good with checking in my excess baggage and my two cats. Cats travelled well and arrived as expected. Check in at O'Hare was very friendly. In the air, flight attendants were very accommodating and friendly. All luggage and cats arrived! The plane from O'Hare to Austria was very nice!
I think I have gotten used to Asiana's and Korean Airlines'. It just didn't seem to measure up to their business class service. The food (which has been highly rated!) I found to be just mediocre. Maybe it's because I was living in Asia for eight years and had become more accustom to asian cuisine?? I didn't love the seat either. When you recline, your feet are cramped inside a small area under the seat in front of you. It was cramped. The ability to customize the seat recline was limited. I like being able to move the head and feet into my own customized position. The business class seats from Vienna to Amman felt like coach.

On time. Enough leg room even in economy. Staff nice. Good selection of movies. Food was actually tasty
Staff, especially male steward was very professional and dedicated. Bravo for the effort for the boy.
It’s always a pleasure, easy and organized to fly with you. I have been using Lufthansa for the last 3 years, every time I must fly because of the quality of service and of its crew.
Short flight so no entertainment, but got a continental breakfast anyway. Good cofeee. Flight on time.
