Ventajas: Unfortunately there is not one positive thing I can say

Desventajas: The service was Appalling, this is supposed to be an international flight, I asked numerous times for the WiFi as there is no entertainment on a long haul flight. I asked for water and wine and was more than happy to pay the staff kept telling me they would return and didn’t. I’m not sure what they were always in a hurry to do other than to avoid providing good service. This was not the cheapest flight when I booked and this airline should come with a warning, poor service, equally disappointing food no drinks and no entertainment. If I had know this I would have paid more or flown with an airline that has an acceptable standard for an international flight and the service that should be provided. I feel at fault as I didn’t know an airline like this existed. I just thought it’s european and international and it will be fine. I was truly so uncomfortable and upset. On my way home I was charged $150 euro for my bags which I was under the impression my bags were included. There was no stating of this high cost, once again I would have flown with another airline if I knew of this and didn’t pay leaving America as it said my bags were covered. I hope something is done to make sure it’s clear to customers that this is a horrible and basic airline and it wasn’t cheap. I’m disappointed in all involved and have learnt a lesson but I am dreading this flight home I am about to take. Regards Hannah

Ventajas: Friendly and the seats were more comfortable I think.

Desventajas: They didn’t even give water without charging for it. Water is a basic need The hidden baggage fees. I was informed at checkin that I wasn’t allowed a checked bag from Amsterdam via Madrid to Miami. It is the first time I have ever flown internationally where you don’t get 1 bag at least to check in. The. The fee was €150 one way to check a bag. I feel that the airport should have disclosed more clearly that the fair did not include luggage. I can understand for some short haul flights people can choose to take luggage but international long haul is just heap and dishonest

Ventajas: Crew was nice and dreamliner is very conforable

Desventajas: New lite fare with no checked lugagge included for long haul flights is ridicolous. Had to pay in both legs.

Ventajas: MCR airport Mert & Greet parking was smooth and efficient.

Desventajas: Flight was delayed 2 hours due to bad weather. Additional baggage payment to Air Baltic did not show up on the KLM system and we had to pay again. Nowhere to address this with Air Baltic even in Tallin. Handlers seem uninterested and refer us to ‘the website to address the issue.....’

Ventajas: Light snack and complementary wine

Desventajas: Person behind my seat was kiking! Luggage took for ever to be deliver.

Ventajas: The seats are comfortable, the attention of the crew is great.

Desventajas: 1 hour delay with no email or other notification. Flight number changed with no notification until check in. Electronic check in system was not working twice, perhaps due to international minors, had to wait in line in order to check in. The boarding pass for our connection from Rio to Miami was not given to us in Sao Paulo when we had to manually check in. As a result, we had to exit the secured area in Rio to go check in manually again for our connection and then go through security and customs again.

Desventajas: Everything was great. Maybe more modern movies if anything

Desventajas: Flying back to US, passsengers get charged for their luggage. Which this is not informed to us, neither On our email nor when we were checking ( for free) in Us

Ventajas: The plain was ok, the crew really nice and attentive. The only “problem” would be the food, mostly for the breakfast that was awful.

Ventajas: el trato muy cordial del personal en general desde el chequin hasta el personal de abordo, las azafatas muy cordiales el catering muy bueno el entretenimiento muy accesible, muy capaz el piloto un aterrizaje perfecto, esta aerolinea es un orgullo ARGENTINO

Ventajas: El personal de a bordo excelente, pero es una lata de sardinas.

Desventajas: The space between seats was just microscopic. I’m 6ft tall and I really had a bad time in those 2h30, all twisted and unconfortable.

Desventajas: The way the crew was serving the meals and offering everything was disappointing, in few word no good. Coffee, coffees anyone? Coffee, coffee! Please! That’s not a way for serving

Desventajas: The hidden baggage fees was a surprise when checking in. I have never not been allowed one check in bag for an flight from Europe to the US. The crew did what was needed but made you feel like they were doing you a favour by showing up for work. Other airlines such as emirates, ethiad, virgin Australia all make a person feel welcome with great attention to detail international flight from Europe to the US. I will never fly air Europa again as I feel they are dishonest. The charge for the headphones is ridiculous when the entertainment is limited (most tv series will have one episode and the shows are old) The food was sub par. The sandwich with one sliver of ham was pathetic and the main meal was lacking with only chicken and rice, a small desert, no fruit/ salad and or crackers with cheese which is the norm on international flights.

Ventajas: All

Desventajas: Landlords gave an unpleasant service! Which continued with late of 50min of the flight, they didn’t do anything to help/ to provide the passengers the answers. The food was cold It was comfort place to sit. Bad experience with KLM

Ventajas: Very pleasant, professional crew

Desventajas: Very slow check in. Mainly because other passengers obviously don't read instructions re: weight/contents of cabin bags etc. Would be helpful if there was additional staff to deal with them away from check in desk. This would mean that others did not have to queue for 25 minutes because the check in girls also had to deal with them

Desventajas: Bridge did not work on arrival. Used bus. Sky priority but then they stuck everybody on like cattle.

Desventajas: If Air Europa are going to charge customers $150 per bag for long haul international flights, they should mention that when the customer buy the ticket. Was a disgrace and their customer service was non-existent.

Ventajas: All the way unti dinner everything went fine. Once dinner started all good things up to now everything went down the drain. The crew were rude, unprofessional and disgusting. Everything else was excellent. Arlindo Fernandez

Ventajas: NOTHING

Desventajas: Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced.

Ventajas: Great airline. New Boeing 787. Very courteous crew. Nice business cabin with reclining seats and seatback IFE. Light meal served with some very good Chilean wine. As they are part of One World I used the very spacious Iberia lounge which also made the whole trip extremely comfortable
